Iurii Borysov review: Ordered a website redesign and got nothing 2

Mr. Iurii Borysov from Kiev Ukraine is a one man company I think, which I come to know from their emails they had sent me with the errors my website have and promised for its correction so that it loads faster and will be mobile friendly. After a talk with Iurii he suggested me for a redesign and asked $800USD for it, He quoted a time of 2 weeks for it and asked half in advance to start work. After the start of work, I never asked him on whats going with my job, As I was thinking he will deliver it on time. After 15 days, I asked him about the update and he never responded me back for it. Next day I sent a followup about my last email, still no reply and this taken me two more weeks asking him for updates. After a month I asked him again in a very harsh and faulty language as I was frustrated and feeling ripped off. I got his reply saying work is in progress and soon, I will receive my new design. I asked why he was not responding. I got no reply from him.

This wasted my two months and I got nothing. The guy is not responding again that made me come here on the complaints website. So that other should also get aware about his so called web development and online marketing expertise.
