I purchased 2 HD Mirror Cams and 2 32 GB Memory Cards threw Amazon on July 15th 2018. The 1st one worked for about 7 or 8 months, then it went totally Black, called the company, and was told to reset it, that didn't work, still broken. Hook up the second one, it never worked at all. Called Amazon they couldn't find any order placed on these Cameras. Then I called InvenTel they couldn't find any order in my Name or my email address. Was told to send a copy of the order to them, I did that 3 times and placed 3 different calls, no answer, no one ever contacted me. after many weeks and months, Today 09/19/2019 called InvenTel, they answer and said press one for English, Got two different folks who could not speak nothing but broken English, had to understand. Finely He was able to find my order, they told me that the warranty has expired and nothing could be done. There goes $140.00 I spent for a piece of garbage from, you guessed it, (CHINA). China continues to dump junk on America, and two bit Companies like InvenTel Products, LLC continue to rip off the America People too. ' DON'T BUY HD MIRROR CAMS ' "JUNK"
