on the 26th of january 2019, i purchased a apple ipad from yourselves, working through gogroopie.

this product has been closed off by its previous owner activating his phone security..extending to this product that you sold to me

It was grade B refurbished, and worked well until this security activation.

the Ipad contains hundreds of family photos, and videos, of a precious nature..

that i am reluctant to lose.

I have contacted APPLE Manchester, they inform me that they can help only if I produce proof of purchase from yourselves..

I cannot find any proof of purchase to offer them..

On the 17th may 23 I placed a order through groupon for said item and the money was taken.As yet I still haven't received the item and its now the 31st May 23. I've spoken with froupon twice on live chat who said they would escalate it and ensure I had a email the next working day from them.Again I've yet to receive the email. Finally found out who the company is and will try and call them.Other than this I shall have to look at other ways of getting my item or money back.

Again like others on here all I have is a random code and unknown delivery courier.

Swan Slow Cooker, bought via Wowcher, supposed to arrive at 19-12-2022, but it never arrived. Have phoned xx times, no answer. Have emailed, no answer.

I redeemed my wowcher (the cooker was 80 pounds originally but was offered for 39,99 pounds) so I can not ask Wowcher for a refund...

I think Wowcher should be more careful with the carriers they use!

Stranger things advent calendar

After several emails they sent me a tracking number and now a broken necklace has arrived..I ordered a calendar not a necklace..I've asked them for a full refund and they are now ignoring all correspondence with me.

Placed order through wowcher order number [protected] end of November with J&y company I had no email confirmation or to have our names written on the ornament. I have tried to email this company customer service and still haven't had a reply, still no item I've order. Its now 10th December and still no response from this company

I placed an order for a stranger things advent calendar which i was to received on the 28th November 2022. Its now the 2nd Dec and no sign of my item. No contact details for the retailer. How to get a refund i believe wowcher should check the retailers before advertising on their website in behalf of third parties.

Ordered a mens jogger through wowcher did not realise they deal with unvetted retailers. I don't think this company exists with any products as I never received a progress update and my order does not appear to be redeemed but I have a delivery date very odd. I bought 2 Christmas jumpers through wowcher followed the instructions to redeem and still not received the items.
When trying to contact through wowcher this is not possible.
I am very disappointed and now can't get it in time for my daughter and myself for Xmas day.

Jumper should have arrived on or before the 22.11.21, not arrived.
