Jane.com I received a ring I never ordered and nobody else ordered it for me

I received on May 23, 2023, a ring from Jane with an address in New Jersey. It was sent to my totally correct mailing address in Hawaii. I never ordered the ring, so far it hasn't appeared as a charge on my Visa card, and there is no paperwork inside the package with the ring that gives any order information. I haven't worn a ring in over 5 years and I know I didn't order a ring. There is no invoice or other documentation in the package with the ring to give me any information I need. I wish to return the ring but I can't read the entire address on the mailing label. There is a tag on the ring that says $188.

Please help me resolve this dilemma!

Desired outcome: I would like a response from Jane in New Jersey regarding this mystery ring that I received but never ordered. I want to know who purchased this ring and how I can return it.

Jane.com Complaint

All the shirts were about three sizes to small. Okay, that's fine, I will return and get my money back. Nope, there suggestion was to either keep it and give it to a friend because it would be too expensive to return for me. After my second email they did offer a five dollar coupon but still out 100 dollars worth of clothes that did fit my friend that is three times smaller. I mean if you were going to write a manual on how not to have great customer service Jane.com would be the author.

Jane.com 3 bracelets from bh silver

I ordered 3 bracelets on the Jane.com website, in June 2020, the company bh silver is the company that the bracelets were actually coming from. The 1st order they did the initials in the wrong order. Emailed them and they had to have more info, took pics and explained to them once again. The re-do was done the exact same way. I've emailed them twice and nothing has been resolved. I'm still stuck with 6 bracelets that I can do nothing with.

Jane.com Tiger King T-shirts and products

I am very disappointed to see that you are representing any seller (Print the Party) that has products that support this documentary and the values they represent.

If you watched the program, you would realize that it is a show about tiger owners and the mistreatment of tigers in captivity. By selling products that support this program, you are basically supporting tigers in captivity. There are more tigers in captivity than in the wild.

One of the people (Joe) that is being represented on the T-shirt so it's currently on your site is currently in prison for attempted murder.

As a company that represents families and children products, I would think that you would not want to be associated with anything that does not support animal conservation.

The T-shirts that are currently being sold on your site, from Print the Party should be removed.

Jane.com lettered and lined lg farmhouse essentials art

I bought 6-7 art pieces from this company on or around Aug 15th. I was charged for the items, but I have not received any confirmation email and I have not received the package yet. Is there a way to contact them to find out when and if I'll be receiving my order? I am worried that I was charged but am not receiving anything in the mail. Please let me know how to contact this seller.

Jane.com Grocery plastic bag holder

Hello,
I received my order today and love the bags, however, I ordered two dandelion Gray bag holders and one Fynn natural and only got one of the dandelion gray. SKU number: [protected]. In total, I ordered three bag holders but only received two of them :(
I would really like the third bag holder however a refund of the 10.99 is acceptable as well.

I have copied my email correspondence below for reference. I received a pair of shoes in the mail that wreaked heavily of cigarette smoke. This smell makes me physically sick so I requested a return label and replacement shoes. The shoes are out of stock, which I understand, but the company wants me to pay for the return shipping costs. That is outrageous considering they were the ones that sent me disgusting, cigarette smoke, smelling shoes. This is terrible customer service and I would like a resolution from Jane.com since I cannot seem to get one from the manufacturer.

Well nothing smelled like cigarette smoke until I opened the sealed packaging that contained the shoes. So yes, you did send out an item that wreaked of cigarette smoke. There is no way that it picked up that smell during shipping because nothing else with the box or packaging smelled like that when I received it. Only when I opened the packaging containing the shoes. Obviously someone or some room where the shoes were smelled heavily of smoke.

I ordered several pieces and 3/4 were poor/awful quality (extremely cheap) and I'll fitting. I contacted customer service immediately to start the return process, come to find out they're less than thrilled to help. I've sent multiple emails to them asking for help and corresponded with several different ages. The last email I sent was asking them to complete the return process, their response was "it's past the return date… " You have got to be kidding me! I've been trying to get a return soon as I receive the items and they're too lazy to do anything about it, and now They won't help.

Bottom line, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! My next step is to contact BBB!

Jane.com took my money and didn’t deliver product

I ordered two Christmas ornaments through Jane.com on November 30, 2017. My order number is listed in the subject bar above. These are listed on Jane.com by a seller called Le Chic Monogram. I never received my ornaments. There is a tracking # through USPS but it says they are still waiting for the item. I've contacted the seller and Jane.com multiple times and no one gets back to me. I'm super angry as this was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my friend. At the very least I would like my money back. They can't just steal money from me and give me no product in return. This is really infuriating!

Jane.com piper and co

I ordered a vest from Piper and Co on November 29, 2017. I have yet to get my order or hear back from the shop when I contacted them, multiple people have had the same problem with this shop as well lately. The only update I have is that the ups is waiting for the package. Please help in resolving this issue. Jane.com is a great website there is just this bad shop on there that won't help anyone out with their order and have already taken the money for it.

Jane.com never received my order!!!

I order a personalize bracelet (2) from [protected]@bhsilver.com. It shipped out on Dec. 1st. I can NOT track my package because it said it hasn't be uploaded for usps! So I contact the seller cause thats what usps said to do and he will not respond to my emails. It said my package would be delivered the 6th so I have been emailing him since the 6th with no response. Please him get a response where my package is or please get me a refund!

Help. I ordered a personalized necklace disc (silver) for a present, and I have as of this dated not received the item.
I ordered on 10/17/2020 #[protected]. It gives a tracking number, but when I track it, it says that there is no updated information for this tracking number. Please help me.
Looking at other reviews, they have had the same thing happen to them.
However on 10/19/2020, they charged my checking account. I am very upset and hopefully, you can help with this problem.
I will await your answer.

Jane.com i’m not able to reset my password even if I hit reset my password button

Please can someone help me! I'm trying to login and I forgot my password and i'm trying to reset my password but it's not letting me!
I have tried many different ways to so how reset my password but i'm having no luck! I want to order christmas gifts but I can't because I forgot my password and it want let me reset my password! Can someone please help me resolve this problem!

I bought a gift card for my secret santa at work Today, I had the gift card emailed to myself so that I could print it off and give it to her. instead I received an email with only a picture and no code for her to redeem her gift card. The money is out of my account and now I have no gift card. This is my first experience with Jane.com and I am extremely disappointed.

Jane.com t-shirt

I'm a teacher and my team (7 of us) ordered a custom tribe t-shirt. My order number is [protected].

We all received our shirts and the sizes are way off. I ordered the ladies fit t-shirt in a small. It is very baggy and it is not a fitting t-shirt at all. The shirt does not fit the way it is pictured on the website at all. I am 5'3" and 125 pounds. I've always ordered a small and this shirt is just way too big to wear without it looking sloppy.

I'd like to request a refund if possible.

Jane.com Too bad

Baggy website. Couldn't change my address to the new one. The website kept showing my previous address.
It took me too long to find any way of contacting them, but I did. They transferred me to the representative who could resolve it. I was said to send my new address to her and wait for her confirmation, after this I could place my order. Nobody replied. I waited for one day, two... I called them willing to find out what was wrong. They said that my order was sent! to the old address of course.
Thank god I know who lives there, I called her and she will resend my package to me.
But the Jane itself is a piece of crap. Never buy from them.

Jane.com product return/refund

I purchased a dress (Stripes & Dots Chiffon Dress) that is way to baggy. Not appropriate to the size indicated. I requested a refund or exchange with the original seller, but I never heard back from them. I emailed them weeks ago. This will make ot more unlikely that I make an online purchase from your website again. I would still like assistance getting this refund or return processed. Please help so that this experience doesn't leave a bad impression on me for future purchases.

Jane.com Terrible company to do business with

Ordered several items from Jane and did not receive my tracking number. Contacted customer service and they promised to send me one. I finally received my tracking number about three weeks later and the worst part was that it was not working and had nothing to do with my order! Contacted them again and they said that it was a mistake and promised me another one and after that they just disappeared. I still have no tracking information and I have no idea where my order is! It seems like these guys just scammed me and took my money! Do not do business with this fraudulent company!

Jane.com I got already broken stuff from the seller

We ordered several items from the company www.jane.com. The delivery was late and the seller really badly packaged the stuff. The whole order was ruined and already was inadequate for the usage. We tried to get compensation or anything from the seller, but of course he refused and started to tell some nonsense. Don’t trust them and be ready that you will get awful items from these people.

Jane.com Bad quality of sweater and impossible to get money back

I ordered sweater and tunica from the company www.jane.com. I was shocked and disappointed in the provided services. I got the order, but these two things looked completely different as on the website. As well as the sweater was torn in two places. I took pics and sent them to the seller, but she replied that the quality of pics was horrible; therefore they couldn’t return money or provide any compensation. The worst company and services.

I have bought quite a bit from Jane and found hair extensions for my niece for her wedding. I sent her to the your site to purchase the hair. She ordered dirty blonde but instead received red hair. I'm wondering what can be done about this?
