Dear Sirs,

I forward herewith my comprehensive complaint against one of the IT Company called JAYATMA INFORMATICS PVT LTD, AHMEDABAD, GUJARAT. The Intention of sending this compliant is to seize an amount of Rs 3, 00, 000=00 ( Three Lacs) against my two months salary, Traveling reimbursement, Variables and PF contributions to be paid to me. I request Media, Authorities And Consumer Grievance Forum to please bring to lime light this incidence to common citizens in India. Be careful of such cheating and take appropriate precautions while joining this company. This company has habits of not paying/clearing dues if employee leaves the organization due to unethical behavior of the Proprietor of the company because he has having political influence, money and muscle power

Eventually I was not having any option but to lodge complaint thru website (consumer forum sites) to initiate stringent action against JAYATMA INFORMATICS PVT LTD, AHMEDABAD, BARODA and get paid my dues. However, nothing has worked out till date. I kept on forwarding my grievances to all such authority from last 5 months but not getting any response.

I am having more then 2 decade of experience in Information Technology Industry. I have been offered as Head Projects by one of the IT enable company called “JAYATMA INFORMATICS PVT LTD, AHMEDABAD, GUJARAT, INDIA” in Sept 2009. On joining I have been asked to Monitor and Execute more then 44 projects in various verticals includes Insurance, Telecommunication, Banking, Manufacturing and Trading Companies, Government Sectors, Research Institutions and Regulating Agencies, Educational Institutions etc.

During the span of months I have proven my capability and capacity running project smoothly with cost cutting, proper approach to clients with generating more revenue and associating more projects. I have been deputed in south to hold projects which were on the edge of going out of company hand. I have proven in all the critical situation of company and demonstrated my ability to work in any environment and circumstances. Resulted getting appreciation from the entire notch of the company and from employer too. When all projects have streamed lined and was giving profit, all of sudden I have been asked to move on government sectors projects. Which was legacy and having lot of infrastructure issues hence not delivering output on time. Somehow, I managed and again proven myself by reflecting productivity and closing the various projects.

The prompter (the CEO) of the company was not keeping business ethics and approach. His (the CEO) conduct was beyond imagination. He (the CEO) always threats his employees, abuse and keep salary on hold or on the time of payment he creates unlawfull situations with vendors as well as with employees.

In one of stage he blocked my salary, variables (which was never paid from the date of joining, it was committed to pay every quarter, email and mobile sim) and tour reimbursements. Even though, he has not deposited PF contribution in my PF account. When I have raised the concerns and asked for the reason (in his chamber), he came out from his chamber and publicly abused me and shouted uncharacteristically.


Thus, I tender my resignation which was not accepted (I tender my resignation 3 times during my tenure from Sept 2009 to November 2010) then I went on medical leave as advised by my Doctor (during south project I suffered with varicose vain). After completion of my medical leave I have sent mail to promoter ( the CEO of the company whom I was reporting) and HR that I am rejoining my duties. They have not replied on my mail. Looking into my financial condition I went to office and joined my duty by circulating mail of my rejoin. The promoter (the CEO) came inside the block and asked me to “GET OUT” in presence of all team members. Since then (i.e. 15th December 2010)

I have requested and wrote repeated mails for settling my dues if they (the CEO) do not want me to continue. Unfortunately, I have not received any response. I also made number of calls and sms but never being entertained.

At last I was waiting for the president of the company who left due to all such reason was made to rejoin back. I forwarded my all concerns to the president in hope to get justice. Regrettably, nothing has happened till date. I am on street and not in position to go for legal action. Please help me getting my dues from the company.
