The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I have sent my wife's 3 fungi branded wallets to be cleaned to this co called iWash Laundromat located at 112 Katong, 112 East Coast,   #B1-13B.

When they were finally returned to me after their so called cleaning, I noticed that one wallet has many stains all over, another wallet still has the bad fungi smell and the last wallet though was not done perfectly, I was gracious enough to accept back.

I called up the company to complain of the unsatisfactory services provided to the 2 wallets and one Ms Shirley who answered the call (informed me her boss will not speak to any customers) give excuses after excuses and finally agreed to have  the two branded wallets back for re-cleaning.

However, not long after, Ms Shirley called and informed me that they were not able to rectify the mess which they had made.

I ask for the refund of the charges of both the wallets which she had collected outfront but  Ms Shirley insisted that her Management refused to refund even though she finally agreed the co is at fault.

I then request she returned back the 2 wallets and though she had said she will do so, I have to date not received any of them.

As can be seen from abovesaid, I would strongly advise against patronizing this rogue iWash Laundromat.

Hi
I was one of the victim patronizing iwash at katong 112 . I've sent my 2 pieces of hermes twilly 100% silk i told them to handle with care and do not use stapler or pins to pin directly on the scarf she promise that they won't do it the most will pin it on the label tag. But to my dismay it was pin in on the scarf causing a hole and minor thread scuffing also some stains not clean. I was so upset and i argued with her she say it was the normal usual way they would pin it to identify each and every pcs to return to customer and was no longer they way the promise me! Very upsetting and i brought home a couple of my rest of my garments and leave it untouch until one week later i open it up and check my winter coat and found out that the fur that attached to the hood was gone i go back the next day and she assure me she would find it back for me it not she will pay my the jacket but the following day she said it could not be found so it was lost! I demand for compensation as it was a expensive jacket she claim that why should she pay me when I check it one week later and i didnt sign on the receipt acknowledge received. I was so work up with my hermes scarf she had cause them to not be in original condition and i didnt check the rest is my mistakes but i couldn't accept she push the blame on me and i jolly well know i didnt open the package until one week later when i thought of keeping it in my wardrobe. Should I file a case with small claim?

Thanks for the heads up. Any other dry cleaners nearby that are good?
