ipsy refund please!. no package received or emailed tracking number

I have emailed ipsy twice to find out WHERE MY PACKAGE IS and I have yet to get a reply from them! I place my order on September 11. The confirming email said it would take 7 to 10 days to receive a tracking number. It is now the 28th and I have no email from them regarding tracking number or a customer service email on my complaint. My account has been charged! I would like to know if I would be receiving a package for September or not. I would hate to be charge for September with no glam bag and then charge for October as well. It would be nice to have some type of communication on my subscription leave email me back. I would also like to cancel my service and a refund.

ipsy no package received

My address been changed online and i didn’t received my package again ! Can you please explain me why do I need to pay if you guys can send packages on the right address? ipsy ipsy glam bag never received!

I have emailed ipsy twice to find out where my package is and I have yet to get a reply from them! My package delivery date was september 14th 2017. It is now almost september 18th and I still have not got any say on what is going on! My account has been charged! They took the money out in the end of august! I have tried to track my package and the shipping tracking information has not been updated since september 12th. I'm thinking they lost my package or something else had happened. They could have contacted me letting me know what is going on if there's a delay or if mg package was lost, i've never had this happen with any other company! I'm very upset they couldn't even answer me back it's been quite some time since I sent the first initial email! Very disappointed, unsubscribing! Will go to birchbox or someone else! Thank you for your time

ipsy no glam bag for mom!

I have contacted Ipsy several times in the last 3 months regarding the account I opened for my mom. I keep getting notices stating my account needs to be updated because my payment was declined only to find out it was NOT! I have updated it anyway each time but still get the same message. No one has contacted me in 3 months but still my account gets hit for $10 bucks! I wanted this to be a special gift for my mom and now it is a hassle instead.

ipsy charged twice for september transaction

Was charged by two different address from your company for September but received only one bag. Please credit my account $10 and make sure I'm only charged once each month! I didn't get august bag but it might be because I moved, how do I change the address I have given yall to my current one? Also could I eat a refund for te august bag since I never got it and I did go back to my home to check if it was there. Please look into it because I love ipsy but I didn't get last months and I want to get Septembers bag but I need y'all to send it to my new address. Thank you

ipsy customer service

I attended the gen beauty event in Los Angeles and due to the evacuation caused by FORESEEABLE weather I left and asked for a refund. At first I was told I would get a partial refund, later on I was told I would get 2 6 month ipsy bag credit and only needed to submit the emails. It has now been past a month and I have have been charged twice for the ipsy bag. I have tried contacting ipsy multiple times and have not received any answer for over a month.

ipsy no products/subscription was cancelled

My name isTamesha Fuller I have no subscription with your company but your company has been taking money from my account for several months and I would like to be refunded I truly wish I could speak directly to someone about this issue I've never received any glam bag from your company and that's why I cancelled my subscription with your company I just realized that the money has been taken out of my account so for the months your company has charged me for an unsubscribe subscription I'll appreciate if your company would refund my funds back to my account

ipsy refund /cancellation

I recently was charged to monthly fee for ipsy. I thought i had cancelled the subscription back in march or april of 2017 online.

If you can call me back, i also left a message for customer service regarding the same issue. This is a big problem for me if you can solve it by refunding me and officially cancelling it for me, that would be great.

ipsy I did not receive my ipsy bag for august

I did not receive my Ipsy bag for August 2017. It is usually delivered around the 17th of each month. I wonder if it got returned to you for some reason? I would like it sent to me again. Please check the address. It should read:

ipsy I got billed after service was cancelled

I had a subscription to Ipsy and ended up not being happy with their services, so I cancelled my subscription. They weren't giving me the types of things I requested for my skin color/type. The things I did receive were so cheap they would dry out within a week. I was tired of paying money for junk. I cancelled it approx 2 months ago and today I went to the bank to pay a bill and it wouldn't go through because ipsy billed me. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND A PHONE CALL. Please. [protected]

ipsy ipsy offers

I purchased a ipsy offer, u can clearly see that from my account I have not received my package I have called FedEx and the postal service . They say my package was delivered and it has not been they will not help me what so ever so I am contacting you for any help possible . The tracking number is 9274899988866353854782 . They say it was delivered here on 08/18/2017 around noon I was home all day that day and I did not receive any package .. I would like for some assistance possibly if you guys can helpe locate it or get a refund I truly he the man who supposedly delivered it was too lazy too walk up the stairs I have had problems in the pass n not received my ispy bag it was delivered too my neighbors and they were kind enough too return it too me . ipsy pacifica coconut blush

Today I received my glam bag only to discover that my Pacifica coconut blush was crushed, And the powder was all over the box.
How do you handle this?
Do I return the damage item? Will I be receiving a new one to replace the damaged one?

ipsy bag

Very disappointed i only received 4 bags and not anymore and you are charging me for them. This is a big disaapointment and i see that i am not the only person who has experience this problem. So disappointing. I want the bags i paid for. Is this how you make money ripping people off. People ask me if they should sign up i say no due to my experience and i should of read the review cause you seem to due this to numerous people. I am a very disappointment customer and would like a response or something please!

ipsy winky lux peeper.. eyeko mascara.. boo boo cover up

I subscription to iosy bag and three of my things came emoy with no product in it.. Very disappointed I know errors happen but this is the second time.. My daughter and I wait for the glam bag anxiously every month and we trade what we don't want with each other and last month I let it go this month was just to much will my items be replaced.. I really was excited for the boo boo concealed and to get a empty tube really..

ipsy glam bag

I ordered a glam bag about 3-4 weeks ago and still not have received it. The payment was taken out of my account, I'm not sure what happened but either I would like to be reimbursed or get a new glam bag delivered. $10.79 was taken out of my account on July 15, 2017. ipsy never received glam bag & need a refund

First of all I never received Glam bag and want to get a refund right away. I had to cancel my subscription because I wasn't satisfied and If you can resolve this by putting funds back. Or please inform me when and what exact date I'll be receiving my glam bag for the month of July 2017.
Anyways thank you for your time. I hope it gets taking care of as soon aa possible!

ipsy ipsy membership

I cancelled my monthly subscription a week before the end of the month just exactly as it says on the ipsy website and just today ipsy still charged my debit card for the upcomimg month. I clicked on the email to cancel it but it is still active. Why? I did exwctly as it told me yet my account was still withdrawn. I want to cancel my subscription completely.

ipsy not receive package tracking number 9274899988866424803376

I was suppose to receive my ipsy bag at 07/14/2017, the post office sad it was a problem with the address, i realy don't know why because there's my name in the mail box, i try more them 4 time to reschedule the delivery but nothing happen, now i change my address and i want to know when i'm gonna receive the july glam bag of 2017 that a payed already?
i'm hoping to receive some answer of someone...

ipsy refund

On June 6th 2017 I ordered Kensie perfume from Ipsy, the same day I emailed to cancel the order.
The following day Ipsy sent an email stating that the item was already being processed by the warehouse.
On June 10th I received an email stating that my package was ready for shipment. another email on June 13th stating that the product has shipped.
The product arrived on June 16th I sent an email requesting a return label.
After multiple emails to Ipsy I finally received a response on June 22nd from JJ stating that they had been "out of the office" and "luckily returning an item in good condition is super easy" although I won't be charged for shipping a $5 restocking fee will be deducted.
According the tracking information Ipsy receive the item on July 7th. Today is July 19 and I have yet to receive my refund.
Terrible customer service!
