Yo, so I gotta say something about IVRose. It's a legit site, but dang it took forever for my clothes to show up. Like, over a month. And when they finally did arrive, the sizes were all messed up and the quality was straight up garbage. I mean, I always wear a size 7 in shoes, but when the shoes came, they were so big I could fit my whole dang hand in there. And when I tried to exchange them, they hit me with some weak offer of a $5 discount or a 20% refund. Like, what am I supposed to do with that? I just wanted to exchange the shoes for the right size, but they said I'd have to pay over $60 in shipping fees to make it happen. That's some straight up nonsense. I mean, Shein always covers the return shipping fees, so why can't IVRose step up their game? Don't waste your time or money on this site, fam.

I made a purchase i. August 2021 and unfortunately the clothes didn't fit and I wanted to return them. First of all that they kept offering me to keep the pieces and offered vouchers and lots of discounts for me to keep the items. I said that I wanted to get a refund since it was my right to it.
Finally I get the address to return it and I went to the post office and paid 30 euros to return. My order was around 120 euros. I sent the receipt the post office provided me with the details requested.
Ivrose cannot track the item with the tracking number the Irish post office provided.
Ok, I get it. But the address I sent to received the parcel since I sent. Couldn't they check this and process my refund? I have lost 150 euros and they keep saying the same thing over and over again.
This is unacceptable and ridiculous.

I have left numerous messages and the number that is listed online just rings then goes to a busy signal. It has been six weeks since I ordered my dress. I ordered two items and they both say shipped and received but there was only one item packaged. Please Help Me!

I returned merchandise back on 3/9/2020 right around COVID19 to exchange size on clothing . It was a total of $172.00 US dollars, I never got my exchanged merchandise or credit for it. Not sure what kind of backward vonlany this is but the credit card company will make sure they yraxe to the exact address of whoever is running this scam. I got 4 different people telling me going on 2 wks now the orders were being processed. Today I'm told they're out of stock! Out of stock on 25 items!? So you loed on numerous occasions. But not so fast! You chose the wrong one! I will get my money regardless. For $600. The credit card company will make certain of it.

I ordered from you on the 11th of January and paid £70.20 for my goods and had no communication from you since although my payment has been taken. Can you confirm if goods are shipped and if not can you refund my money as soon as possible as I don't have £70.20 to throw away. I ordered a selection of items from you on the 26th of September, I paid for express delivery and it arrived in eight days, however after the second visit and I was not in it was taken back to the depot to be sent back to the warehouse. After contacting asking for the items to be resent I was advised it was on its way back to me. After a week of still no items I was informed that the parcel had accidentally been resent to the warehouse and I've had to wait another 15 days. I then requested a refund as the items were for summer and now after a month the items would not be suitable. It has not taken 6 messages on your supposed help line to still get no cooperation. The parcel is still apparently on its way which I didn't want and it has been over 1 month! And I am still no closer to Geri g a decision on my refund. The service I have been provided with is shocking. I have asked countless times if I can call a support line and still no answer. I paid over £100 for my order and I am no way closer to getting my money back. This has caused me no end of stress and taken 6 weeks to sort out. I wish for a refund to the account I paid because of the service taking over your specified 25 days and because the items are no longer suitable for the weather.

I'm a little concerned I didn't do further research on this company before placing an order. I placed an order yesterday for over $100.00 in merchandise paying the extra shipping costs to get this expedited. But upon looking at their (processing time) in addition to shipping, I decided to submit a refund request. Their FAQ's list that if an order is cancelled before it's shipped, a refund can be processed. I'm not even sure why my credit card was already charged when the order has not even shipped yet. I requested a refund on the site and it says it takes 5-7 business days to process! That's outrageous! There is no way to get a hold of any rep on the phone! Can anyone confirm if I will actually get refunded? I may just file a claim through my bank.

This website ripped me off. I paid 38.64 bucks for a dress and when I received it, it looked nothing like the picture they display. It was ridiculous to the point where you cannot even wear it. It was a 5$ worth dress and they display it as 36$ worth. Taking advantage of people who never used the website and have no idea what is going on. Do not sell 5$ worth clothing into 40$ and photoshop the pictures to make it believable. Its wasting our money and our time!
