Walmart online buying

i bought an item November 26 Black friday sales and i never got ot
i lost 3 weeks and the purchase i made was never honored

I will never buy from Walmart online ever again. Their is so many other companies to buy from that are honest, .

Walmart Rude associate and visa gift card

I was checking out at Walmart tonight, 12/21/21 at 10:30 pm...the cashier had issues with a gift card...I very kindly advised her that the gift card I was using probably has to be ran through differently bc a manager always has to come over and show someone how to run it...and it works fine...she was very nice and called matt over...who took one glance at her ticket...didn't even re-try it to make me feel like he did anything...he looked at me and in a nasty tone said "if it's not active it's not active"...there isn't anything I can do about it call them ...I have never been treated so rude! I had to pay 120 cash!...I advised card is active...paid for small purchase with it that morning...180.00 left on it...double checked after going to store...it is active... karen.m.gordon.[protected]@gmail.com

Walmart my source. Visio computer monitor

I bought a monitor on Black Friday sales Novenber 26 .
right the next day i recieved e mail publicity everyday from Walmart.
But Wal mart refuses to provide me with the item

This is unnaceptable thses days. Wal mart is part of deceiving sales and publicity.
I lost time and it cuses me some stress

they issued a refunf the 20 December. I never did ask for a refund. I wanted the item i bought on sale.

Walmart Lack of motorized shopping carts

No Walmart in Texas has enough working motorized shopping carts for the elderly and / or disabled shopper.
K Mart has plenty.
Aldi has plenty.
Brookshire's has plenty.
Why is it only Walmart who cannot keep up with availability ?

Walmart Grocery delivery customer service

I ordered groceries order #6232133-942867 that were delivered on Dec 19th, 2021 to the wrong house. Upon calling customer service I spoke to someone named Andres who was very rude and actually laughed at me when I told him I did not have the money to make another grocery order. He then refused to transfer me to a supervisor continuing to laugh at me. I had to call customer service 3 times to be helped. I was not even refunded for the whole order and was only refunded 5 dollars of the 8 they charged for delivery... a delivery I never received. This is completely unacceptable and needs to be resolved immediately.

Walmart Trying to obtain refund of $464.45 (defective furniture) and getting the runaround

Oct. 17, 2021 - placed order for BELLEZE Modern Farmhouse (photo attached)
Oct. 28, 2021 - received furniture
- got halfway through assembly to discover essential part not included (photo attached)
Nov. 12, 2021 - completed online return procedure indicated furniture shipment was missing an essential part.
Nov. 13, 2021 - Walmart forwarded issue to UltraCanadian (the seller)
Nov. 13 - Dec.13, 2021 - Attempts to resolve matter got nowhere as follows:
- Request Seller to ship replacement part
- Seller refused; requested entire product to be returned (normal procedure)
- explained shipping material had since been discarded and disassembling and finding large enough box (5 ft x 1 ft) was not practical; proposed alternate resolutions such as pulling part from another box or shipping entire produce after which I pull out part and return the rest in its original packing material.
- seller refused
Dec. 13 - escalated to Walmart; agent said they would send an instruction to seller to refund and that, if no response, call back and Walmart will provide the refund. Indicated I should wait 72 hours for this to happen.
Dec. 20 - call#1;
- informed no escalation had actually taken place. Indicated Walmart would escalate and to wait 48 hours.
- expressed lack of confidence in this and requested escalation to supervisor.
- on hold for supervisor; then I was cut off and had to call back
Dec. 20 - call#2
- complete repeat of first call
Dec. 20 - call#3
- repeat of call#1 but eventually got through to Albert Bradhan, supervisor, located in New Delhi.
- informed me he would escalate to the seller and to wait 72 hours
- challenged this approach as it was a repeat from December 13 call. I proposed shipping back a few smaller parts that could reasonably fit in the box, and would that suffice.
- Albert finally firmly stated there would be not refund from Walmart and that I would need to return product to seller.
- Requested escalation to his manager.
- informed further escalation is against Walmart policy.

Conclusion: I have exhausted my recourse with Walmart and am out $464.45.

Desired outcome: Refund of $464.45 OR shipment of missing part.

Walmart WalmartMoneyCard.com

I bought this card and another put different amounts on each card when I got home i actived them but I don't know 🤷🏾‍♀️ what happen with the money 💴 that I put on both cards 💳 now they expire and I'm being traiying to get my money back or a refund it's my money I work for it so hard and I need it to pay my bills and medicines I have bought this cards on the year of 2017/2018

I purchased a power cordless grill model pg1500 a while back I've just never used it. When I finally opened it it didn't have the griddle pan in it. It has been to long to return it to the store. Please help!

Walmart Air fresheners and slippers

On December 10th2021 I ordered 6 Airwick oil warmers 3 of the special addition snowmen With 2 refills and 3 of the reindeer special additions they were 13.63 each the snowmen came but the reindeer didn't I waited an extra day in case they were send separately, they didn't come I called and said refund my money was told a market place seller would contact me it never happened in 48 hours called a third time, in the meantime time two pairs of men's slippers I ordered a Christmas gift we sent to fed ex in Philadelphia pa were I live and then forwarded to Indiana called again and said cancel the reindeers and both pairs of slippers got an email I will be refunded for one reindeer and one pair of slippers I'm at the end of my rope please tell me we're I can get this straight and my money refunded

Walmart Delivery driver

Package left on the lawn near the street on a rainy day. We are 200' off the road and deliveries are regularly made by FedEx, UPS, and USPS to our front door. Only alerted to the delivery by a neighbor. Not acceptable! An apology or a response from the company or driver would be nice.

Desired outcome: Would like assurances that it will not happen again and the driver notified of the complaint

Having trouble with the same delivery driver from Walmart, driving over my lawn do deliver grocery order. We complained to the Walmart store the 1st time, and put instructions on the next order to use driveway and not to park on grass. Well that was a waste of time, he did it again. This was from the store located in Port Charlotte FL, Kings Highway.

Walmart Managers

On December 3, 2021 store # 03471 I was charged 54.74 for Chicken that cost $5.76 I complain to the Store Manager Jodi, and Assistance Manager Tammy. I am 501C3 509(a) Jacobs Missionaries Inc. EIN # [protected], on this Date Tammy and Jodi wouldn't except my status letter. Jodi told me to come back into the store with a copy of the status letter along with a letter stating what I wanted as a gift. I file a complaint on Dec.3, conformation # [protected].
On December 11, 2021 I went back to the store 03471 spoke with Tammy and Jodi, showed them the information you that was requested Jodi look at the letters she requested also the conformation number, and stated she wouldn't except either letter because I filed a complaint against her! I came home and file another complaint a conformation # [protected] and was given a WMT # 237989 I have been on the phones for three hours today. Regarding this matter. Tammy and Jodi was discriminating against me! I have called so many times staying on the phones for hours on end.
I also filed for a grant with Walmart.

Walmart Canned diced tomatoes

We bought a can of Great Value diced tomatoes from the Walmart in Coos Bay, Oregon. There was a small piece of wood inside the can, (It measures roughly 1/2"X 1/2" X 1/4") and I would like some substantial compensation for this, since it wasn't discovered until it was in my mouth. We still have the can, and the piece of wood, which you can see in the pictures. We find this totally unacceptable. Something like this should have never happened, and opens up the possibility of a lawsuit. Where are the quality control measures?

Walmart Moving too much

Walmart in Saginaw Michigan Bay rd location is rude doctor and rude staff. You never want to see their face again. Since you walking thy seems don't want to do their job. Almost walked out because all 3 people faces were grumpy. Must be they don't like our skin. They didn't check my son eye and give us excuse that he move too much? My kids are quite and they are excellent for listening to directions. Obviously they do t wanted to do their job and hated us to be there. Leave your problem home or shut the business if you too lazy to be up and helping. Don't you have kids and you cant go around with them? Lazy Ashok's doctors and staff. Doctor was older and he seems rude and tired of being there! Stay home and retired ducking idiot. I am sure you made your money all life but you should stay home with that grumpy face whole time.

Walmart No Motorized Shopping Cart for disables at Walmart at 8500 W Golf Rd, Niles, IL 60714

Walmart at 8500 W Golf Rd, Niles, IL 60714 does not have any Motorized Shopping Cart for disables.
My husband needs that to shop and every time we went to the store, we couldn't find any. He had to sit until I finished shopping.
3 weeks ago, we discovered that there is 0 Motorized Shopping Cart for disables.
I think it is absolutely necessary that the store provides this service for disables.

Walmart Customer threats from management

Parked in the "pick-up" lane @ Walmart today. I am fed up with every other parking space being reserved for somebody. Handicapped parking, I do not have a problem with but maybe Walmart should consider leaving some parking for customers. Went inside to shop, over the intercom comes this message "move your vehicle from the pick-up lane or it will be towed" Did not appreciate being threatened while spending money in a store in an area known for high unemployment and economic problems. Found management and informed the man who refused to give me his name that I did not appreciate being threatened while trying to shop. My money is as green as anybody else and he could reserve parking for the rest of Walmart customers. Denied this happened. Informed him he was lying. Stated "I wasn't the person who actually made the announcement." I informed him he was management and responsible. He stated if I parked in the pick-up lane I was wrong. I left and shopped @ Save-A-Lot. I know Walmart does not care but I do not believe I am the only person spending less @ Walmart these days due to parking issues, having to check myself out half the time and their overall attitude. Attempted to call Walmart, hung up on me because I would not tell them my age; none of your business Walmart. Another call was directed to their medical department who informed me they couldn't help me but they could sell me something absolutely free.

Desired outcome: Stop threatening your customers Walmart and consider leaving us a few parking spaces and hire people to man all those check out lanes that you never had any intention of using

I'm so sorry you had such a terrible experience while shopping at Walmart.

In order to allow each of the customers access to your local Walmart, there are parking spots designated for specific customers. It's important that everyone respect these designations. When this doesn't happen, Walmart tries to contact the offender before towing.

Parking space is destinated for pick up only. It's the holidays, expect parking lot crowds. Pick up parking is strictly for online pickups.
