JCY Solutions is a homebased call center. Up to this point we are still being ignored by their so called CEO Jacklord Yaun also known as Zack. We work for several weeks for this company and up until now we are not paid for the hours we worked for. Zack his clients wasn't able to pay yet. He always has that alibi but its been a month already and we do follow ups with him every week regarding our pay. I heard that he has new applicants which also has the same problem. They were not paid and were just ignored by Jacklord Yaun as if nothing happened. He even talks about a payroll system that he has on security bank and when we talked to security bank they dont even know JCY solutions. We have been very patient but a lot of time has already been wasted and he keeps on hiring new applicants. If there is anybody that can help us to put a stop to this. If not, there will be more victims like us who wanted nothing more than to make an honest living. We deserved to be paid and Jacklord Yaun should not run a business like this especially over the internet.
they need to know that what there doing is wrong. They would even say that they are also a victim. Its like they don't even know that they have responsibilities with the agents the moment the agents started working for them. All they do is come come with the new alibis over and over...
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Jacklord and Faye GO TO HELL! they told me that my paycheck will be sent to my home address...for Christ sake! its been months and still no ###ing cheque coming!
Faye is such a ###, I spoke to her regarding our salary and she kept on complaining that the client didn't pay them.. they are the ones who made the contract and are running the business.They should be the one paying us no matter what the hell their reasons are.

I am also a victim... If I don't get my pay... I will file a complaint(Department of labor) or visit the public attorney's Office. Well, with the number of victims, I think a class suit will work.
These people are running from their obligations. I hope they'll do something about this . You've work hard for that money so you really deserved to get paid.
I agree to that I was a victim too. No confirmed answers from Jacklord Yaun it's more than a month that we are not been paid. I hope that this will be a warning so that you will not be a victim.
