This is a fraud company with no ethics and no written committments given to the customer, they have office at 6 or 7 locations in hyderabad. I recently had finished my instalment term with them and went to the headoffice for registration, i was told i have to pay 6 thousand as fine, when asked why, they said i paid my instalments at the wrong time..I have been paying my instalments as per the agent from whom we bought the plot and also as per the instructions given from their offices, Janaharsha head office staff now claims that all the 6 or 7 offices they have are not owned by them and are marketing guys, who can give wrong info, and its the customers responsibility to come to the main office and find out the truth. isnt this ridiculous,
Moreover it was promised that Janaharsha would plant trees, which is not done, even after 4 years, now they say its was not promised and nothing was given in writing.
i was not the only one there, all the customers, almost 6 of them had the same issue, i am attaching few mobile # of the customers present there as well MaheshRao [protected], Binu Varghese [protected], Manish [protected]

Janaharsha is making money by charging interest at the rate of 2 % p.m to most of the customers as I am aware of it.
They are charging interest of late payment and even for non-payment of instalments on false grounds.
They don't care to inform the customer about their pending payment nor there are anyways through which you can get to speak the higher ups in the organisation.
In my instance they even showed a payment as "cheque returned" and charged interest on it.
Thankfully I had the bank statement record to show them that the payment has been done.
