Final sale items
I bought something for my husband but everything was too small and did not fit. I contacted JackThreads support service and they said that I can send everything back for a refund and I agreed, that seemed like a great deal.
Later, when they received the items, they contacted me and said that they were not able to help me because these items were on final sale and non-refundable.
I would like to mention that there was nothing said about that on their site and that they did not say anything when I contacted them for the first time. I had to pay extra money to get these items back! What a terrible waste of money!
No returns
When I found JackThreads website first of all I checked all the policies and made sure that they accept returns and in case of any issues provide refunds. It was said on their website that returns were possible, but when I contacted them and told that I want to return the shirt because of the wrong size they said that they don't do refunds and exchanges! I told them that the opposite thing was written on their website and they said that it was not. Then I sent them a link and they did not reply. Beware!
They charged me for overcharge
People, be careful, because the company www.jackthreads.com has charged me for overcharge. I have bought from them, but the company overcharged me. I emailed them and told that they took larger sum from me. After that the rep replied and told me that they would refund the sum back, but instead of returning money, they charged me again. WTF? I continued to email them, but nothing has happened.

They refused to take clothes back and provide full refund
People, attention! This company is fraud. When I ordered from www.jackthreads.com, it was mentioned that they have accepted items back and provided full refunds. It was in theory, but on practice, they simply refused to take these items back. The rep told me that I already wore them, but all items had labels. Awful services and attitude. I was so shocked with such attitude towards customers. I still don’t understand how this company can exist at all.
