I have always been able to get a burger in the morning, a breakfast jack at night and anything else I want .
This jack in the box is run very poorly.
On Fremont blvd. In Fremont ca.
They can't take orders properly, unable to use the screen that tells me what I ordered and how much.
Also they have a hard time understanding English.
Been closed on 2 occasions at night.
Needs new management!

I went to the drive thru to order lunch. When I got to the window, the guy gave me the change that was floating on top of the dollar bills. When he handed it to me the change slipped off falling to the ground, and under my car. I asked him to "please give me my change, it's all over the ground". (I was meaning to get more out of the cash register). He said "get out of your car and get it yourself, it's right there". I am a 72 yr. old woman, and expect more respect from a young male employee. I would have had to repark my car and walk back and pick up the change onthe filty driveway. I told him that everytime I come here, (which has been over 30 yrs), that the employee always puts the change in my hand, and then the dollar bills. He kind of smugged, and called for the manager to open the register. This was the first time that I have had such a rude remark from any drive thru in Encinitas, for my entire life. So we came the drive through on 2/28/2020 after attending a concert.. There were cars already wrap around the building but I figured it would move fast (the line) but that wasn't the case...It took at least a hour jus to get the menu board maybe another 30mins for there jus to place a order another 15min to pay and get food...Got back to the room food was good...

Im complaing about the rude people who work at the jack in the box on cash road in lawton oklahoma I went there to order food for lunch told them no mayo on 2 of my sandwiches and the manager was rude about it to me it was today sunday 16 2020 at 12;45 pm im planing on not comeing back there to eat anymore we have been going there for many of times for postmates we deliver for them and they were rude too

A black women in her early teens or tweenties did not greet me at the window and seems to have a bad attitude when i asked a question. And after she gave me the food she handed me the bag looking away and did not not smile or saying anything. When after all i was taking to her and trying to make eye contact.

So I visit this location at 6131 Greenback Ln maybe once or sometimes twice and most of the time they get my order wrong. Over the last month every time I've gone there it has been horrible. The first thing is that you can barely hear and understand what the employee is saying when you go through the drive through because they have a very thick accent and speak very fast. Every time I order I ask for my hashbrowns to be freshly cooked and most of the time they are not. A few times I would order a breakfast order with sausage and today was the last straw. I ordered the #22 and I receive #21 and I'm not a ham or bacon person. I also NEVER and I mean never get a receipt. I will not visit this location ever again and will drive to another Jack in the box location if this is the kind of service from this place continues.

I do not have her name but I can describe her she is a older African American woman with glasses she is always rude every time I come and she tends to get my order wrong every time . Then when I ask if she can fix it to the correct order she tells me no and at night she slams the drove through window. There has also been an incident where she came outside banging on my car window using very harsh and disrespectful words. I would highly recommend you get her out of the food business she is not manager worthy not employee worthy.

The jack in the box on 24th street and baseline in Phoenix is the most disgusting place I've ever worked at. I've worked in jack for more than 3 years. This place is very unorganized, disgusting, on top of everything else the GM is aware of these conditions. This store needs to be shut down or under better management. Workers making food with no gloves, freezing food then cooking it again, dropping food then giving it to customers, and hazardous food that is still be used. I will not return for employment hers ever again. I've only worked here for a couple weeks and I've had it. They don't pay team leaders right and Maria gives special treatment to certain favorites.

My name is Lisa Ann braasch and my GM is basically forcing me to clock him in when he isn't even at work hours before he shows up to work. I've told him that he needs to stop and he just pressures me and tells me I have to clock him in. I work at the jack in the box in harker heights Texas United States on 307 east fm [protected] my GM Raymond Cardenas. I need help being transferred or he needs to be fired I'm scared to go back to work. He is causing problems in my personal life I don't know what to do.

Did a mobile order, said 5-7 minutes to be ready. Got to restaurant right at 7 minutes. Took a picture at 14 minutes and food still wasn't done. I only get a 30 minutes lunch...
When I finally did get food I was leaving and realized I didn't get my soda. Had to go back to counter to get my cup. I was 13 minutes late back to work! So I also lost pay!
Fries were cold, jumbo jack had the regular patty and a random half patty also?!?
This is during normal lunch hours. Food should be made quickly and fresh at lunch. This is what I would expect to get at 2am drunk.
I selected to pick up at counter, what would have happened if I selected to pick up in drive through? Be told it isn't ready and please drive back through?
Atleast now I know don't bother coming here on a lunch break!

On January 2nd My Daughter went to drive thru on Alamo st in Vacaville California, She ordered some food and when she reached in the bag this is what was in there. Disgusting to say the least. I called to Jack in the box and they were apologetic. Nope not good enough. I have called Jack in the Box corporate left several messages. Not one responce. I will continue to put these pictures on Social media and ask for the public to really think about eating fast food at your establishments. You need to train your workers also i am reaching out to board of health. I will not stop until something is done. There is no EXCUSE for this. BAD BAD training ... Shame on the Store Manager..

I am confused about the price of a Senior Value Coke cost !
Some locations charge me $ 1.39 & some locations charge me $ . 89 cents . I live in Nevada & when I question them on cost, different ones charge different prices ! My husband had a manager get rude & yelled at him . All my husband did was say that I came the day before & they charged me . 89 cents . He said they couldn't have & they did !

I have went to angleton Jack in the box 3 times this week after I get off at 11pm and they have not been open not once last time I went the employees where not wearing gloves wearing dirty clothes the drinks I order they are always out of parking lots are full of pot holes and trash every where the employees are always rude and not very friendly they act like it's a problem to serve me they don't want to take money out of my hand they act like they are gonna catch the gay because I am a lesbian women the bathrooms are gross the light fixtures are broken in lobby food takes forever to come out when it does its cold and French fries are super greasy I want something done or at least looked in to

On christmas morning 12/25/19 went to jack in box in fort worth texas on hulen, drive thru #163 i ordered breakfast platter and a breakfast sandwhich, i requested sandwhich to be made with sourdough and 2 egss and 2 tomatoes, that was all...i told the jack in box worker more than once how i wanted the simple breakfast sandwich, i have ordered this many mornings on the way to work...the jack in the box worker charged me for a loaded breakfast sandwhich for 3.99 and had bacon/cheese...i specifcally said no cheese, which was all over my bread...i could not eat sandwhich. was upset because i got home and order was not correct and did not want to go back out on christmas morning. I want my money back. I know it is so simple, but why could not get it right, i was even asked if order correct on screen. Well, i usually do not complain, but just was not happy, i was hungry too. What's happening with customer service in Hawaii? After initial contact, no further communication has happened. I've been waiting for some promised discount certificates, but no replies received when asking for status on this. I've witnessed problems concerning homeless in your Kapahulu HI branch. I supplied feedback about this. Still nothing is happening to resolve any issues with the homeless there. Customers, at times, forced to be tolerant of some serious issues concerning the homeless in this franchise.

Yes around 9:12 pm monday night at the jack in the box on poinsette hwy greenville store number 171 I orderd a #7 medium with regular fries and cherry sprite with 2 tacos no sauce and five piece chicken nuggets as I proceed and get to the drive threw they gave me my drink and told me to pull up to the front were I waited 5 minutes for my food I had another occasion like this last time I visited this store I got home with my order and my burger was old and my nuggets was cold this store servive is poor and they dont fix food right and is poorly managed food there should be fresh and workers should not be giving out old food the employee on my receipt is shannon so I will aslo be trying to contact the manager threre are other places to complain about this situation this unacceptable and im at lost close of ten dollars so please do something to the store thanks Deravious Freeman [protected]
