iTravel2000 I booked a flight and I have to cancel and I can not get a refund.

I booked a flight out of Buffalo for my husband and I out of Buffalo for February 8 2019. We are unable to use this flight . Spent 232.60 each (american dollars) and we can not get a refund. I do not understand. Every time
we fly its overbooked.

iTravel2000 food. room service

Hi there just today we returned from our vocation to Cuba. I bought the ticket online with you for the first time to go to the resort in Cojo Coco Iberostar Daiquiri. We went there with my 2 kids and my husband. The first day I was surprized we had to line up at the buffe to waite to go in.We went inside the buffe was big but the food place was small and not clean and near.It is my 5 time to Cuba .It was not too much food to chose from. The waiters were not very friendly even if we tiped themthey will never smile.
We went to our room.We had two small beds and one open couch. The washroom not good.We couldnt ask to change because it was 3 fllor and in the firtst fllor we saw crabs walking and kids were svared. St the beach the bar will close at 3 pm so was no more drinks.
In the morning we went to buffe was water down on the fllor one our frie ds slipped nobody was clining it. I asked a guy for some pasta he was sad and left.They were too many cubans on vocation and with them they behaive different .
We ate ours. Rackers fromback home and drink the water that i bought from canads .In front of us the cook will touch the food with hands without clea ing. In the wster were seeweeds..The good thing was there were too many chairs to seat on the beach beacause were not too many people.Everybody works hard I believe to make some mo ey to go on vocation.But going and starving because the food dosnt look good tasty clean is not good.It is eazy to pay but 7 days we nedd sadisfsction. We deserve it.?We travelled with Air Canads and the flight was suppost to board at 8 40 i stead we board 7 10 15 and came at 2 am home.

iTravel2000 booking

So I booked a vacation to Cuba for my family of 4. First, I do not receive the proper booking confirmation number with Air Transat, I was unable to reserve my seats because of that. Okay. There are worse things right. Yes. We arrive in Cuba, the front desk reception does not have a reservation under our name, but since I had a reservation confirmation paper, she gave us a room. We were booked with a junior suite, triple occupancy even though we were 4. Apparently my 12 year old doesn't get a bed because she doesn't pay full fare. This has only ever happened with travel 2000. I have booked with other sites, never had such an issue.

This will definitely not happen again as I will probably go back using other booking agencies.

iTravel2000 service not received for return flight not cancelled

I travel motto states thst their success is built on their customer service but I beg to differ.

On March 27 2018 I booked a flight for myself. Patrice Bryan and My sister in law Bonnie Evans to travel to the London England to Attend my uncle Roy's funeral and to see my Sister's sick Daughter who was dying from cancer. Upon arriving we realized that my niece was in grave condition and my sister needed help and family support to care for this child. As she also have 2 other children.
My niece Deborah was in Pallitive care. The hospital Administrator family support service recognize that it was important for Bonnie and I to extend our flight home to Canada and write a letter to I travel explaining the situation asking for cancellation of our return flight to be extended. Her name is Victoria. She called I travel and was told that the letter would take 10 weeks to process therefore doing it by phone was easier but she needed The passenger to give permission to her before they could cancel the flight. This was done for Bonnie and her flight was cancelled and she returned at a later date no problem.

When it came to my turn the same procedure was done but only in reverse. I knew that I travel needed my permission to talk with Victoria so I called I travel and asked them to cancel my flight and to put in their notes that Victoria would be calling to cancel and to go ahead.
Victoria called and advise me that she spoke with itravel and I was good to go as the flight was now cancelled.
After hearing that I thought it was all done. I had no idea that I needed to call I travel again to cancel as I had already given my permission to do so. After hearing that I sent an email to I travel asking how much my credit was. I was advised of the amount .c$440.00 and rebook fee of $150.00

My niece died. And after the funeral I called I travel to rebook my flight only to be told that I was a no show with West Jet and therefore I would have to pay for my return flight. I was livid. I have explained the situation to to the agents and figured that it might be a misunderstanding so based on compassionate grounds would they be able to do something for me. I travel refuse. I asked for it to be escalated to the manager but still no one. Budged. I have been a client with I travel for years. I'm like the travel agent for friends and family and my social club have book trips. With I travel. I just cannot believe that such a big corporate industry could treat a customer like this. Im so disgusted that I have to bring this to the media. My reference booking number was IKOYZ return flight LGW to YYZ April 29.
I will never ever use I travel again and will tell all my friends on social media never to use I travel again. Such injustice was done to me. I have had to book my return date home to Canada directly with West Jet. They heard my story and had compassion on me. They did for me what I expected to be done by I Travel.

iTravel2000 stranded in foreign country

First we arrived in a foreign country only to find out we we're stranded at the airport. No one showed up to pick us up. I cannot even begin to tell you what I was feeling. Or at least write about it. A lot of tears and frustration. Started calling all phone numbers provided and all we're closed. You need to provide emergency numbers that actually have someone on the other end no matter what time it is especially when you have customers traveling. We arrived at the airport around 12:15 am and were still there at 2:05 and the resort was still two hours away. Not a good way to start off a vacation as it set the tone for the rest. We will NEVER use I travel 2000 again and this will be posted all over social media so others will not experience what we did. It was YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to provide us with a vacation that you we're paid to do and you failed miserably. Not only do I want my money back I expect a written apology for the experience we had. This is just the beginning as we we're wronged by itravel and you need to look to your business partners to get your money back so I get mine. I look forward to hearing from itravel.

iTravel2000 extremely bad bad bad service

Wife booked a ticket for herself and daughter which we booked as business class showed on the screen booked business when received itinerary from i travel they booked economy and charged for business and will not refund the difference .
1 no customer service you will be pushed around and lid to by the agents
2 misrepresenting
3. Lies lies manager will call back no one did
4 . Will never use this service again and will not refer this service
5 should have the owners who ever owns this company go back to there roots and implement proper customer service .

iTravel2000 price protection

We booked a trip with Itravel 2000 and was told if I booked the trip at the time I qualified for PRICE PROTECTION! If the trip went down in price I could summit a claim 1 time. My price went down $120.00 and all they are refunding me is $20.00 because now they say there is a administration fee of $100.00 on our trip. I was ripped off I could of had a discount but my salesperson told me I would have nothing to worry about because I had price Protection so I believed if the price went down that was the amount I was getting. I wonder why they don't advertise how they are going to charge you and adminstarionf fee. Save yourself a lot of stress book your trip directly with the airline. My experience with the person who booked us and with customer service was very poor.

I booked early too, thinking we had price drop protection. $50.00!administration fee plus they wanted the balance of $6000.00 paid in full. 8 months before our holiday due to start. No reply from customer service

iTravel2000 price drop

My family and two other families booked an all inclusive vacation to Cuba at the Melia Marina Varadero for November 20-27th. Our client numbers are [protected]. We booked the vacation on September 6th, 2017 over the phone with travel sales rep at itravel2000.
The current vacation all inclusive vacation package with the same rooms and flight has dropped in price considerably. We purchased for a family of 2 adults and 2 children for a classic suite at $4650. Where as if we are to purchase the same all inclusive package with the same room and exact flight with would only cost $4265, this is a difference of $385 per booking. The grand total price drop would be $1155 because we booked 3 all inclusive packages for 3 families.
We understand that at the time of booking there might not have been a promotion for our vacation. However because of the considerable price drop we would expect that itravel2000 would at least upgrade our vacation packages to what we can purchased with the current promotion.

iTravel2000 no customer service at all, no response, left me with unresolved issue

My booking was poorly handled and more over I ended up with no solution to problem created by itravel employee. Every time I book my vacation with itravel2000 I expect all my booking to be handled in professional and competent manner. My last booking was quite opposite.
I was planning to go on vacation to Europe in summer for few weeks. I have booked my flight tickets with itravel2000, so next step was to book the car to travel from Spain to Italy. I called the agent and specifically asked her to make sure that my pick up and drop off locations were confirmed, so I could book all my hotels through Europe as my trip required 10 to 12 hotels to be booked at the different cities. We had discussed the car, the specifics of insurance, and even she called the supplier to confirm that my driver's license would be good enough for driving in Europe. We booked the car and I was charged for car rental, invoice was emailed to me. Once I got an invoice, I was under impression that I was good to book my hotels as the car at the rate in invoice was guaranteed for my vacation. I have booked all hotels and believed I was all set for my trip. I reviewed the invoice and found out that my pick up and drop off locations are not listed in the invoice (is it not agent's job to make sure invoice has correct data entry?), I immediately email the agent with questions why information was missing. She called me back after her weekend and advised me that I had to cancel my booking as there was a charge of 800 ERU she was not aware of (is it not her job to be aware and advise the customer? Why would itravel2000 offer car rental without knowing laws and policies at the countries it offers the service?). I ended up with booked flight tickets and hotels through whole Europe without the car due to unprofessional and incompetent agent. The amount of stress and time and money I spent after that trying to organize my trip is unforgettable. I have spent over $2000 CA after that to maintain my trip just because of itravel2000 agency. Since June I have sent 5 emails and got none response.

iTravel2000 no response from agent

I have booking number [protected].

I spoke with the agent Karen over the phone after booking my trip to Jamaica. I informed her to please add medical insurance to my booking and to please let me know how much the cancellation insurance would be. She informed me that she would email the cost, I never received this email I called and spoke with her again and I told her to go a head and add the cancellation insurance which she informed me would only be due to medical reasons as we had passed the 72 hour mark to add the full cancellation insurance. I have not heard back from Karen. I have attempted to call her and emailed her three times and have no gotten a response back. I am currently in Italy on vacation and have had my parents attempt to contact her and she told them that she email me back. Which I find to be false as her's are the only emails I haven't received. When my parents attempted to call her back her message indicated that she was away until today August 28th. My trip has already been paid I full and I can see that no medical or cancellation insurance has been added.
I am very disappointed with the lack of service I have been given. You should also be aware that my parents were going to book a trip with Karen as well now they will take their business elsewhere.

iTravel2000 car rental

I booked a car thru itravel2000.com on April 29, 2017 for May 1-4th. I was going to go thru AC Vacations as it was the exact same price on itravel and they offer Petro Points so I went with them. I wanted to book a car thru Budget only. I booked the rental thru itravel and got a confirmation email and invoice. The subject of the email said Budget rental, the invoice didn't have the car rental name. I booked for $148.62. The next day I get another email, stating that cars were selling out fast at Budget so they rebooked me a higher class with Budget for $189.76. When I turned up to pick up my car, they didn't have a reservation. I then booked a car thru them on the spot as I needed to travel and the price for that ended up being $220.92. If I had booked thru AC Vacations I would have saved myself $72.30 and a lot of headaches. In the end I find out that the company Car Traveler had booked me with was Hertz instead but I had specifically wanted Budget. I then contacted itravel who passed the buck to Car Traveler. They said it would take 20 business days to look into. 59 days later they tell me there is nothing they can do about it and that I have to deal with Hertz directly. As far as I am concerned, Hertz has nothing to do with it as I had booked thru itravel. Car Traveler takes no responsibility for booking me wrong or explaining why the emails were misleading or why the price increased. They have not provided me with anywhere to send them all of my correspondence and you cannot talk to or email them directly. The whole thing has caused me more stress and grief then I ever wanted and I will never deal with either company ever again.

iTravel2000 customer service

I called to complain about a significant price drop and the change in flight that left us with a whole day of travel leaving us with 3 days instead of 4 of our vacation. We were scheduled to leave at 9:25pm from cuba on july 7 and now we are leaving at 6:05pm this leaves us with one less day of the vacation package because we are traveling. Other airlines would at least accomodate the one time price reduction and especially in cases like this sunning or i travel nothing. Not even an upgrade of any sort nothing. This is very upsetting its not like i'm going for a week its only 4 days which is now 3 days. This is why i choose this package to begin with.

iTravel2000 cheap travel package company

I purchased a travel package deal for me and my girlfriend to fly out in Puerto Vallarta. Three hours after I booked a promotion deal showed up on the itravel2000 website. I made sure that the promotion would apply to the exact date I purchased for. So I contacted itravel2000 and politely asked if they would honour the promotion deal since it was merely three hours before I paid you. They informed me that they would not honour it, just due to the fact of not booking that day of promotion. Logically, I could of easily waited 3 hours and booked so why would a well established company not honour a $50 dollar promotion to a potential returning customer who paid a couple thousand dollars. I informed them other service companies such as Redtag.ca would honour if the price of their vacation package gets reduced so why couldn't you just give me that promotion. If I had purchased a product from essentially anywhere else I would get the level of respect from that company that this customer picked our services instead of our competitor, taking aside that most companies implement price protection for their product.

End of story, itravel2000 are so cheap that they couldn't accommodate a $50 visa giftcard. Worst customer service I had! The lacked respect for their customers. Don't waste your time spending money on this company and save your time with dealing with ignorant customer service reps.

iTravel2000 false advertising

False advertising of discount package prices on your site ($705 package attached picture). Called in first time was laughed at by an agent saying the price I have would never be that low! Uh, it's on your website, right now! Was told that the price must have just gone up and site didn't update. Actually, I saw it last night, and still today, your site says last update 7:22am. She told me I would have to talk to the provider. I called sunwing, they said they would honor it if it was on their site, but because it is a third party they obviously cannot. Sunwing said when they look back to yesterday's prices, the package was never as low as Itravel was advertising?!? Called back to speak to a Manager, the guy transfered me to the 'online manager' girl that answered was confused said she only deals with packages already booked. Told me she was going to transfer me to MAnager, held 20 minutes, same girl answered saying they looked into it and the 'higher price' is what it is. I told her I didn't even provide her with the vacation travel details? How did she look into it or know what package I was refering to? She said I listened back to the tapes of your call. I said I didn't tell the guy who transferred me either. What a joke. Finally spoke to a Supervisor 'Jenny' who was nothing but helpful, just defensive. Took her 5 minutes to actually click on the link I was referring to verify the advertisement. She was trying to tell me I didn't get the package in time, and it went up. I explained to her that Sunwing said it was never that low, she said, "well obviously as someone representing their airline company they would say whatever they have to in order not to honor a lower price." What did she just say? Clearly this is her customer service perceptive. I have booked many times with Itravel in the past, never again. Staff should be trained to genuinely investigate issues like this and at minimum be provided with an accurate explanation of what happened, maybe meet half way on price? Offer some resolution.

iTravel2000 spent the xmas holidays in cuba alone : (

Booked a trip to Cuba for Dec 24 - Jan 1 with my boyfriend one month before Christmas. Six days before departure he broke up, and all I asked was to change the name on the reservation so I could bring a friend/family member instead. I was willing to pay a change fee, required no other changes to the reservation, but was denied because it was within the 21 day window. Wouldn't let me speak with a manager, called iTravel2000 twice in tears, as well as Sunwing and was told from both it was the others' decision. Really, what's a few key punches in order to prevent a broken hearted gal from spending the holidays alone in a strange country.

iTravel2000 service

Recently booked back in August 2016 for a family vacation for 7 people at an all inclusive near Akumal which was worth several thousand $$. The agent was decent up until she put the vacation through my credit card and that was it. I had to babysit the whole process from getting transfers from the Cancun airport and back to basic documents such as the Hotel Vouchers. Nothing got done unless I called to get it done. Ended up phoning and talking to several different agents to get the paperwork needed. They advertise that all documents will be sent via email 20 days prior to departure, well I even had a sales manger tell me that that's not the case. I have now retired and plan on spending several more thousand $$ on travel an will never ever give a cent to Itravel again. I will be telling my story more than once to all friends and family to ensure they don't wast their hard earned cash on this horrible company/sales team...
Don't waist your time calling them even if it saves you a few dollars. I'd be glad to spend a bit more elsewhere knowing Itravel 2000 did not get any more of my cash!

iTravel2000 booking vacation online

I attempted to book a vacation on line with itravel 2000. They emailed me that my confirmation was pending & gave me a number to call to inquire why it was not going through. I phoned this number & there was a recording saying the number has been changed & that it would cost me $3.98 to receive new number. This is bull####. I than phoned airline directly & rebooked through them with excellent service. Later I received 2 phone calls from itravel 2000 wondering what was going on with my booking & when I told them I had booked directly with airline their attitude changed & they were rude. I will not be using itravel 2000 in the future & will be sure to let other people know of my unsatisfactory service 👎

iTravel2000 service on booking

Accepted my booking details and my cash.
Between then and Sunwing they had over booked rooms at the resorts we paid for and they changed the resort offering $100 for future bookings
Call customer service asking for help and got the runaround. Buyer beware One of the worst experiences I've ever had and travelling. Was told it would be easier for everybody involved if I just cancelled my reservation and waited for a refund. Ask for a manager manager never called back. Have to call number three finally managed to speak with somebody and again nothing could be done Simply pointed fingers at Sunwing. Tried calling Sunwing vacations they advise me they could not talk to me since the order came through I travel 2000. In the end I paid for 8 nights but they booked 7.

iTravel2000 unethical behaviour the whole booking process

My best friend and I booked a trip in June 2016 to go to Varadero, Cuba November 15-20, 2016. Our Invoice # is PA006RC and our confirmation # is [protected] (Sunquest). We were referred to this site to book because of the fantastic offer if the price drops before the trip we could make a claim and get the difference back. This was a huge selling point for us as this was our first trip away together in 22 years of being friends. First, our rep Crystal, was nice during the booking process because she was getting a sale. She even confirmed and told us how to submit a claim if the price dropped and explained that we needed to watch since our trip was so far away but to be careful because we could only have 1 claim. Crystal NEVER told us we needed medical insurance to travel to Cuba. I had to find out from a friend before the trip so I called and added it. It can be provided by someone else but she never said we needed it at all and YOU DO. I emailed Crystal directly with some questions in September or October and no reply. I find it very rude to give your email address out for questions but to not reply once the sale is made and she gets credit for it. We called to submit a claim once the price did drop and the rep told us we were not eligible because when we booked our trip there was no price drop guarantee on it. We booked this under the sole impression there was. Crystal led us to believe we did have this option when she explained the process and the features of it. So we are disgusted and will never book through itravel2000 again. We will do all we can to advertise this everywhere on social media and to discourage everyone we know from using them. We are sickened by the behaviour of our travel agent. She represents this company and did a horrid job.

iTravel2000 service sucks

I recently (Dec 2016) booked a family vacation with ITravel2000 our of Ontario and I`m regretting my decision. I have had to babysit the entire process from the original booking date in August. Never received E-tickets, Itinerary, or anything until I started calling and calling and calling.
If your thinking your saving some $$ by booking with them, think again, is your time worth anything ? Is your sanity worth anything ?
Initially the agent was great until she had my payment and after that it all went down hill. Even went so far as to talk to a Sales manager which lead to Nothing besides excuses about the agent I had dealt with.
SO DO NOT DO IT !
Please Book with a local agent or someone else besides these people even if it costs a few $$ more.
Thanks for reading and have a better experience than I did
