Complaining about not received a product which was ordered on January 2, 2022

I am a customer of In veda, i have ordered a product from your site and faced an issue regarding the delivery.
It shows RTO initiated, without my acknowledgement. For the first time this happened and from ur customer service I got assistance and support. But after that they told me another try will be done and gave me a new tracking I'd and after a day, in the new tracking ID same problem happened. RTO initiated, what's the problem I can't find.
Pls show me some good response in this regard. Or else just refund my money.

i have order inveda products on 27feb. order no. 154958 which was cancelled by inveda and for that i had payed alrdy and i have called up on helpline no. no one is responsing plz i need an answer i soon as possible

All products are useless, don't waste your money on them. I damn sure these 5 star reviews on websites are fake to fool the customers.

I am complaining about inveda order cancelled by company & not refunding my amount
on thursday-17/09/2020 i have placed order in inveda by making online payment.. My order no was .123037 which has been cancelled by inveda & not refunding my amount. When today i called up on customer care no. [protected])of inveda . A person is asking for my debit card details sauch as card no, validity & cvv no. & speaking in very bad manner for refunding the amount to customer, they can ask for my account details but why debit card details
i need my amount refund with immediate efffect...

However, I noticed that the product is not at its best quality. Right off the bat, I noticed a damage/defect on the product that I'm pretty sure should not be there.
I returned the product to the branch along with a copy of the receipt, as instructed on your return policy but still it's been 10 days I didn't got any confirmation on my product.Very Bad Service. I also request the company to make a replacement or a refund for the product but they denied and blocked my number from their database.

Today i was placing an order at https://inveda.in (INVEDA) but before that i find one of your complaint i found on this complaint forms.
Is it True ? That Kumkumdai Tailam Combo is not a good product.
I'm using it from last 2 years and if i say frankly then i haven't seen any change in my looks or my face.
Everything is same ( i used to have my photo's when i started the KUMKUMADI TAILAM COMBO and still i didn't find any effect of this on my face.
