Isuzu Dealership - Cradock — car breakdown: poor services encountered
I am a concerned custormer about customer services rendered, their turnaround time in particular. On Monday 0f the 22 October 2018, I had a mechanical break down along the N7 route 50km towards Graaf-Reinet and towed to their dealership based in Cradock. The vehicle is still new, under warrantee as well as under maintenance plan. i'd never contacted regarding the updates and i'm there one who call in daily basis (sometimes I leave messages with the receptionist with no revert). i am just briefed that the fun noise is with the fault anticipated to be on the injectors. i therefore request you to assist me in following up for me as the Authorisation process seemed as the other main delaying factor too.
