Jack In The Box employee

At the Jack in the box on harding blvd i went to get food and the manager that was working that night in drive thru, which was 10/3/18 has the worst customer service, she cursed at me because i couldn't hear her clearly and she slammed the window in my face. I was not able to eat that night because she refused my service when i said i was going to call corporate. This is not the first time i have had problems with her, can someone please talk to her about her atitude and her language because that runs customers away and i stay in the area so i love going to that location. Thanks in advance.

Jack In The Box the rib eye steak sandwiches.

On 10/30/2018, Me and my brother went out for lunch . We were both undecided on whether to try the Carl's Jr. "The Pastrami Thick burger ", or the Jack in The Box "Red Eye Steak Burgers ", so we decided to try Red Eye Steak Burger, after trying it, we were so dis satisfied that it made me angry, because we could've enjoyed the Carl's Jr. Pastrami Burger instead, and if we weren't traveling on the freeway, I would've turned around and requested a refund . The burgers were totally not enjoyable. The bread was hard, the meat was dry and the burgers were small . We would've been better off ordering a small hamburger. Very, very disappointing. And hopefully get a refund on both burgers.

Jack In The Box service

I ask for 4 tacos and chicken strips to the cashier then i asked her for small fries and a large soda i was going to pay separately for the fries and soda didnt want a combo .I explain to the cashier. I didnt want the combo but she said, she was refusing service. And got agressive and insulting my daughter and said to wait for her after work to fight my daughter.

Jack In The Box food

ordered 3 orders of pancakes only 2 in the bag and no sauce for them. Also a week prior we came to the same store and not all the food was in the bag, seems like this is an ongoing thing with this store. If I'm paying for food I want everything I ordered in the bag. we tried calling the store and no one answers the phone. the number on the receipt is [protected]. Please train your employees to make sure all orders are in the bag. Thank you

Jack In The Box chicken sandwich

I ordered a order of tacos and 1 chicken sandwich. When I opened my chicken sandwhich it looked weried so I took off the bun and the chicken patty was torn in half and it wasn't even the whole patty it had pink stuff on it in the inner side. This order was at 8:30 at the jack in the box in San Antonio to 78242 Vally hi area. I think it's disgusting and appalling that they would give some one food like this. It wasn't even busy I was the only one In line so there's no excuses. I threw my whole order away due to being worried they did something to my food. plus the young lady never gave me a receipt for my order.

Jack In The Box grilled chicken sandwich, but not really

It was fairly early in the evening when I pulled into the drive-thru and ordered the sourdough grilled chicken club. the cashier asked me to pull around to the side of the building all we were waiting on to complete her order was the chicken. Only to discover when I open the box at home I had a Sourdough Burger, not a Sourdough grilled chicken... Thought I was asked to pull around to wait on chicken? Kids I guess?

Jack In The Box slow service and got order wrong 4 times in 1 visit

Corinth Ms store #221 ordered a apple pie and it was strawberry instead and he has allergies from strawberries got it wrong 4 times in the same visit and took 15 minutes to get our order. Terrible management no organization at all. Other customers were complaining too, some walking out so you could lose business if you ignore one complaint cause word of mouth spreads quickly. Please make some improvements so we can keep enjoying the food.

Jack In The Box food order/ rude service

I just went through the drive thru window at the San Clemente location. It was hard for the lady to hear our order so we pulled to the front window. We ordered a spicy jack chicken sandwich with cheese. We said no onion or tomato. The lady kept saying with onion and we said no without. She got very upset and informed us in an abrasive manner that normally it doesn't come with onion so she was confused. we apologized and said that we just wanted to make sure there wasn't any onion. She scoffed at us and continued on. After receiving the order we pulled out and upon biting into the sandwich there was only onions and cheese. I tried calling back for the past twenty minutes and for some reason there is no answer and the mailbox is full. This seemed like it was very deliberate since she spent a good while explaining that it did not come with onions and on the receipt the order was correct so I'm confused. I'm sorry if she had a bad day but don't take it out on me and my meal. I'd be happy to send the pictures I've taken of the receipt and sandwich. Her name is Maria according to the receipt.

Jack In The Box product appearance

I'll stop by Jack in the box this morning at 49 E. Cross Timbers for breakfast I ordered a supreme burrito when I got the Burrito the eggs wasn't scrambled and it had a sausage and ham laying on top of it it's a shame that you pay your money and can't get the employees to fix the you food right the way. I've add a picture because this is not the way it looks on the sign. Pittyful!

Jack In The Box bad customer service

My six-year-old daughter Anabella had an accident today October 25, 2018 between 7:25 PM and 7:30 PM at the location in Sylmar on foothill Boulevard.My daughter slipped on a wet floor she hurt head, left arm, and her back. I reported the accident twice to delete in charge she did not take any action or bothered to ask how my daughter was doing all she did was yell out with someone to go in mop the floor. There was wet floor signs but nowhere near the wet floor. I hope you guys can assist with incidents since your employees did not care about my daughters being. My daughter is now complaining of pain. So hopefully guys can help. Unfortunately your employees have poor customers service and no safety skills.

Jack In The Box given the wrong order

I love jack but it seems that im constantly getting the qromg order I currently dont have a car and I have to walk and take the bus to ger to jack in the box I ordered a double bacon cheese burger and got only a cheese burger and I didnt realize I jad the wrong oder until I got home I dont believe I should pay more money for less food I hope I can be reimbursed for this inconviniece I took a picture of my recipe and burger

Jack In The Box ribeye burger meal/ buttery jack meal

I recently went to the jack in the box in la Marque Texas I had a ribeye burger meal and my wife had a buttery jack meal we purchased our food on our lunch break when we went to eat it was burnt and had plastic on the burgers I have tried to talk them they don't answer there phones I would like this taking care of immediately this is horrible service

Jack In The Box store being closed

Saturday (10/20/2018) morning after leaving gym around 5;45 am I stopped by Jack in Box in Terrell, TX 75160 it was closed, also this morning after leaving gym at 4;45 am it was closed again. Is there new store hours? It still says you are open 24/7. If the hours have changed I believe the new hours should be posted. My name is Debra Lambright I live in Terrell for the past 30 years and in the last week your company store has been closed.

Jack In The Box bad customer service attitude

I'm an independent delivery contractor working for Door Dash, a food delivery service compny. On 10/24/2018, A VERY rude jack-in-the-box employee named Cecilia, a team leader at Jack In The Box at 4375 Genesee Ave, San Diego, CA 92117, insisted to take my phone, I only wanted to show her the order, did not her to take my expensive phone from me, i had another employee dropped my phone before!

She insulted me in front of other Jack In The Box guests and some in line were not happy about her attitude towards me!

Jack In The Box kept bank card

Sunday October 22nd I purchased my breakfast in the drive through of your location on Figueroa in Los Angeles. I paid with my Bank of America atm card and was given my food before my card and receipt which is not the usual order of the transaction because I go there often. I was distracted by a telephone call o recieved from my daughter and drove away without receiving my card and receipt. I didn't realize until the next day that my card was gone and by the time I realized where it could have been I canceled the card to be safe. I was charged $5 by my bank to replace the card as well as other inconveniences. The attendant should have given me my card back immediately after completing the purchase per usual. I returned back to the location and was given my card but the challenges had already occurred. Please let me know how I can be compensated as a loyal customer.

Jack In The Box violated by employees. foam headpiece cover in my sandwich

Two weeks ago my wife and I decided to try the new, "Ribeye Sandwich." We drove through the window and ordered two meals. We were moving from Nine Mile Falls Washington to Cheney Washington so we thought we would avoid preparing dinner that evening. When we got home and sat down to eat our meals, we found a foam ear cover inside of one of our sandwiches. We were furious. This couldn't have accidently fallen into the sandwich because it was between the lettuce and the tomato. We have pictures of the sandwich on our phone. I went back to the store the following day and was told by the assistant manager that it was an earpiece covering from one of their headsets. he said that he wasn't the manager and apologized. As a result of finding this, neither my wife or I ate either of the meals, not knowing what else the preparers may have done to them. Our home is over 20 miles away from that Jack n the Box. I spent my money and time to take the meals back there and wasn't adequately compensated for this. I want someone to call me at [protected]. I've held off posting the pictures I took onto Facebook or YouTube, but if I don't hear from someone I will post these pictures on both sights to warn people to stay away from your restaurants. I did send a photo of this to the police department and filed a complaint. My complaint # is [protected]. I must say that I've had some bad experiences in my life from fast food places but never anything this egregious.

Jack In The Box manager customer service

At 9pm on Oct 22, 2018 my large family (5 kids 2 adults) decided to have our late dinner at Jack in the Box after attending my sons middle school football game. As a mom 9pm is late and I needed to do dinner quick. The kids I had in the car were ages 8 months to 16. So we decided the drive through was the best and fastest way for me to get dinner and go. As I pull up to the drive through I am so grateful Jack in the Box has a extra menu sign before the speaker box so my kids could decided what they wanted and we wouldn't just sit in front of the speaker box. Once all kids including myself and my husband decided we pulled up to the speaker box. We were welcomed by Sue and I quickly told Sue the following..
"Evening Sue please be patient with us I have a lot of orders and each of my kids will be doing their own order" Sue replied,
"I can't do more then 2 orders in the drive through you will have to come in" then I thought maybe she thinks I am doing separate orders so I replied, "Oh I am still paying with one credit card I am just letting you know it's a big order I have some hungry kids out here" at this point I am smiling and feeling everything was just a miscommunication maybe she didn't understand. But no "Sue" replied the very rudly, " I can't do more then 2 orders and I am the manager" so I figured maybe she just doesn't understand I am paying with 1 credit card just trying to order for my family. So I then said, " Ok we are just making a large order again I am paying with a credit card." So I had the kids begin telling their orders when the second child ordered "Sue" stopped the order and said that all she could do" by then I was so confused and said again, "I am paying with 1 credit card. Why can't the rest of the kids order? I have come through here other times and have been able to order for my whole family and now you are saying I can't order food for the rest of kids and if I want to I have to come in?" She said, "Ma'am if you want to order more you have to come in"
So by then I have 2 babies ( one is 1 year and the other is 8months.) I also have a 4 year old and two 12 year olds and a 16 year old. And me and my husband. The reason we went through the drive through waa because we had kids. So I want to park and went in. Right away a Caucasian woman was taking a order at the counter. She was hand writing it . The moment I walked in she turned to me and said, "She won't let me do two or more orders in here" I said, "This makes no sense, I have a large family that is hungry and your telling me I can only feed two?" At that point a older African lady with purple hair came out with a headset on. She looked at me and said rudly, " We can not do more then 2 orders" I looked at her and said, I am paying with 1 credit card I am here ordering food for my family " Sue replied with attitude again, "You can't order more then two.." by then I was not happy and I cut her off and said, " This makes no sense that you are refusing to allow me to order for my family and pay with one credit card so I can feed my family dinner" while I was saying that she kept talking saying she couldn't do it and then I told her how rude she was. She walked away and I asked her for her name and who was above her and the number to corporate. She yelled from the back of the kitchen and said the numbers on the door. She refused to give her name in which another employee told me her name was Sheila.
We finally spoke to another employee who understood what I was saying and allowed me to order. At the end I used my credit card and spent 41.97 but didn't leave until 940pm.
I am so upset with how all of this turned out...the nonprofessianlism Sheila portrayed as a manager and representitave for Jack in The Box was unacceptable.

Jack In The Box no one at the counter to take your order.

Monday, October 22, 2018 at 6:35 pm, at the Jack in the Box in San Antonio, TX at the corner of S.E. Military Drive and Pickwell Ave. As we drove in from the back of the restaurant we noticed 3 employees standing outside of the back door. Didn't think much of that until I walked in the front door and no one was at the front counter to take my order. I waited a good 5 minutes for someone to come to the front. There was one customer sitting at the table eating. I would of expected an employee to greet you as soon as you would walk in. I got tired of waiting and left. As I was leaving another vehicle drove up and as the person got off the car, I told them that no one was going to take their order because the restaurant didn't have anyone at the front. They turned around and left too. I like the food from Jack in the Box but this is very very poor customer service.

Jack In The Box staff and cleanliness

I was at store # 5001 off salt lick rd in St. Peters, MO on October 22, 2018 at 6:30pm with my 5 year old son and husband. When employees in the back were yelling the F word, other curse words, and sexual profanity as well as throwing food at each other even into dining area. When Matthew (the young man who waited on us) told the people on other side of counter numerous times we were still in the lobby and we had a young kid, they continued and one girl said, "I don't give a f*** who's here" and continued with her conversation and goofing off. Matthew was the only one who paid attention to us even when I went up to counter he came to counter to give me what we needed.

The dining room was empty besides us, but was disgusting. Dirty tables, trash on floor, and workers were playing around. Behind the counter and on the counter was receipts and food particals as well as just random stuff thrown around. This location used to be our go to but the last few times we have eaten here it has been bad. This one was the last straw. My son asked me if he should close his ears while trying to eat and we were sitting at the table furthest from the counter. That is unacceptable behavior. Couldn't talk to a person in charge while there or call up to store because the person I could imagine was in charge (not wearing a uniform) wasn't correcting them and was making comments to. Not near to the extent as everyone else. Im not sure if Matthew made comments but he was the one I noticed who kept telling the others we were there.

Jack In The Box manager refusing to charge us our order as is

My husband and I ordered two egg and cheese biscuits, excluding meat because are Vegetarian. We asked the manager if she could charge us "a la carte" for each item, 2 eggs, 2 slices of chease and 2 biscuits. She said, "Absolutely not that is cheating the system." My husband and I go to Jack in this Box all the time and never have this problem. All other locations have even offered us to charge us a la carte to provide us great customer service. We let the manager know this information and she still refused saying again that we would be "cheating the system". My husband and I left completely unsatisfied and frustrated.
