JC Penney Company / placing orders on jc penney's online is awful. when

I placed a order on line on June 5, 2019 using my JC Penney's credit card for a Chaise Lounge. When I called customer service I was directed to shipping and delivery and they had not received my order. It has been a nightmare. Finally was given a number to Plano Texas and spoke with some one concerning my order. After I tracked my order it still states in progress. This has been the worse service ever. If I ever receive my order I will never order furniture again from JC Penney.

    You just found out why I like to go to the store itself and pick out what I like, sit on it... Deal with the person who is helping me, give them commission... Know definitely what is going on and when.
