Invitation Homes Breach of Contract

new lease with the company INVITATION HOMES.

We signed a Lease Contract to move in on November 15th

The house is located in a HOA community. We must be approved in order to move-in. We completed the paperwork for the HOA on November 02nd

We cannot move into the new house because the INVITATION HOMES house has a violation that needs to be corrected.

We were summoned by INVITATIONS HOMES, to do MOVE-IN Orientation on November 20th. And this day was cancelled because we were informed that the house is not in good condition due to broken pipe.

I have two minor children and have nowhere to stay at the moment due to the breach of the INVITATION HOMES contract

I am an Army Veteran and my husband still serves and is out of country. We have had nothing but problems since moving in to this rental; starting with having to pay nearly $7,000 to move into a house that was filthy, had reminents of drug use, and some of the appliances inoperable. It was a pain getting maintenance to fix any of the issues, even if an...

Invitation Homes Property maintenance

UPDATE: 03-12-2020 - Invitation homes point blank refuse to trim back the overgrown trees on their property according to Angie Bonner the portfolio manager cites florida law and that they do not trim trees back that are hanging over someone elses property line. she fails to acknowledge that if they had maintained the property properly in the first place that would never have become so out of control. I wonder how easy it will be for them to rent the home next time once these tenants move out

This company does not maintain the landscaping of the properties properly, they never maintain the trees in the yard and consistently allow them to overgrow and spread over my property line, now causing damage to both my pool screen and fence. Contacted invitations homes and they claimed that it was the tenants responsibility to maintain yet their website states its only general lawn maintenance they are to take care of. I spoke the the neighbors who claim its invitations responsibility to take care of. Typical lettings agency who do nothing and only look for the bottom line
