Jack In The Box entire experience

My name is Christian Hahn and at around 1:30 am Wednesday morning I drove into your Lake Murray location's drive through. We waited there for many minutes and were never greeted so we decided to go into the restaurant. Upon getting at the register the employee working began communicating to us without taking our order, made race based remarks about the language barrier between us and the Hispanic line cook. Then when im giving him my order he became extremely confused because I needed to split payments. I then asked to pay the bill with just cash, and then this created more confusion. The situation was uncomfortable and I fregquent jack and the box for the late night convience. I asked to simply to cancel the order, but he couldn't do that either. He held the cash I gave him for the meal for a time. He couldn't figure it out at all and it made me nervous because money is something that I unfortunately have to be cautious with currently. He admitted he did not have the means to figure it out then allowed me behind the counter, the access to the POS and ultimately the drawer. When I was behind the counter I was able to fix the problem quickly and asked for a water cup. This was a frustrating experience and I would like this problem addressed.

Jack In The Box my manager at work abuse me

Ms.Garza today at 11:00am on Dec 5 2019 has asked me to clock out of work because I asked if is in the handbook that if I work 4 hours I still have to go on break? She said "I am in charge here I make the rules so just clock out and go home" Ms.Garza has HIT me once before in my leg with her hand in the front register because I didn't take an order correct she also has balled up her fist like if she was going to hit me twice before and did that in front of the customers she also calls me names she is so rude to me most of the time and I have kept quiet this entire time I been working with her because I need this job more then ever especially now that Christmas is coming but this has been the last time I take such disrespect from her because she just simply don't like me and she knows I don't argue or talk back so is really hard to work with somebody that is always bulling you specially when you trying to work. Jack In The Box aberdeen drive-thru

My friend and I waited in the drive-thru for about 15 min. I actually got out of the car, walked up to the window and asked them if they could aslk him to pull up front so they could serve us. I was told they were very busy and would serve us when they could which took another 7 min. When we drove around there was 2 tables of people. They lost a customer who drove over the curb to get out of there! And the lady behind me asked if I they told me what the problem was. They screwed up our order, leaving out a fry and covering the jumbo jack with some kind of red sauce, rendering it inedible. I called the manager and returned the left-overs and got my money back. I will never eat at another jack-in-the-box!

Jack In The Box food and customer service

went to jack in bx #132 order 2 southwest salads they never put the chicken on it then lied and said we did not order chicken on it been getting salad a long time with chicken they said they did not have groutons out of experation date i drove 10 miles back to return them they gave my money back but the girl on duty would not speak to me in english and only spoke spanish and she can speak english she was just being #####################

I ordered a white cheddar combo for $4.99. I requested just cheese and bacon on the hamburger, which they had correct on the drive thru screen. Received the take out bag and drive towards work. Decided to start eating the lunch in my truck as we have limited time (30 minutes). Come to find out my sandwich had all of the other items I do not prefer, such as lettuce, tomato, and mayo. Seeing that this location is not in an ideal location, I had to park at the gas station next to the restaurant.
I was somewhat upset and the girl appeared to know right away that she gave me the incorrect order. Handed me the right sandwich and offered a free cheesecake, which I declined. Drove off and made a U-turn to head back to work. Opened up the box and it was a complete different sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and who knows what else. I do believe in the rule "fool me once, your fault; fool me twice, my fault). I should have opened the box while at the establishment!
So no I have lost my appetite and late back to work. I parked across the street at a different gas station and returned back to Jack in the Box. I requested my money back and left unhappy. The girl didn't ask what was wrong with the order, just didn't say anything and gave me the money back. It had been almost a year since I've visited a Jack in the Box. Don't think I need to say anymore. ...

Ordered grilled chicken sandwich with no tomatoes, lg fry and unsweetened iced tea
Also ordered really big chicken sandwich, no tomatoes, lg fry and lemonade
Order received was grilled chicken WITH tomatoes, lg fry and lemonade and really big chicken sandwich WITH tomatoes, lg fry and lemonade. Some folks are allergic to TOMATOES which is the reason for ordering without

Jack In The Box time spent in drive thru

I pulled into the drive thru of a Jack in the Box last night in Spanaway, WA and was able to pull up to the order screen pretty quickly-only 4 cars ahead of me. After I ordered, I then waited 45 minutes, yes 45 minutes, in the drive thru with only 4 cars ahead of me. By the time I got to the window to pay and get my food I was very frustrated. The guys serving me at the window did not say anything about my wait, did not apologize, did not seem to care. Unbelievable. I will not be returning to Jack in the Box. TERRIBLE experience and TERRIBLE customer service.

Jack In The Box customer service was very bad

I had run to the Jack in the box at my work time at 13050 Interurban Ave S, Tukwila, WA 98168 at 12:57:10 PM and the guy at the window who was taking orders was very impatient and rude. I hadn't finished my order and he was totally in a hurry and kept cutting me off. After I caught his full attention he commented that he had a long day, had been there since 6am and hadn't had a break as of yet...I told him that I was sorry that he was having a bad day. Jack In The Box drugs on property

I am putting in a complaint for the Jack in the Box in Tucson Arizona on Grant and Oracle just so you are aware that employees are using drugs in the store and selling them I've called the manager and complain all she said was that she needs to see for herself I know firsthand is because I walked into the bathroom and one of them toys with smoking meth not only that one of the employees by the name of Joseph Bustamante offer to sell me drugs and also told me that he keeps his gun hidden inside the storm that he can pull out and show me anytime I want to see it should you see you know I think you should look into a safe and praise are doing drugs and took the store for any kind of weapons

Jack In The Box complaint about team leader

This is store 510 Pittsburg California, I'm a team member I've been working for jack in the box for over 1 year, and this store is the 3rd store I've worked at, This store is the only one where I've worked that I had to put up with such a rude team leader and no one like her because she treats everyone like garbage,
She's complained about my Christian music also.
And I'm thinking about leaving just because of her. It's not fair for her to get away with what she does, she also almost made our store lose $2500.00 one night, our boss should of fired her, she got scammed over the fone about some new computers, she was gonna take the money out of the safe with out telling our boss and take it to the bank at 1130pm. And yet she is still here.

Jack In The Box drinks and service

I drove to the Jack-in-the-box in Calexico, CA(off of Highway 7) for lunch. I ordered two different combo's. I asked for a medium Ice Tea with lemon with combo #1 and a large Coke zero with combo #2. When I got to the window I was given my drinks, I had to ask for lemon again! I drove back to work to find a medium coke zero with no syrup just carbonated water and a large Ice tea. My lunch is only 30 minutes so I was unable to go back and get a refund. Listening is key and if the person at the drive thru window cannot multitask then maybe she should be at a different position.

Jack In The Box credit card scam

My debit card was copied by person 10-30-2019 approximately 7:45 am I purchased 4 breakfast jacks 1 orange juice and a hash brown my card ending in 8190 was charged $10.06 and never used it in public until that day and it so happens to be in Fontana that my card was used to purchase gas at a chevron station in the hundreds. The lady also disappeared with my card to scan it and never gave me my receipt look at your cameras and youll find your scam artist I also was driving in a charcoal grey bmw. My name is David Ramirez [protected] Im pissed and feel like im gonna go to your store ask for her to be fired if you can find proof that she did what I am accusing her of. call me

Jack In The Box toco's

I love Jack N Box's toco's however I think that cashier should ask and not asume that you want toco sauce, I have many, many times thrown away at least 5-6 packets of sauce. I usually tell them no toco sauce but many time they have already put them in the order. I'm speaking of handfuls of sauce per customer; your company could save money on this issue.

Jack In The Box did not honor coupons

On October 7, 2019 at around 12:30 p.m. I went to the Jack in the Box by where I work. I had a $5 coupon for the Bacon & Swiss Buttery Jack Combo. I ordered it at the drive thru and went to the window pay. I gave the young black male the coupon the coupon and he said he had to figure out what I owed. I thought he meant sales tax added to the $5 coupon no he said the amount of the combo was aprox $7.49 and then quoted a price of around $6.00. What happened to the $5 combo? He was rude about it. This Jack in the Box has a history of horrible service but recently there has been a very friendly, helpful, And efficient service by an older black man. The young man needs to be trained to read the coupon and act accordingly. This is the Jack in the Box on 4500 Lemay Ferry Rd., Mehlville, MO 63129.

Jack In The Box store app not doing any good

I went to the store located in covina, ca. I ordered my food thru the app send even paid for it without any problem. I noticed it says top send in your order and it will be ready when you come 5-7 minutes. So I sent it. Since to the store. Told them I was there too get my order. The lady then tells me to "pull out the drive thruand park my vehicleim starting your order now and I will bring my order once they were done preparing it." What's the point of the app "avoiding" the line if they start making lines in the parking lot. Granted my food was hot and I enjoy that. But I am a single mother who needs to get my kids and my boyfriend food by a certain time top have everyone fed and ot the door without anyone being late.

Jack In The Box the food

I went to the jack in the box in Dayton tx today and the tacos were brown from the grease! The curly fries were also brown and nasty! They looked and tasted like old nasty grease! I also got a jr jumbo jack with cheese and the patty was dry and nasty! It was just a big waste of money and it was disgusting! If I didn't live 15 min from the store I would have taken back for a refund! That's a shame to be served food that I know for a fact the employees would not eat!

Jack In The Box waited in line for food order

Britain Avenue San Carlos, California - 9-26-2019 at 1:10 pm. Waited In the food ordering line for 15 minutes with 2 other customers- no attention from the three employees. Was told the manager was busy fixing a beverage machine and will take your order when she is finished. We all left for another fast food source. Not a customer favored location.

Jack In The Box 19 minute wait for drive thru & rude unhelpful employees - arina for one & others @ jtb #6002 nampa idaho

We were asked to pull ahead to wait for our order. The person next to us got their order in about 5 min. The car right behind us got their order right away. Next a big truck sat at the window for 6 min-I timed him because his lights were shining in my eyes-then drove off with 2 big bags of food. Now we had waited 14 min for our food. I called to ask where our order was & was told they'd get It as soon as they could. I said we'd already waited 14 min-she said they'd had some big orders. I said yeah orders after ours. I asked for the manager-she said she was the manager. I said if they couldn't get our order out just give me my money back. She said they'd get it out as soon as they could & hung up on me. I could see her thru the window looking our way & laughing with her co conspirators. After another 5 min which I know was intentional she brought our food. I said it was rediculous that it took 19 minutes to get our order-she said we were the only ones who ordered breakfast sandwiches! Like that was any reason it took so long. One of the bags tore as she handed to me, something fell out of the bag on the ground-I asked what it was. I think she said sauce. She DIDNT OFFER TO GO GET MORE SAUCE OR ANOTHER BAG. I wanted to know the manager's name. She said we are all shift leaders. I said someone told me she was the manager, what is her name. She just stared at me. I said what is your name-she just stared at me. My son said don't worry mom someone will know who was working here that night. No name badges (her name was on the ticket..)This was way beyond BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. We will NEVER EVER go to that jack in the box again. We hadn't gone there for a few months anyway because of repeated bad service. They either gave the wrong item or didn't give us our whole order-I mean even forgetting to put fries in a kids meal (he cried because they forgot his fries) or not putting cheese on when you pay extra. For God's sake a kids meal has only 2 items in it. How hard is that to get right. Well guess what-we got home & sure enough they didn't put in my eggroll. I' m sure they discovered their mistake & took the phone off the hook, because I put my phone on redial for 1/2 an hour & always the busy signal. Real professional mature customer service.NOT My teriyaki bowl was cold & inedible. The chicken was hard-either not cooked enough or sat around too long. We were almost afraid to eat the other stuff, afraid maybe they spit in or worse. I did the survey on the receipt only to have someone call me-that hadn't happened & probably won't. Not sure about this issue is important to you either. But I plan on putting this complaint on Facebook & any other social media I can because this is a bad bad business environment that has gone unchecked for way too long. There are tons of other places to eat all right there. If serving breakfast sandwiches at night is such an issue why advertise on tv you serve breakfast 24 hours a day? And if everyone working is "shift leader" why not make sure you have at least one mature competent concerned with actual customer service one on shift? I worked in retail for many years & even owned and operated 2 businesses including a restaurant. I NEVER mistreated anyone like this. Is this the new business structure for jack in the box? Because if it is even the largest business concerns can go down the tubes and I've talked to a ton of people who had multiple bad experiences at this particular one. Jack In The Box being yelled at for ordering 10 tacos

St. Charles Zumbehl location 6330 at approximately at 12:38 pm. I went through the drive through and ordered 10 tacos, and the lady started yelling at me cause there was only 3 people working. She said I would have to wait which was fine, I don't mind waiting but because she was so angry and yelling at me, I left because I thought she would contaminate my food.

Jack In The Box food and speed disappointment

Sept 22, 2019 Me and my husband went to jack in the box at 12:28am ordered Curly fry burger munchie meal, 2 tacos and value fry. My tacos and fries where cold and my husband curly fry munchie meal burger didn't have ketup only mustard and he was suppose to curly fries but got mixed fries and they also where cold after waiting in line for 20 mins smh... this isn't the first time our order was not right this is absolutely ridiculous and I am sick of going thru this same problem... so something needs to be done because yall will be losing many customers if this continues with my food...
