Dear sir / madam: I never thought that an such a good reputed airlines will do such a bad thing to coustomer s luggage. I travelled from India chennai airport to dammam via kuwait on [protected] pm local time and landed in Kuwait for the next flight which was sheduled on [protected].50 local time. After reaching Saudi airport I recived my baggage and went to the hotel and opened my wrapping from my baggage and saw my baggage was damaged in verry verry bad condition and can't be used any more this is really bad behaviour from the worker of Jazeera airways we pay for everything and it's your responsibility to keep safe of us and also our belongings.its not fare I need a solution for my damaged baggage.

I delivered a baby girl named Mysha Siddique [ Kuwait Civil ID no: 320031001762] on 10 of March 2020 in Adan hospital Kuwait. My Visa got expired on 12th May 2020, but due to COVID-19, I got an extension of 6 months from the Kuwait government. My husband haven't renewed my visa as I was on dependent visa and he used to threat me that I will be in prison if I hvnt left kuwait asap. so I decided to travel to India along with my 8 month old daughter Mysha Siddique.

When I was coming to India with my daughter on 5th December 2020, he misled me that he already left country along with my daughter that day and he asked me to come to India but that was all lie, he was there in kuwait, which I came to know when I came back to india and he kept my 8 month old daughter there in kuwait without my consent.

For the past two months, Mushahid Siddiqui is in India but he's refusing to give my daughter back who has just turned 1 year 6 months. After asking multiple times he haven't shared her passport details so I can't stop her to travel abroad.

I beg to all of you that my concerns should be heard, AND PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT I AM NOT GIVING CONSENT FOR MY DAUGHTER TRAVEL & please stop my daughter to travel to kuwait otherwise my husband will run away taking her back to Kuwait.

I bought the following flight ticket on Sat, 16 Oct:

Departure: Kuwait
Arrival: Trabzon, Turkey
Thu, 21 Oct, 08:50

Return: 23 Oct 2021, 13:35

I received an email from Jazeera Airways on Mon, 18 Oct saying that my departure flight was postponed to 23 Oct, the date of my return flight!

So practically they were suggesting me to take a flight from Kuwait to Trabzon Airport, have a coffee there and come back with the same flight.

Upon this change, naturally, I wanted to cancel the journey as it became totally meaningless. To my greatest astonishment the airway not only charged me for 65 KWD to cancel the flight but also kept the rest of the fee (185 KWD) in their vault under the name "Credit Shell Amount" to be used within 1 year time from the same company!

Summary:
They changed the departure date 3 days before the flight
They changed the departure date to return date! (This is genius!)
They charged me 65 KWD for cancelling the flight which became totally useless
They kept the rest of the flight fee in their vault as a credit to be used in 1 year time instead of refunding it.

When we called their customer service phones 177 and +[protected] around 9:30 pm, almost immediately after we received their email about the change of the flight date, they didn't answer although at their page https://www.jazeeraairways.com/en-kw/contact-us they say these numbers answer between 07:00 - 23:00.

I don't know how harder a company can fail.

Seat nummer 11A near the window is not clean well.

I travelled from cochin to kuwait on 12 august 2021 flight no J91406. I am writting inform that the passengers seat are not good, we are not able to adjust the seating, no video screen was there, flight was full on covid panemic time, no social distencing. Please do not repeat it..The ticket fare was too high and the facility provied was too cheap.

This is bring to your kind attention. I would like to inform that, the passengers traveling to India are required to be given an additional information about disposal of used tissues in the push symbol provided in the toilet. I have approached the crew regarding this. The crew was quick and cleared the toilet in no time. I'm thankful to them and feel guilty as well at the same time that they have to even take care of these things..

As India has vast culture and still a developing country, people are still ignorant of international etiquette. It is required to take necessary steps to avoid inconvenience to co passengers.

It would be highly appreciated if you could include a sentence of how to dispose used items in the toilet.

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that we had a booking XCT8HK booked on 11 Apr and the flight schedule was on 01 May 2021 @ 1540 from Jeddah to Mumbai. On the scheduled day we reported to the Airport counter before 4 hours. On the counter, we were given a surprise that your flight is rescheduled from 01 to 08 May. This was shocking we did not receive any call from airlines or agents about the change. We did the PCR Corona test also, arranged transportation, took the leave from office to catch the flight, luggage wrapping and so on preparation moreover we were fasting in Ramadhan.
It was too disappointing and tiring.
Hence; I would like to request the appropriate compensation for the delay and for not informing in advance.

Dear sir I took ticket for travel dubai to kochi in 2019 december through clear trip. That time unfortunately I can't travel and according to clear trip I cancelled tikect dubai jazeera office. That time they said you have vocher that can use another One year. Due to pandamic situation flight are stopped I cannot travel. I continue contact dubai customer care office they told me that it will extend next One year. So I asked to book tickets for me december. But they told flight not shedule for december if you want refund amount contact with help desk. Help desk please respond that contact with clear trip people. With reference to above subject, kindly be informed that I have booked 2 tickets to Cochin on 28 feb 2021 for Mrs Krishnaveni Anoop and Jhanvi Krishna (2 year old) and I have contacted jazeera customer care on 25 feb 2021 at 6:31 pm and 26 feb feb 2021 at 12:30 pm and got informed that below 5 year old child no need to do PCR . Hence I have done PCR for Mrs. Krishnaveni only.

But today (28-feb-2021) went for check in in airport they refused to accept baby saying that baby not done PCR and after there I called customer care and talked to Mr. Ahmed and he helped me and assured that my 2 tickets has been re issued to 3 rd March 2021 without any charges and me appreciate that as I cannot travel today without PCR report for my baby.

But I cannot use Mrs Krishnaveni PCR test again resulting 30 Kwd loss due to misguiding of Jazeeras customer care service that boba below 5 year not required any PCR

I strongly disagree to accept this loss as it is pure mistake by your team.

Moreover I cannot accept my time and energy and over to that My wife is pregnant lady now and her health and again PCR test pain due to your side mistake and my efforts for travel arrangements but I need the compensation for my PCR test I.e 30 kwd and compensation for misguidance approximately overall I claim 100 kwd as a gentle compensation at the earliest

I strongly believe jazeera airways will investigate this incident and revert to compensate my loss

My box broken and meny things theft. Please see my attached pic.not safety for luggage in jazeera airways.attached boarding pass also.Samsung galaxy A31 model new phone and shampoo 3, perfium 3 bottles.im very disappointed.

Jazeera Airways cancelled my flight they initially delayed it but then cancelled completely they made no efforts to try and get me home some other way. They didn't offer any compensation and had no intention of interest of providing it. The refund offered was inadequate and no support such as accommodation was offered. They wouldn't even listen to or file a complaint it was very very terrible service.

I booked single tickets for my family with reference no
W7WB7J from Kuwait to london through an agent. Due to Corona virus, Kuwait authorities refuse visit visa for Egyptians so I asked the agent for help but unfortunately they said we can't help because the tickets are LCC and advised me to contact the airway directly but the customer service (her name is Depa) gave me no option except cancellation in such case I will loose the tickets although that is not my fault. What I would like please is either postpone the flight to 5th or 6th of Jan. 2021 ( School holiday) or book a return flight for myself from London to Cairo. Departure on 27/6 and return on 4/7.

I was booked to travel on 18Th Jan 2019 From Amman To Doha.
Firstly we understand circumferences happen with some flights. but what is not acceptable is Deliberate flight delay later I notice that my Transit flight is fully booked and no seats available for me which I paid for it. My Journey took 24 Hours to reach my destination instead of 6 hours total duration which is written in my Tickets.

I traveled from Kuwait to Gatwick London, on the 10th of January 2020 morning, arriving at Gatwick at 11:40 am . When my check-in luggage arrived at Gatwick it was missing a wheel and had been cracked open in 2 places. I registered a complaint with the Gatwick airport and was given a reference number: LGWJ910068 . I was told to register a complaint with the airways and give this number.
Also i was told that my luggage could be replaced or i would receive a compensation.

I did my boarding on time 150 mins before the flight time, I went to the gate which is D15 on time which was 6:10am and NOBODY was there, I was there waiting for him 5 mins and once he showed up he made me miss the flight and he was so rude he said I have nothing to do and he just walked away, I was literally begging him saying I was here on time he was not there and i list my bank's card so i won't be able to get another ticket so he just rolled his eyes on me and walked away.

Is it my mistake that both of your employees were not that to help your customers who showed up last minute, my boarding was done already my luggage was on the plane and he just let me to stay at the airport, am staying there now can't get another ticket, and my money is in the air because of you and your employees, I need an solution now and a compensation from your end.

I Travelled from Kuwait to Gatwick on 10/11/19.
When I picked up my suitcase from the belt, it was damaged as I couldn't open the top handle. Top retratable handle was bent and I can not pull it out to pull the suitcase.
I reported it at the airport and they prepared the damage baggage report and they asked me to provide the ref number online on jazeera airways but I am unable to find online customer relations care where I need to provide the number, therefore I am submitting my complaint and attached the report.

I would like to share with you my experience with Jazeera Airlines today as I was traveling from Kuwait to Doha through J9111
The flight supposed to depart at 2:10 am
Until now it is 3:10 am and we still waiting at the aircraft without any justification or any clarification
The gate itself delayed to open around 15 minutes
I am personally get harmed alot as I have very important business and personal commitments which I will not be able to fulfill
And by the end of the day all the flight duration is 1:25 hrs, so delay for more than 1:30 hrs is not acceptable
As we used to from Jazeera Airlines is very reputable company

Sr PSA harassed me mentally and through out me from the team of Jazeera just bcoz I took off for my mother in laws operation n I was in nanded I had not did any error or any rude behaviour three months she harassed me as m new staff n doing so much partiality m very need full of job n she promised her frnd that she will take him in Jazeera team she thrown me out .

Today Saturday the 14th of September after I have disembarked Flight No. J9 611 at Tbilisi airport at 1600 and after passing the immigration I realized that I have forgotten the items which I have purchased from Jazeera terminal duty free shop at Kuwait on my seat Number 14 F, such items where cosmetic creams for my wife with a value of 42 Kuwait dinars which amounts 141.99 USD that I have paid from my Visa card. ( unfortunately the receipt and my visa card payment I left in the duty free plastic bag but I can get the bank statement from my internet banking with the date and the place where I paid the money)
I proceeded to Jazeera office manager at Tbilisi airport and asked her if I can retrieve my forgotten items on my seat 14 F on the plane of flight number J9 116 which is still on ground but she replied me saying that nothing was reported to her from the plane cleaners and she can do nothing to me so I asked here to please contact them once more and double check because I am sure my lost item in the duty free black plastic bag are still in the pocket of the seat number 14 F she was very reluctant and refused to help me and even refused to give me a call number to check with somebody else.
