So, I had this thing with It Cosmetics. They sent me a product without me even saying yes to it. And when I asked why, the person on the phone couldn't even give me a straight answer. Next thing I know, there's a charge on my bank account for something I didn't even order! I haven't bought anything from them since last year, and I didn't sign up for any auto-shipments. When I tried to get my money back or talk to someone higher up, they just said no. It was a total nightmare and it's still not fixed. I mean, come on, as a regular person just trying to buy some makeup, this is not cool.

I ordered from It Cosmetics on May 5th and got an Email saying my order was shipped on May 7th. I've been checking every day since then and it's now the 20th, but the tracking number on the UPS website says it'll only update once the package reaches its facility. I've tried emailing and calling the company, but no one's responded. I'm not waiting over an hour for someone to answer, this is ridiculous. I'm going to contact PayPal to get my money back and let them know what's going on.

I recently made a purchase from It Cosmetics on November 26th, but unfortunately, I never received my package. When I reached out to them on December 10th, they informed me that my parcel was sent back to their warehouse because I didn't collect it. However, I never received any notification from DPD that my package was ready for collection. It was frustrating to hear that I had to wait a few more days for a full refund, but it's now January 13th and I still haven't received my money back. It's disappointing that they seem to be happy to keep their products and my money. I paid a total of ?92, which is a significant amount of money. I recently emailed them again, but all they said was that they will inform me of what's happening in a couple of days. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again.

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with It Cosmetics. I placed an order with them 25 business days ago and was told it shipped 21 business days ago, but I still haven't received it. I've reached out to their customer service team three times now and haven't gotten a single response. It's frustrating to say the least.

I've ordered from a bunch of different companies before and this is the only one that's given me this kind of trouble. I understand that things are a little crazy right now with the pandemic and all, but come on. A generic email response isn't really cutting it for me. I just want to know where my order is or get a refund.

Honestly, I don't think I'll be recommending It Cosmetics to anyone anytime soon. The lack of communication and customer service is just not worth it.

I had a really bad experience with It Cosmetics. I decided to cancel my account with them, but after doing so, I received a package from them. I was frustrated and decided to call the company to ask for a Return Merchandise Label. Unfortunately, I didn't receive it right away, so I had to call them AGAIN. Finally, I received the label and returned the product. Both packages were returned unopened, but to my surprise, I received a bill from them for both packages.

I was really upset and called them to explain the situation. I told them that I had returned the product, but they said that it was more than 60 days since I received the package, so they couldn't do anything for me. I was shocked and frustrated because they had the product, not me. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of me and make me pay for something that I didn't even want.

Overall, I would not recommend ordering from It Cosmetics. Their customer service is terrible and they seem to get mad when you cancel your account. It's really shady and I don't think it's worth the risk. Please be careful and watch out for these kinds of dealings.

I recently had an experience with It Cosmetics and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. I placed an order for their cc cream on March 3rd, 2022 and received an email stating that the estimated delivery date was March 7th, 2022. However, when I checked the tracking number on March 10th, it said that the tracking number was incorrect. I was confused and frustrated, so I reached out to their customer service team online to inquire about the status of my order.

To my surprise, they informed me that my order had been refused and was on its way back to their company. I was shocked and asked for a refund, but they told me that they would only refund me once they received the item back. I asked them how and why my order was refused, but they didn't have an answer for me. To make matters worse, they even gave me a fake tracking website. I was extremely disappointed and felt like I had been scammed.

I strongly advise against purchasing anything from It Cosmetics. They took my money and never sent me the product I ordered. It's frustrating and disappointing to have such a negative experience with a company, especially when you're excited to try their products. I hope that they can improve their customer service and delivery process in the future, but until then, I won't be ordering from them again.

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with IT Cosmetics. I ordered a product from their UK website and they sent me the wrong shade. Like, come on guys, that's a pretty basic mistake to make. And now they're making it a huge hassle for me to get the right shade. They won't send it out until they receive the wrong one back, which is just ridiculous. I mean, I don't have a car or a printer, so I have to go out of my way to package it up and take it to the post office. And with all the Covid 19 restrictions, that's just not something I want to do right now. It's not safe for me or for others.

I tried to reason with them and asked if they could just send me the right shade and a return label for the wrong one, but they refused. They're basically saying that it's my problem and I have to deal with it. Well, sorry IT Cosmetics, but that's not how you treat your customers. I work hard for my money and I expect to get what I paid for. And if you make a mistake, you should own up to it and make it right. That's just basic customer service.

Honestly, I don't think I'll be shopping with IT Cosmetics again. They've lost my trust and my business. And I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else either. There are plenty of other companies out there that actually care about their customers and will go out of their way to fix their mistakes. So save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else.

I recently started using It Cosmetics and I have to say, I am impressed! I have been using Confidence in a Cream and it has been a game changer for my skin. At 53 years old, I am constantly worried about fine lines and wrinkles creeping up on me. My skin has changed and become so dry as I've aged, but Confidence in a Cream soaks in and keeps my skin soft and feeling smooth. I even recommended it to my son who has dry skin under his beard and he loves it too! My daughter started using the same cream in her mid 20's and I know she's going to have great skin for life.

I have to admit, I never really used skincare products very often and unfortunately, I neglected my skin until I was in my late 40's. If you want to maintain youthful skin, start in your 20's with a good cleanser and moisturizer. Protect your skin from the sun too, it's so important!

When it comes to ordering online, I only order when it's on sale because it can be pretty expensive. However, I've always received my orders within a few weeks at the most, usually just 1. I did try a foundation and it was too heavy for my taste. But, I was able to return it with no issue within 30 days, I just paid the return shipping on it.

As I've developed lines, I've noticed that most foundations accentuate the lines as the day goes on. My suggestion is to go to a store that sells It Cosmetics products and try them out from there to see if you like them. Once you decide what works for you, order it online. I don't use autoreplenish because I never seem to be able to get the timing right and end up with too much or not enough. I just order as needed.

Overall, I am really happy with It Cosmetics and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for quality skincare products. It's never too late to start taking care of your skin and It Cosmetics makes it easy!

First time, I ordered a foundation and got a concealer instead. Second time, I ordered a lipstick and got a lip liner. So, I decided to give It Cosmetics a try and ordered their value pack of 3 mascaras. However, I ran into some trouble with QVC, who changed my order without my consent. Instead of receiving 3 mascaras, I am now only getting 2 for the same price. This is not fair and I feel like I am being ripped off.

Despite this negative experience, I must say that the It Cosmetics mascaras themselves are pretty good. They give my lashes a nice length and volume without clumping or flaking. I also appreciate that they are made with good-for-you ingredients and are cruelty-free.

Usually, when you make a payment, you expect to receive your order immediately. It's frustrating that I haven't received my ecard yet, and I'm not sure what to do. I hope they can resolve this issue soon.

But, they told me that they couldn't make any changes to the order once it was placed. It just seemed like a really inefficient way of doing things. I mean, why can't they just fix the order before it's shipped out? It would save everyone a lot of time and hassle. Anyway, I ended up having to wait for the order to be delivered, then return it and exchange it for the right shade. It was a bit of a pain, but at least I got what I wanted in the end. Overall, I think It Cosmetics has some great products, but their customer service could use a little work.

I made an order on April 29th, 2020 from It Cosmetics website (itcosmetics.com). I was excited to take advantage of their Mother's Day special which included a gift set. However, I became concerned when I didn't receive any updates on my order status. On May 5th or 6th, I decided to reach out to their customer service to inquire about my order. I received an email stating that my order had shipped.

But when I tried to track my order a couple of days later, I was disappointed to see that the only update was that the label had been created, but it hadn't actually shipped yet. As of May 12th, I still haven't received any word on my order, even though they already charged me $99.

I must say, this experience has been terrible. I was looking forward to receiving my order, but the lack of communication and delay in shipping has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I hope It Cosmetics can improve their customer service and shipping process in the future.

So, I got this deal where I could buy one and get one free from It Cosmetics. I was pretty excited about it, so I ordered two different items, two of each. But, when I received my order, I only got two of one item and one of the other. I was pretty bummed out about it, so I called their customer service line five times. Each time, I was put on hold for a really long time, like 20 to 45 minutes. It was super frustrating.

I finally got through to someone, and I explained the situation. I asked if they could just send me the missing item free of charge. But, they said no. I couldn't believe it. I mean, it was their mistake, and all they had to do was send me the missing item. But, they chose not to. I was really disappointed with their customer service. It was the worst and stupidest customer service I've ever experienced.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend shopping at It Cosmetics. If you're looking for good customer service, you won't find it here. I would give them a ZEO rating if I could. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

I been waiting for my order from It Cosmetics for almost 3 weeks now. I called up the Customer Service and they just kept blaming UPS/USPS for the delay and didn't take any responsibility. They told me to keep "tracking" my order, but the tracker hasn't been updated for 4 days now! This is the worst customer service and shipping I've experienced this holiday season. A simple apology would have gone a long way to make me feel better about the situation.

I responded to a recent email for it cosmetics asking to review the prior order that I had received. I mention in a comment that I thought that I had ordered the lipstick duo...I'm noticing a charge on my master card of $22.93 for the lipstick duo that I did not authorize an order but was charged! Your customer service sucks...I was told that they could not find the order.. Of course you couldn't ...I didn't order it. I want that money put back on my master card immediately and I will never order from you again

I recently purchased your CC color correcting full coverage cream SP50 for $17 and an additional $7.00 for shipping and handling. I was so disappointed after using the product for 5 years and the size now has been reduced to pocket size. Is it the result of the economy shrinking products and the price stays the same?

I am considering regretfully going to a different supplier.

I love It Cosmetics and use all your products. I was very disappointed, however, in the It Cosmetics eyeliner pencil. It worked well 2x, but after only the second time I used it, it needed to be sharpened. Although I used the correct size sharpener, the product started to fall apart rather than sharpen and could no longer be used.

After 50 years of using foundation, I finally found the perfect one for my extremely dry skin. It is the BYE BYE "LINES" FOUNDATION. I continually received comments on my beautiful complexion and as a 63 year young woman, I knew this foundation was working. I was shocked to find out you are canceling this product. All the other foundations in your line do not work for me. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, BRING THE BYE BYE LINES FOUNDATION BACK. Is there any way to purchase this item from you? After being a customer of IT Cosmetics my wife tried to cancel any future orders after receiving her last order 2/21 after the 10% price increase and was told that she would have to pay for the remaining 2 orders that had not been shipped. To date 8/19/21 she has never received the other two orders but IT continues to bill us for $105.07 and are threatening collections, we did not get the remaining product, why should we have to pay for Nothing?

I WANT A PRODUCT THAT WORKS! (fair in color)

I initially received the IT brow power as a free gift ordering other IT makeup. I fell in love with my sample but after 3 uses the brow pencil fell out of the case. I thought maybe this was due to it just being a sample so I ordered my own full size brow power. This morning after only 2 uses the pencil fell out and slipped down the sink. I spent 24.00 plus shipping on the pencil and only got 2 use it twice. I love how it applies but am disappointed in how easy it falls out. This makes me question ordering future make up through your company.

This is my third compact of the CF pressed foundation. This one repeatedly has hard sections in it. I have scrapped the hard spots off and used the foundation. Then, after a few uses, the had spots came back and not in all the same places. I wash(ed) my IT brush, made sure my facial skin had absorb the Confidence in a Cream cream fully before applying the foundation, as well. Not sure what else to do other than, send an email communicating my current issues with this product.
Began using this compact 3/2/2019 to current date.

Is it possible to exchange this item with a new one?

The containers for this powder break down - the lid chips into the powder, becomes harder and harder to close the lid and then open it again. I've experienced this with multiple orders of this same product over the past several years. I love the powder, but the containers are cheaply and inferiority made. I am considering not ordering this product any more because of the containers in which the powder comes to the customer.
