I'm so disappointed that the photos on their website have nothing to do with what they really ship. People, it's just a crap.
They steal pictures from other bigger websites and pretend them to be theirs.
So I got my dress that looked like a floorcloth, made of the cheapest material. Thank god I had no problems in refunding, but that doesn't mean that everything is ok. Absolutely terrible that you provide the worst quality.

I ordered a product through the website IVROSE on june 18th 2017, the seller sent me 3 different tracking numbers non of which ever worked, (item was never found and i would get an error message) each time. now when i sent them a message on july 13th requesting information on my product they replied with a message saying my item was damaged and had to be re-shipped, however I never got a notice this happened, and the "new tracking number", they claim is the current tracking number does not work yet again. Its been a month, I am angry and not EVER! going to order from this company again. Now I'm waiting for a refund that probably won't ever come. Its a shame as much as the item wasn't a great deal of money, it was an outfit i ordered for a function mind you) i ordered 2 weeks in advance of when i needed it and now I'm still diddling around trying to figure out wtf happened.

I ordered 145.09 worth of merchandise of clothing from this company, paid for expedited shipping and all, only to be thoroughly disgusted. Customer service refused to give me tracking information (which was odd lied said my items were in transit then when I pressed for a tracking number) and was told the items would be sent out very soon-- this is when I became very leary. I then proceeded to tell them if I did not receive some type of confirmation of what I had ordered, I would be calling my bank; same day I received a wonderful surprise. A man in a rental truck not a FedEx not a UPS but a RENTAL truck dropped a package off with only 2/7 items I ordered and guess what? All the items inside we're either ripped apart at the seams and/or not as depicted on the website at all. When I say not as depicted..I am not so critical as to to say a small detail here or there is a huge deal but when the top is translucent when in the photo it is not the ruffles (this was a blouse) are not even the same pattern/the neckline was entirely different and the sleeves all the characteristics to a bow tie flared sleeve blouse I want look like half the quality of something you would purchase at a Walmart supercenter. I called my bank and they're doing an investigation and credited me back until the claim is fully investigated. The more complaints the better I was told. Has anyone else had a horrible experience like mine? I am printing this out and hopefully some of your experiences to put with my claim to show my bank how poor this company is and I'm glad to provide the same if it will help any one else. Do not order from here
**SCAM FOUND PLEASE SPREAD THIS AROUND I did some digging because this experience bothered me so much and guess what I found.
I shop from Venus clothing as well which they have great clothing; I was on their site and noticed a cold shoulder top that was the IDENTICAL IMAGE same MODEL and all than a top I bought on IVRose only guess what? The price on Ivrose was lowered about 3-5.00 I confronted Ivrose about it and literally screenshot the Image on venus.com and then my order review and product page on IVRose showing the same exact image from Venus and asked how that was possible to have employed the same model as Venus and fit her in the same top with the same body position hair style i.e. as the one depicted on their site...the order finally arrived for the imitation Venus top and guess what? All clothing from IVrose has zero labels in the clothing as a side note and comes in plastic bags with sticker sizing. I've reported my findings to Venus's merchandising department, and they're investigating now with photos of defective merchandise and the top I mentioned from venus.com and my order history showing the same exact model and product. Also, I have the chats with customer service where I address the question four times about the fraud and they downright do not even answer and finally agreed to a refund only after I pay return shipping which will cost me over 80.00 I told them absolutely not and they are being investigated for fraud by Venus (hopefully) please spread this around as much as you can to shut these people down.

pictures stolen, clothes not as you see them
I received my order in 4 parcels, none of the clothes look like the pictures, they are all cheaply made with see through material and the shorts stank when I received them! None of the clothes fit, I purchased size medium for all my orders, the bikinis wouldn't cover a 12 year old girl never mind a size 10/12 woman.
I am also still missing a dress. I ordered 6 things, 5 arrived in 4 packages. The company is a complete shambles! I would send the things back but conveniently there's no returns labels or receipts with the purchases! I have no choice other than to write this off as a terrible experience and warn anyone I can to stay away from this thieving, lying, corrupt company!

My order was placed over a month ago and I didn't get a tracking number and after I paid I also did not get my payment confirmation message. Agree. Absolutely terrible, avoid at all costs unless you like wasting money and you like receiving surprises then by all means crack on!
