iTechDeals.com buyer beware - used headphones.

I have to agree that this site is definitely a scam like the prior reviews. I purchased lg headphones and I contacted the company after I received these and let them know I received a used pair of headphones, they even had some gunk on the earpiece. They replied that they are refurbished and it states it all the way at the bottom in small print. I asked for a return and they are making me pay for return shipping along with a restocking fee. Will never order again from this company, buyers beware of their products are used, I wouldn't consider them refurbished since my pair still had ear gunk on the ear piece. Stay away.

iTechDeals.com beats by dre powerbeats 3

My story sounds very similar to another one I just read on this board, but anyway...

We purchased a pair of Beats by Dre Powerbeats 3 Bluetooth wireless headphones for our 12 year old for Christmas on Dec 11, 2017. As of early Feb 2018 the headphones will no longer hold a charge. The red light goes on while plugged into the USB charger, but there is no response as soon as they are disconnected. Yesterday I took them to the Apple Store and was told they were counterfeit product. There were two main ways they could tell: first, the serial number on the strap (between the ear pieces) had been used, or attempted to be used, 100s of times. Further, when trying to use the "YourBeats" Updater tool, they were not recognized by the utility. These are both BRIGHT RED FLAGS for Apple!

The response I got this AM from iTechDeals is below. This is all inaccurate and a lie as Apple already confirmed that these are not genuine...

**The item you purchased is authentic, real and made by Apple. The way we are able to offer such great prices is by buying overstock at discounted prices and then passing those savings on to the customer. Some of our inventory is overstock that was intended to be sold overseas and is therefore not in the Apple US computer database. We have sold many thousands of beats and would never sell a non-authentic item of any brand, these are absolutely authentic Beats. **

I will be reporting this to any and all online sellers that deal with this company, the BBB, and the FBI counterfeit agency. My recommendation would be to avoid purchasing anything from this company as the "discount" prices they offer are due to selling counterfeit goods.

iTechDeals.com refurbished ipad

Purchased before Christmas in 2017 as a gift. Wasn't opened until a few days after Christmas. Quickly developed a problem...would not charge. Changed cords but it was the iPad itself. Upon complaining to ITech deals customer service, we got pleasant but terse responses that we had not complained within the 30 day window cited on their website. I wonder if they care about losing a customer, because they surely have lost this one?

iTechDeals.com ipad

We received an iPad that had a cracked screen on Jan 6, 2018. We have been waiting ever since for a prepaid return label. Our order number is [protected]. When I inquire about the label, I keep getting a message that it has been sent to the returns dept and they should be getting back to me soon. How hard is it to email a return label? We paid for this broken product in a timely manner and expect the same respect in return. Please correct this for us.

order is paid by paypal credit, the fund went thru and cleared, a day later they refund the money... and send me that email... same thing happen to my relatives and friend whenever they used promotion codes, you only receive your products if you paid in full detail prices, seem like "discounts" and "promotions" only a "bait" to lure buyers. after i contact them again to ask for more info, they just ignored my mail and never reply.
Don't ever waste your time on this website.

iTechDeals.com don't buy from them

Judging by the reviews I am not the only one with an issue like this.
It's pretty simple and will be just a drop in the ocean.
So in a nutshell. I ordered several items from them in October, 2017. I also paid for an express delivery and expected to get the items in the middle or late November. However, I received absolutely nothing.
Just like the others, I tried to contact customer service, but my attempts were absolutely useless.
So that's all. I don't expect to receive my items, they were probably never shipped. But at least, I will try to make them refund.

iTechDeals.com earbud beats/ I have not received my order or have been informed it’s been shipped.

I have ordered a pair of beats, which I have never received. My account has been charged for a pair of headphones that I have not received. I have lost my tracking number that was posted on the link I ordered from, but I was never emailed about my order. There is no way to contact any service provider to discuss this situation.I would love to receive the beats that I have been charged for, or even my money back.

iTechDeals.com ipad damaged - unsatisfactory service reply

I ordered one of the refurbished iPads for a fair price, not anything far below other sources. The item arrived in a slender box with little padding and came with a big dent. I notified iTech within 2 days, and was told, basically, that it is without a flaw-- "non defective." They based this outcome on the photo I sent below.

I took it to an Apple repair store to get their input and was told that the home button was compromised, the dent too huge to guarantee that the power plug would work, and that this type of case damage should not be part of a reconfigured machine. They weren't trying to sell me one of theirs, just stating the facts.

I would ask that iTech pay the postage for the return of this defective item.

iTechDeals.com no delivery, no shipment at all

I'm amazed how many people complain about this company and absolutely nothing is done. No improvements at all. All of their processes should be fixed before dealing with customers.
Unfortunately, I had an experience with them, not the best one in my life. I ordered Linksys E2500 (N600) Advanced Simultaneous Dual Band Wireless N Router and it never arrived, even though they promised to ship it within 2-3 days, however, its status says it's still at the warehouse, meanwhile it's been a month since I placed the order.
Terrible!

I would like to cancel my order but no one is responding to my emails! It's hard to get a hold of anyone. I just want to cancel my order and get a refund because of how long it's taking. I need beats ASAP but it says it's gonna take up to 14 business days so I already got some better ones on Amazon and I would like to cancel my order and get a refund! Can anybody help?

iTechDeals.com ipad mini/ stay away

I ordered and paid for an iPad mini 32 g and they sent a 16g. Trying to get is resolved has been a nightmare. Their customer service is out of the country, they only reply at 2:00 in the morning. This has been going on for over 3 weeks. I've sent them pics of the iPad and everything they have asked for. This company is a Joke, please do not waste your money or time with them.

I placed an order yesterday, 7/10/17, for an item I found online at Brad's Deals; I ordered with payment to go through PayPal:
Oral-B 12 Pack Shiny Clean Soft 35 Toothbrush Set
Item # ER-12ORALB for $8.99, my final price is $4.89, pending charge on my credit card.
After a number of attempts, the order for item would not go through, although the charge went through.
I'd like to either get confirmation from iTech for my order or cancel the order.

iTechDeals.com customer service & iphone 5

Ordered iphone5. It arrived. Great condition. Except it's missing the SIM card tray - making it impossible to install SIM card thus we can not transfer service to it! It's basically a glorified $90 ipod at this point. I emailed them. Got an auto response. They emailed requesting a picture & 24 hours. I sent picture and waited 4 days! Emailed them again and they asked me to clairfy the problem. Wheich I did AGAIN. Been over a week and still no sign of resolve. I am happy to remove this complaint once issue is resolved!

I ordered Rose Gold UrBeats on May 14th and received them May 27th, I would have been fine with this time waiting had I got what I ordered.They sent me the wrong color. I am furious as I have emailed them multiple times with no response and they claim that it's "their goal to respond in 24 hours" when it's been two days. I am so unbelievably ticked off because I ordered them before my flight on June 13th, and I'm leaving for practically the whole summer, and if I have to wait all this time for them not to come when I need them most I'm so going to be so annoyed. I thought their customer service was good, but it's not and this was a waste of my money. Pretty sure this is the last me or any of my family or friends are ordering from here if this does not get fixed. This is their product and you would expect them to at LEAST be able to sell it correctly.

I ordered and paid for a pair of Beats earplugs and they sent me the wrong co, or ones. I have sent Numerous emails to the contact department and am getting no help WHATSOEVER to get my order corrected.

iTechDeals.com broken charger

I bought a wireless charger from www.itechdeals.com website and the one I received was broken and didn't work.
I contacted iTechDeals support and asked for help. They only said "do this and that" and when I told them that I have already tried all of their methods and nothing worked, they only apologized. I told them that I want a full refund but they replied that they don't accept anything back.
I lost my money and received a charger which was broken!
I spoke with them few more times and gave up. It was absolutely impossible to speak with them without getting angry. Never again!
If something happens with your order don't even try to get something from them. Stay away.

iTechDeals.com disappointing experience with itechdeals

I am very disappointed with my experience with iTechDeals. Ordered my item and for some reason my order got cancelled. First of all I contacted their customer service office and asked for explanation but they did not explain anything. So up until now I still have no clue what happened and what was the reason to cancel my order.
I'm still waiting for my refund and process takes way too long. The most ridiculous part was when I received a survey from them and they asked me to leave a feedback and my impression of my order and their service. Well can't say anything about the product because never saw it, and regarding their service - pathetic. Never again!

iTechDeals.com counterfeit product

I ordered a pair of Beats by Dre riderless headphones for my son for Xmas in Dec 2016. In March of 2017 the headphones stopped charging. Knowing that it was past the 90-day return policy timeline we took them to an actual Apple Store to inquire about having them serviced. The tech at the store looked the headphones up in the Apple computer and it said that the headphones were within a year old and as long as I could prove I paid for them that they would repair them. I presented Apple with the receipt from iTech Deals and they sent the headphones out for servicing. A few days later the Apple Store Technician contacted us to report that the headphones we submitted were COUNTERFEIT and that we should immediately contact the seller to have the issue addressed.

When we contacted iTech Deals about refunding us for the fake product they said that the product was not fake and that Apple probably just couldn't find it in their computer because iTech purchases them overstocked. They never acknowledged that an actual Apple Technician discovered the fake product from doing an examination of the product. When I tried to contact someone in management the company simply stopped communications with me.

I will be reporting this to any and all online sellers that deal with this company, the BBB, and the FBI counterfeit agency.

Ordered the mystery box for $19.99. I wish I would've read reviews on this shady outfit before wasting my money. The box arrived, and it contained used and broken items.The broken items were a broken wireless phone charger, which didn't charge anything. There wasn't a box or instructions, just a bubble wrap bag. Another broken item was a 2015 Jawbone 2 which didn't charge, couldn't sync or bluetooth to a phone. Tried to plug it into a computer hoping that would do something. Nada, zip, nilch! The other items were a set of earbud headphones, a used luggage scale, no packaging, a random android usb cable, no packaging and a 9ft HDMI cable. Basically a box of junk. Who doesn't have random usb cables, headphones & hdmi cables around the house in a junk drawer? Contacted them immediately, no response. Had to open a Paypal case to get them to respond. I have to waste more money to return their scam box to them. Stay away from this company. It's a scam!

Yeah, I fell for this one also. I wasn't expecting the iPad or Beats headphones or any one of the wonderful expensive devices they show in the picture of what might be inside the box. I thought that I might get some interesting tech toys to play with. Was I ever wrong!

There was a broken "spy camera pen" that didn't even have an ink cartridge in it. I got a car mount bracket for an ancient GPS. I got some kind of cell phone case - never did figure out which phone it might go with, so I couldn't even give it away. There was a felt sleeve, actually two rectangular pieces of felt stitched together on three sides, probably to use as a sleeve for a tablet, but I didn't have anything that would fit in it. There were two USB wall warts - I think I have enough of them by now, but they do both work.

There's no way any of this junk adds up to $99 value, even if it was all brand new and in perfect condition. It wasn't even worth anywhere close to that when it was still salable, but now they're just shipping out boxes of unsalable broken junk.

They sell very poor quality items and I also would like to mention that everything is in a terrible condition. My item arrived broken and when I tried to get a refund they claimed that it was not their responsibility and I broke it.
Not only their products are horrible, but also is their customer support. How dare they blame me? I never did anything, item already arrived broken. That was not a good thing to do and that moment I felt terrible when they said that.
I lost my money and received only unpleasant experience. Stay away from iTechDeals!
