Jazeera Airways treatment with customer

I have booked from ATZ to Dxb- transit in Kuwait early morning of Saturday 7 September 2019-flight number J9 702.
I reached the counter 3 hours prior to the flight. The system was down. It was supposed that I receive the boarding card from the counter, however the employee sitting in the first counter from the left claimed that he could not issue the 2 cards ( for the transit in Kuwait) and he told me to leave the counter and start in other counter.
He treated me with disrespect and seemed not care to assist.
I went to the other counter and I found out that the other counter is experienced employee who had advised that any counter could issue the cards!
I have received one boarding card only to Kuwait and I don't know what would happen.
No care and treating travellers with disrespect and wasting your time.
I seek your response if any.

Jazeera Airways refund not received

Please be informed that I had a reservation in Jazeera Airways for travelling from Cochin to Kuwait on Aug. 10, 2019. It was rescheduled for Aug. 12, 2019. Due to flood and bad weather conditions, I don't think I can reach to Nedumbasseri from Kollam, Kerala for the fly and I decided take an early flight from Trivandrum, Kerala. Since my visa is going to expire I don't want to take risks by choosing again Nedumabasseri for my travel. So booked another flight from Trivandum, Kerala. Attached my ticket copy for your reference. My ticket was booked through a travel agent (Unimoni Financial Services Ltd.). I send email to Jazeera to explain the situation and they told me my ticket will cancel, they are gonna process refund. After few weeks I got a confirmation that the refund has been done from Jazeera's side and get in touch with Travel Agent ((Unimoni Financial Services Ltd.). Until now (03/09/2019), after successful completion of 24 days I haven't received a single penny either from Travel Agent or from the airline.

Jazeera Airways cabin crew

I just arrived to Cairo from Kuwait on flight number J9 735
And it was a horrendous experience
First of all the baggage crew were throwing everything around even the fragile marked baggage (video attached)
The cabin crew consisted of 2 males looked like a new hire and 2 females looked like they have a long experience
The 2 females treated the passengers so bad like we are some kind of refugee who are seeking their mercy
The captain didn't even introduce himself
Totally was a very bad experience

Jazeera Airways missing luggage

I arrived to cairo on trip 733 on 08-Aug-19, on eof my luggage was missing and Jazeera team provide receipt for missing luggage with no confimation on receiving date. I have checked twice and my luggage not yet received without any clarity or support from Jazeera team: I am realy disappointed from lack of support required from you.

I am planning to file case in consumer rights in both Cairo, Doha and Kuwait

Jazeera Airways baggage missing

Dear team,
I have travelled from kuwait to delhi on 04-Aug-19 at Aljajazeera (J 409) flight. As i have not received my baggage( someone else baggage was there with my name tag), i have given multiple complaints, but no satisfactory response from your side.

Jazeera Airways service/luggage

Unfortunately i had booked my ticket from dubai to kuwait and that got delayed and the next flight from kuwait to dubai was also delayed well i endures it but final destination lahore when they said the luggage was forgotten in kuwait was most penic moment of this damn hectic journey by jazeera airways.
Still 2 days gone no call no notification reaction reached me about the luggage

Jazeera Airways delay in receiving baggage's and items got stolen

On 26-07-19, Friday my flight from from Kuwait to Mumbai (J9 401) was at 20:30, however due to some airport issue at Kuwait all the flights were delayed. My flight was delayed by 4 hours and while boarding I was told by Jazeera Staff that our Checkin Luggage's will be sent to our provided address (Pune in my case) after a day or two and all the papers to be filled with assistance will be given at Mumbai airport. We reached Mumbai Airport on 27-07-19 at 07:30am IST, however there was not 1 Jazeera Staff present to tell us what to do. After complete chaos, 1 PASSENGER came forward and helped distribute baggage & customs papers and helped people fill it. Mumbai staff didn't even have a clue about our situation and all they could do was be apologetic, but I was assured that my luggage will be delivered to Pune.

After 2 days, Monday I get a call from Jazeera employee saying luggage has reached Mumbai and to come an collect it. So basically Jazeera wanted me to spend additional 4000 INR to retrieve my baggage which was delayed by Jazeera, even after I was told that they would deliver it. When I asked to speak with his Manager he said Your luggage, come and collect it and cut my call. Excellent Customer Service, right!

Some how I went and collected my luggage, the bags looked fine with the locks intact (J9 [protected], Skybags Dark Blue). However, when I reached home and opened it, items were stolen. 2 Watches, 1 Gold Chain and earrings. So basically Jazeera managed to ruin my entire vacation from the moment I stepped into the airport.

I know this mail is going to fall on deaf ears and Jazeera is just going to say that 'items in your baggage is not our responsibility', but I would just like to highlight the below points.

1- Jazeera has some staff who are just plain ROBBERS. (Maybe you cant help me retrieve my stolen items, but at least make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else which ruins their vacation and hard earned money)
2- If you cant deliver baggage's say it out honestly. (In my case I would have stayed in Mumbai for 2 days, rather than travel again from Pune)
3- You made passengers wait for 4 hours without food/drinks fine, least Jazeera could do was appoint someone at Mumbai airport to fill out the forms which would have reduced the chaos to a large extent.

Jazeera Airways missing luggage from kuwait jazeera terminal

Hi I supposed to fly from kuwait to delhi on 28 july 19, by flight No. J9 409 PNR PY455A
I complete my boarding and realesed all my luggages to load on board but due to failed to fullfill airlines requirment they hold us to travel and requested their kuwait team to unload all my luggages immediately, but unfortunately they just unloaded two luggages out of three and one remain in flight and reached to delhi.
The things is how It could possible that luggage of passenger reached to the destination without passenger.

I need my luggage to be secure safely in delhi to be claimed once i reach delhi tomorrow morning 4am.

Jazeera Airways left my 10 family members after boarding

Hi there
The incident happened on 23rd July 2019. Me and my brother purchased the 10 one way tickets for our families including mu mother, Dubai to Lahore.

The boarding time was 4pm and fight time was 4:45pm and mother call me exact on 4:50pm and told me that the flight had been taken off. Jazeera airways never called them through announcement and not single name of my family was called that the flight is waiting for them.

Imagine They made my family cried and the behavior of staff was so rude and non cooperative.

I got the termination from my company and 30th July is my last working day and we canceled all the family members and I have no money to buy the expensive tickets now because of eid ul adha the prices are high and i cant bear it any cost.

I want Jazeera airways to come up with the favorable decision and accommodate my all family members in your next flight

Jazeera Airways baggage lost

Hi, I am frequent fliyer with zazeera airways but my last trip I hed bed experience with airways, I lose my may bag from last 15 days I call many time they not give proper information. After they call your bag at airport you collect from airport. How to I collect because I am not stay to near the airport its almost 250km. It's not a airline duty to deliver bag .Please help other wise next time me and my company will not choose this airline.

Jazeera Airways check in baggage missing / not received at arrival airport

iam md yaseen shareef on 9th of july i have travel from doha qatar to hyderabad via kuwait i have 2 pieces of check in baggage and a hand carry at arrival airport hyderabad i dint received my 1piece of check in baggage my baggage tag no : 0486126285 flight no : J9 403 PNR no : RY692A, bag discription colour militry green trolly bag weight aroung 15 to 18 kgs.

Jazeera Airways imac and tv damaged

We travelled from QATAR to Dubai via Al Jazeera Airways last June 29. We have 48inches TV and IMac on our baggage. We paid for these just to bring with us but they are broken when we reached Dubai. IMac screen cracked, back of the TV punctured. They even put a tape on the punctured side of the TV box. We need some explanation from these guys. This is not acceptable at all.

Jazeera Airways nido & tang food product

Dear
I have a complain regarding things which was stopped by immigration officer at the time of hand-carry check up point at B3 gate .. I was traveling from Dubai to Lahore and transit at Kuwait . I had only hand carry just hand beg and I bought 2000 gm nido n 4000 gm 2 packet of Tangs . I bought from Dubai duty free shop . Everybody carries things from duty free shop not only me. The guy stopped the things and put in the box, because he was saying it's not allowed.. every body carrying duty free shop beg.. there were no access to seal the beg .. he allows everyone to bring the beg . N why he stopped my things and waste n put in his mirror box near the checking point ..

Jazeera Airways product - travelling bag

I Hasmukh Chandrakant Parakh our flight mumbai to Istanbul layover at Kuwait

Our Black colour bag has been damaged when we recieved it in istanbul
The trolley of the bag has been completely packed and is not opening
The bag is damaged in a very worst condition and teared that anyone can steal our belongings from it
We are not able to carry the bag ☹️ and we are travelling out of country
We are suffering from mental and physical harrassment
We want a new bag and a penalty for the mental and physical harrassment

Jazeera Airways bad services of the cabin crew

Dear Sir or Madame,
Happy Ramadan.
Flight from Kuwait to cairo on 9 th of May at 18:45.
First, during my flight from Kuwait to Cairo, the delyed and when I asked for a cup of water and they ignore my requests (more than one request).

and the flight from Cairo to Kuwait on 11th of May at 21:25 pm
The services of the provided by the cabin crew was so bad and they ignored all requests for asking for water and coffee.

I dont know why this is happening, is that your way in dealing with your custmers for this flights?

Jazeera Airways I am compiling about the delay of the flight

I am compailing about the delay of the flight j9213 to jeddah and the delay is around 3 hours which is unacceptable. We are tired from waiting in the airport, in addition the airlines didn't infrom us in advance. Furthermore, our plans have been all mixed up due to the delay of the flight which is inappropriate for the airways, i would like my refund for this very poor service

Jazeera Airways uninformed delay in flight for 6 hours

Dear Jazeera Airways.

I was flying with booking reference HFZ6RB from doha to kuwait.
and from Kuwait to Dubai.

to my deepest shock, there was unpredecented delay of 6 hours at the airport and nobody informed us.

I has cost me lot of money coming to the airport and going back to airport, then there was an event to be attended in dxb at 1:30 Pm, which again I could not attend.

this is totally not accepted, as this uninformed delay has not only caused problem mentally but also financially.

I demand strongest action against the person responsible and full refund for the loss I incurred.

Good afternoon!
Herby informing you that, i was flying with Aljazirah airways, dated 24 december 2018.
Jeddah to delhi.
Afteterlanding i was trying to get my luggege
But it was missing i informed to the concirn
Athurity at delhi baggage lost an found office also.
I am tired to followup with all possible try. But there us no any positve responce.
So i am requesting you kindly look into the mater. As soon as possible.

Jazeera Airways flight delayed then cancel

Dear Sir or Madame,

I had a confirmed booking for your flight:
Flight number: J9 403
Date: 01. 12.2018
Departure Airport: Kuwait (KWI)
Airport of Arrival: Hyderabad (HYD)
Passenger: I am one of passenger

Our flight was delayed. Therefore I missed my Train HYd to guntur. I had to stay in Kuwait Airport 20hours as the next flight to Hyderabad there today no idea. There around 50+ passenger in airport.

I Appreciate staff member who just clarifying the queries there to airport close. What we do now we are not a rich people to go back and book another flight ticket. There 90% House keepers.

Now time morning 7am 02.12.18 we came airport 3pm 01.12.2018. No sufficient food and sleep. No correct information also.

I appreciate your Al Jazeera Airways to compensate me for this delayed and where I unable to reach my destination at proper time.
In future to be your guest as well.

Expecting positive response soon.

Note: As a company Owner I prefer to keep staff who could build good image of Company rather saving few dollars to reflect in yearly performance appraisals.
