JC Penney missing $1.06 e certificate from my account and no response since dec 2018

It is my understanding that Gift Card and E- certificates do not have expiration dates but I submitted two emails to the JC Penney Gift Card inquiry stating that after a $23.94 order was placed on February 07, 2013 #K632-27830 STORE 7302-3 $1.06 should have been left on my account for further use. I tried placing a order in Dec 2018 and I can no longer find my $1.06 and requested help and have received no response from any department pertaining to my concerns. What can be done to resolve my missing e-certificate and to prevent this from happening again.

JC Penney arizona jeans

I had bought 5 pears of arizona jeand back in december of 2018 2 pairs are ripped in the crotch and the other 2 pairs are ripped in the back of the pants they have been warn a hand full of time and i am not satisfied they wher purchaed at a jcpenny i habe bought and worn your pants my whole life and have never had a problem up until now and i feel as i have not gotten my moneys worth

JC Penney arizona girls jeans

I purchased dark blue denim jeans for my daughter and washed them and my entire load of laundry was dyed by with blue stains. Normally if jeans are going to bleed dye there are special instructions for washing but this particular pair had no special instructions so I had no idea my laundry would end up ruined. I've tried several products to remove stains and nothing has helped. I've washed pants by hand several times and blue ink is still coming out of material.

JC Penney men dress shirts

Your dress shirts suck! They have plastic within them that it is tough to clean my dress shirt collars and they might end up expensively ending up within the trash!
Please, do make the changes to your men dress shirts, so that we can clean within
The washing machine! I do not want to have to pay cha-ching cha-ching cha-ching for pricy clothes every month!

JC Penney t shirt quality

I purchased a tshirt for my daughter at J.C. Penney's. She HAD to have it cause it had pretty good glitter writing on it. After the first wash just like the tag says to wash it, the glitter is almost all gone and ALL over my washer and dryer and the other clothes in the load. The shirt is awful looking now and she won't wear it cause it looks like a glue outline left on the shirt with more than 75% of the glitter missing from the words. I've never had a glitter shirt do this and we own ALOT of them just not this brand. The words were super good now it's missing almost all of it and the outline is very visible.

JC Penney salon dispute

My mother, Juanita Granado and I, Olivia Zapata, had an Appointment with JcPenney Salon on Monday, 04/01/2019. It was a mother / daughter day, so we decided to both get perms on our hair. We got there at 11:30am. Our appointments were 12pm and 12:30pm, but both of us got seen at 12:35pm. Samatha, stylist, did my mother's hair and Cari did mine. We were there for over 2 1/2 hours. Left with a disappoint look on our faces, but we still paid and tipped the ladies. Now, its 04/04/2019 and we both washed our hair and the curls/perm were gone. Our hair was very frizzy and looked like a very bad hair day! NOT TOO HAPPY! We paid a lot of money to have frizzy hair even after following the rules. WE want to be returned back our money. I paid $90 + $15 tip + $29.97 (hair products) + taxes = $137.44 and my mom paid $90 + $10 tip = $100. We don't need the products any more and they definitely don't deserve the tips. I have attached a copy of my receipt. My mother has hers, but will not see her until this weekend. Left a message with the Salon and still have not heard back from anyone. We will never do business with this Salon! I can't provide you with any photos as requested! I work for the State of Texas as an underwriter and needed to maintain my professional look, so I worked on my hair for over an hour today. All WE want is for the funds to be returned back to our debit cards. That's ALL. You can reach me at [protected] anytime to discuss and resolve this matter immediately.

JC Penney mens jeans

I have had 3 pair of jeans all less than 6 months old rip from the inside top corner of the back pocket all the way down to the crotch running along the pocket. I have spent almost $90 on these jeans and have $12 pairs that have lasted longer. I do not carry anything in my back pockets to stretch them out or catch it causing the rip. I like the way they fit but 3 pairs ripping in less than 6 months is unheard of. Thank you for your time.

JC Penney pajamas

I bought my daughter pajamas and they were clearly incorrectly sown the hem in the pants missed the piece of fabric. Since it was missed by me for a while and my daughter never brought it to my attention until tonight I was wondering what could be done if anything? It is clearly a manufacturer defect when you look at it, the fabric turns out of the hem and back in after a few inches and the hem is in perfect condition.

JC Penney relaxed straight leg jeans

I bought a pair of Arizona relaxed straight leg jeans for my boyfriend not to long ago, he put the pants on to head to work and the back side from midseam all the way down the left pocket split. I am not real impressed. Kinda disappointed. Anything that can be done about this issue? He doesn't use the back pockets and loves the Arizona brand because of the fit.

JC Penney jewelry depot

I brought my ring in to JCPenny to get a diamond replaced and to get my ring rodium plated and when it came back my ring was hollowed out and so much lighter then when I brought it. This ring was my favorite ring and now I am so upset that anyone could do this and steal the gold out of it. I brought it up to the manager but she wasn't going to do anything for me.
I want to warn anyone doing business with this jewelry depot through JC Penney's
that your taking a chance on letting them work on your jewelry . If it's a nice heavy piece you won't get it back like you sent it!

JC Penney a pair of sandals

I bought a pair of sandals several weeks ago at the JC Penney in Tyler, Texas. When I got home, I realized that several pieces were missing. (Pop Womens Chile Ankle Strap Flat Sandals)

So, I returned the sandals to my local JC Penney in Palestine, Texas. And I ordered another pair. When the 2nd pair of sandals arrived, they were the wrong style.

So, I ordered the 3rd pair of sandals. The wrong style was sent to me once again.

I decided to order one last time. The wrong style was sent to me.

The sandals that I wanted had little chains and rhinestones on them and rhinestones down the front of the sandal.

Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

JC Penney jcp salon

So I went in to see about making an appointment for my hair at the salon the girl that was there set me up to come in last Saturday my appointment was at 1:15 p.m I was there til after 9 p.m she didn't do what I had asked for at all she had gave me a coupon prior to my visit for a 50 dollar cut and color I asked at the beginning of my appointment if I was going to be able to still use it she assured me I would be able to... I don't know what she has done to my hair but it it orange I went to speak with another professional and she told me there was no reason I didn't get what I had asked for! I was there for 9 hours and at the end she started to blow dry my hair then stopped with it still soaking wet it still had chemicals in it because she was trying to rush to get me out before they closed which still didn't happen she had her boss ring me up the day before on the computer which made no sense to me why they would do that I apparently paid for a cut and style that I didn't receive she text me the next day asking me if I could come back in Thursday to finish what I paid for! I'm so upset I felt like crying the entire time I was there my head hurt so bad the time I finally got home I actually got sick! It was by far the worst experience of my life! I do not want to ever go back there however I DO want my money back! That place Is a joke! She made a comment that I looked like a little carrot top which I found very hard to find the humor in! I would like someone to contact me ASAP! This is just some of the things that they screwed up on not even close to the whole story!

On 2/18/19 I ordered a women's bralette #14-1373 - Order #[protected]. The item was advertised as "Buy one get one free" on JCP.com. When I received the shipment today, there was only one bra in the package. When will JCP be sending the "free" bar?
I am a Senior citizen and it is not possible for me to travel to a local JCP store, so I use the Internet exclusively from my home.

I have what is for me a serious complaint about your mailing practices and lack of transparency. On March 22 I ordered online and then received on April 2 two packages intended for my daughter’s dearest friend who is getting married in LA in June. This past weekend said friend was here in NH for her wedding shower, where I showed her the picture from online of my gift: 2 sets of the “Gibson Elite Café Versailles 16-piece Double Bowl Dinnerware Set” which, with discounts, I purchased for $118.98, and which seemed like a good price at the time. I ran into some difficulty, however, when ordering, in that the company that makes the dinnerware does not send packages to the given zip code in LA: 90026. I went ahead and placed the order, hoping that it would arrive at my home in NH in time for the shower, which it did not, but assuming that if need be I could mail it to the recipient to LA at a reasonable cost. Wrong on both counts. Yesterday I called the nearest JC Penney store to ask if I might take the packages there to be mailed and was told that it was impossible, with no explanation. She told me nicely, but made no suggestions regarding how I might pursue this problem; thus my letter.

I then made stops at 3 delivery services to find out how much postage the packages would cost and received the following responses: US Mail, Priority $73.05 or Ground $65.21 per package; Fed Ex $51.79 per package; and UPS $54.93 per package – as much or nearly as much as the cost of the sets. I am considering simply returning the packages to JC Penney, but the recipient is very dear to me and I don’t wish to disappoint her.

What do I want: first, a compromise on the part of JC Penney regarding covering the cost of delivery to LA (90026), perhaps remitting me a given sum or providing me with JC Penney Rewards for a good portion of the postage. Further, the fact that JCPenney does not deliver to 90026 should also be made clear to anyone ordering, and explained by those taking the call, which means that they should know the reason. The operators taking orders should make it clear how much the postage would be to LA if customers need to send purchases there. Had I known, I would certainly not have placed the order, but would have ordered something else.

I look forward to a swift response to my complaint and request.

JC Penney rebate

On November 26th, 2018 I purchase 4 items qualifying for a rebate. I mailed in all paperwork soon after and still haven't received my rebate. It is now 3 months later. I finally reached the appropriate contact and was told they didn't process it previously because they couldn't read the postmark on the envelope. Now I have to wait 4-6 weeks longer for my rebate in the form of a gift card. the process is ridiculous as well as penalizing me for the unreadable postmark that I can't control. I have been a loyal customer and may reconsider my future choices. Other retailers haven't been able to survive due to poor customer service. I wonder if JC Penney's is choosing to join them. Even after contacting the complaint dept. all they are going to do is pass my complaint on. Bad customer service.

JC Penney blue jean's

I had the Jean's for 3 weeks I had worn them maybe 5 times and this afternoon I bent over and the Jean's ripped from the waist to the middle of the right rear pocket I am hugely disappointed because I have bought these Jean's in the past and I was very happy with them because they have lasted me for years and now having spent almost 50bucks on a pair of Jean's and them not last a month is horrible and I will have to switch the brand I buy because the Jean's are not the quality that they were prior

JC Penney arizona winter boots

I bought myself a pair of winter boots for days that it snows... I got to wear them twice and everything was GREAT. They are so cute. Then on day 3 the seem that holds the sole of the shoe on came undone on one of the boots. I was bummed but I wasn't mad- I added a couple stitches thinking that maybe the thread just unraveled. Today I put them on (only the 4th time wearing them since I bought them) and the other boot stitches have come undone. I have a drafty boot and it's not fun! I am really annoyed. These darn boots were expensive but they are worse than the crap Walmart sells! I am seriously floored by the quality. I never get to buy nice things for myself and I was excited to be able to this time and I end up with these.. [censored] orange thread popping out everywhere- cold and soggy feet.

If I wanted to sew boots I would have become a cobbler! I am very disappointed :(

JC Penney cooks 6 qt fast pot multi cooker

Ran this product as a Door Buster for $49.99 and none of the 3 Tucson Az had the item i got there before 3PM at the Irvington Spectram store and associate called the other stores and no one had it. I wasn, even offered a rain check and i was there when it turned 3PM. Hard to believe that ad was runed and store associates weren't aware of what had happen.

JC Penney boots

On 11/14/18 I purchased a pair of your boots. Last week, I wore these boots for maybe the 5th time since I purchased them and noticed that the heel felt a little funny. I took a look and realized that the heel had separated from the boot! This blows my mind because not only have I only worn them a handful of time, but they're $70 boots! I'm highly disappointed because I do not splurge on myself often at all, but I loved these boots so much, I talked myself into buying them (and fought my shopper's remorse later). Please help!

JC Penney ge dryer

I purchased a dryer from JC Penney with the understanding that the vent for the dryer would be on the side due to the confined area of the washer and dryer. When they installed it, they said they could only do from the back even though there was a slot on the side to use for the vent. As a result, the vent is crushed in the back of the dryer area which will cause the dryer to overheat. Have had this happen before. The vent needs to be in an area where the hot air can safely flow thru. This can be a fire hazard. Now I have to pay someone else to move the vent. I paid JC Penney to properly and safely install the dryer. I will ever shop at JC Penney again. I have always bought clothes there but will never again. Have contacted Better Business Bureau. I can see why JC Penney is doing so poorly. Service is the nonexistent.

JC Penney rewards

I have purchased enough merchandise from JCP last year to have four ten dollar coupons to be used on future purchases however I am unable to access the rewards to use towards new purchases. Online info says I do not have reward points. I have called customer service three different times different days and I am told yes I have points. I am always told by customer service that they have sent email with a link to give me access to rewards. Email never arrives. Seems as though they want me to spend money but not use the rewards towards those purchases.
