an unauthorized charge to my Master Card for a lipstick duo
I responded to a recent email for it cosmetics asking to review the prior order that I had received. I mention in a comment that I thought that I had ordered the lipstick duo...I'm noticing a charge on my master card of $22.93 for the lipstick duo that I did not authorize an order but was charged! Your customer service sucks...I was told that they could not find the order.. Of course you couldn't ...I didn't order it. I want that money put back on my master card immediately and I will never order from you again
Desired outcome: I said it. Put my money back on my Discover Master Card immediately from an order that YOU placed without my authorization. I am searching online as to what government business I can file a complaint with at this time.
Product size change
I recently purchased your CC color correcting full coverage cream SP50 for $17 and an additional $7.00 for shipping and handling. I was so disappointed after using the product for 5 years and the size now has been reduced to pocket size. Is it the result of the economy shrinking products and the price stays the same?
I am considering regretfully going to a different supplier.

Eyeliner pencil
I love It Cosmetics and use all your products. I was very disappointed, however, in the It Cosmetics eyeliner pencil. It worked well 2x, but after only the second time I used it, it needed to be sharpened. Although I used the correct size sharpener, the product started to fall apart rather than sharpen and could no longer be used.

Please bring back Bye Bye Lines Foundation
After 50 years of using foundation, I finally found the perfect one for my extremely dry skin. It is the BYE BYE "LINES" FOUNDATION. I continually received comments on my beautiful complexion and as a 63 year young woman, I knew this foundation was working. I was shocked to find out you are canceling this product. All the other foundations in your line do not work for me. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, BRING THE BYE BYE LINES FOUNDATION BACK. Is there any way to purchase this item from you? Thank you, in advance, for your attention to this matter. God bless you.

Billing and shipment
After being a customer of IT Cosmetics my wife tried to cancel any future orders after receiving her last order 2/21 after the 10% price increase and was told that she would have to pay for the remaining 2 orders that had not been shipped. To date 8/19/21 she has never received the other two orders but IT continues to bill us for $105.07 and are threatening collections, we did not get the remaining product, why should we have to pay for Nothing?
Desired outcome: Have the billing stopped, all future orders were cancelled 3/21

Mechanism/pump to get cream out of tube is broken so it is too hard to get cream out.

it brow power-universal toupe
I initially received the IT brow power as a free gift ordering other IT makeup. I fell in love with my sample but after 3 uses the brow pencil fell out of the case. I thought maybe this was due to it just being a sample so I ordered my own full size brow power. This morning after only 2 uses the pencil fell out and slipped down the sink. I spent 24.00 plus shipping on the pencil and only got 2 use it twice. I love how it applies but am disappointed in how easy it falls out. This makes me question ordering future make up through your company.
celebration foundation pressed compact
This is my third compact of the CF pressed foundation. This one repeatedly has hard sections in it. I have scrapped the hard spots off and used the foundation. Then, after a few uses, the had spots came back and not in all the same places. I wash(ed) my IT brush, made sure my facial skin had absorb the Confidence in a Cream cream fully before applying the foundation, as well. Not sure what else to do other than, send an email communicating my current issues with this product.
Began using this compact 3/2/2019 to current date.
Is it possible to exchange this item with a new one?

bye bye pores translucent finishing powder
The containers for this powder break down - the lid chips into the powder, becomes harder and harder to close the lid and then open it again. I've experienced this with multiple orders of this same product over the past several years. I love the powder, but the containers are cheaply and inferiority made. I am considering not ordering this product any more because of the containers in which the powder comes to the customer.

I ordered with a valid credit card 3 deluxe kits ... I called to find out when I should receive my products. The man with an accent I could not understand completely. He was rude and yelling at me and said I would not get my products unless I paid allot more! I just don't understand! My favorite makeup and I cannot order? I had ordered off the infomercial before why not now?please help!
last order
I have order two products online because of the offer (buy one or two products and you will receive tree minis travel sizes with code trio) I have done everything as aked, when I received my items nothing came just two simples, I contact it cosmetics by email they informed me (that they are unable to send the free items on their own the system doesn't allow.) that is really wrong for a company with so expensive products. I spend 58£ for two products. Disappointed with this company for treat customers like that.
tube half full
I have ordered bye bye undereye from you three or four times now the first two times my undereye makeup was full. The second third and fourth time they were half full. I know because I know how the tube feels when it's full. This is not right especially when I'm buying multiple tubes like I just did this time.I just ordered 3 tubes, please make sure they are full. I am also asking for some kind of term burden Ent for the 4 half empty tubes I recieved the last two times. I thank you in advance for you consideration on this matter! Have a great day!
I also just received an order for the same undereye makeup and the tube is half full. It was full of air and nothing was coming out until I pushed it almost to the end. $24 paid and received less than half of what was paid for.
Total embarrassment.

I tried to cancel but they still sent products. I went ahead and called them so I could pay for what they sent as to not get a bad credit report plus to make sure they cancel. Suddenly they come up with some mysterious amount that they say I owe for a shipment 9months earlier. So, are you telling me that you owe a company for 9 months and they still ship you product? They will RIP YOU OFF. Just say no! I got a call from someone from Customer Service who basically said too bad. You prove you called to cancel, etc.

I ordered foundation from It Cosmetics. I had used it before and liked the product. However, when it arrived it was half full. For $65 I would expect the tube to be at least be 3/4 full!
I contacted customer service four times. Each time they responded with the same form letter telling me that the tubes are weighed and they couldn't have made a mistake. I even sent pictures after they requested them. I dealt with three different customer service agents none whom seemed to know about my previous conversations Even though I provided them a reference number.
I am normally not a grumpy customer but I would think that there should be some sort of acknowledgment of this issue. I even asked for information to return the product but have not received anything.
If the product is only filling half of the tube, perhaps the tube should be made smaller. It is very misleading.
I contacted customer service again today and they agreed to a replacement. My advice is if you need action to contact them directly and not go through their webpage email. I am satisfied with their response although it was somewhat difficult to arrange initially.
celebration foundation powder with spf 50 and bye bye pores powder
I bought the celebration foundation and bye bye pores from QVC. Within 2 weeks I noticed the pores around my mouth and my chin and jawline looked completly clogged and white like the powder. My face began to break out into huge sores. It wasn't acne. Little hard beads of the foundation and bye bye pores would come out. I went to my dermatologist and had to be put on doxycycline for 6 weeks due to a severe infection from the clogged pores. After treatment I waited a few weeks and tried the products again to be sure they were what was causing it. Same exact thing happened and I'm on antibiotics yet again for 6 weeks and I have major scarring from the clogged pores and sores. I have since gotten rid of my entire it collection and I had every product including the creams.
No issue since I stopped using the It products.
blurred lines it girl lipstick case
I am usually very happy with my IT products. However, I have two IT Girl lipsticks of which the cases are chipped. I went to put my contact lenses in the other day and had particles of the lipstick case chips on my fingers. I will forward a picture. I would appreciate a refund on these two very expensive lipsticks. I paid $24 each and a drugstore brand is much better quality/ no chipping or shavings on my hands.
bye bye foundation trial kit
After watching scores of commercials by Jamie Kern Lima, I ordered the IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Foundation trial kit for $39.95, as advertised, on Mach 8, 2017 and received it today, March 15. The enclosure of the package clearly indicated that I still owed $79.90 as part of the “agreed membership” price (?). Nevertheless, I was so sold on the product's ability to provide full coverage of just about anything and it's alleged smooth and silky application that as soon as I received it, I rushed to try it hoping that, at last and as promised by the commercial, my face would have full, smooth coverage. The foundation turned out to be of the consistency of toothpaste and spreading it was anything but smooth. Even with such a high viscosity, it did little to cover but rather enhanced the lines, wrinkles and other imperfections although it did cover smooth discolorations. Adding to the already applied foundation did not help since it then gave my face the look of being spackled with liquid drywall. Cancelling my “membership” was not too difficult today. Getting my money back has been challenging but I shall keep an eye out to see just how long and tedious that will become.

I called customer service and was even more surprised to be told that I had been charged tax on the total amount of $119.85, that I was going to be billed in 3...
