fraud update

Results of Pre-trial hearing:
The prosecution did away with the 3 individual counts of grand theft fraud and she plead guilty to organized fraud. She will pay restitution (monthly) to the one (of three) victims that were not reimbursed by their financial institutions. She will be put on probation for 5 years and her records will reflect the guilty plea.
For now she will remain in custody of Hillsborough County before being shipped off to her next round of court hearings. The prosecutor could not tell me where that is.
But he continued to say that mostly likely when she makes it back to Minnesota she will get jail time.
Bad Business Practices FRAUD
It appears many people are trying to contact Janis Roux in regards to the where abouts of their product, payment for sub-contractors for work done & vendors for payment of product shipped.
Hope this helps anyone who is looking for her or anyone considering doing business with her. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE CONSIDERING DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS WOMAN. WITH HER MUTIPLE BUSINESS NAMES, MULTIPLE PERSONAL NAME CHANGES & DIFFERENT SPELLINGS OF HER NAMES, YOU WILL NEED TO DIG A LITTLE. ALSO, AS OF TODAYS DATE, SHE DOES HAVE A PENDING REQUEST WITH THE COURTS TO CHANGE HER PERSONAL NAME ONCE AGAIN. YOU WILL FIND COURT RECORDS IN CIVIL COURTS & FEDERAL.
