Internal Revenue Service [IRS] Complaint against IRS regarding my reporting on persons nearby I contacted IRS about - using FORM 3949-A and sending detailed notes

I will attempt to keep this brief.

Two months ago (approx.) I sent three FORM 3949-As and detailed information - all typed - with other documentation regarding three individuals in the Greeneville Tn area. These were Timothy A. Smith, Richard Crum and Paul Bailey.

I supported numerous sections of the FORM 3949-A forms - which I mailed in an official P.O. large envelop with tracking (I know it arrived there) to the indicated address at Internal Revenue Service - Stop 31313 - Fresno, CA 93888

Among these allegarions were that these three had not submitted accurate taxes to the IRS, that they was good circumstantial and eyewitness evidence they were involved at least partially in the distribution of drugs, that there were a lot of cash jobs they were engaged in, etc.

I had called about this a couple years back as well.

Not only has it seemed this has not been addressed, one person - Timothy A. Smith appears to have received a Treasury Stimulus check (or whatever it is called) because he suddenly has a lot of things done and purchased - for a fellow that has no regular job - nor has had for some time.

Here we are -Darren and Judy Bishop with a disabled child who DO pay taxes regularly, and have not received ours.

But what I really have a beef about - perhaps - is my opinion that here is a guy that not only doesn't get caught for his misdeeds (among everything else - there are cops around here that think he is being "protected" and how high up that goes is anybodys guess) - but there were strong rumors to the effect that during the last administration, certain people in this Country were being targeted by the IRS …. for instance for their political affiliations and clubs ….

All I know is the FACT that my IRS burden became noticeably harder - I had a large refund that was put through hoops and then "was forfeited due to the statute of limitations, " and every year - even though I am disabled, my COLA get taken in pretty much its entirety - therefore I effectively RECEIVE NO COLA.

That isn't allowed by any City or State for disability, however the IRS seems able to offset it no problem.

Then there is my mother - (will be 80) with a paltry retirement. SHE WAS AUDITED a couple years back and money taken and here bank account frozen.

You know - I realize you guys have a job to do. Fine. But isn't it a bit odd that these three DOMOCRATS not only get away (again) with what I tried to report them on - but also TIM apparently gets his stimulus check ….

Meanwhile we REPUBLICANS who have been hammered (being honest) are still waiting for ours. I know they will come - that's not the real issue here.

It is that I put a lot of time and effort - not to mention my self in jeopardy (if they all get audited at the same time they will put two-and-two together (there is no love lost between me and the three of them - they know I know what they're into - and I don't approve) and so I just think if the IRS can go after my poor mother they can certainly go after these three - who have surely taken a lot more - and deliberately - not mistakenly ---

It rankles me to see this and think these three aren't worth your effort - but my mother was.

My name is Darren Bishop and my cell is [protected] if anyone wishes to contact me.

You all stay safe.

Respectfully,

Darren Bishop Sr.

Internal Revenue Service [IRS] stimulus check discrimination

i would like to know why the irs is taking money from people that really need it at this time, if you have child support, you cant get no check, that is not right at all, you have people out here about to be put out of they house, and they think its funny, you guys are forcing people to do things they dont want to do to take care of their family, its ashame the irs would do something like that in this time of need, and ive read the care act and there is nothing in it that say take money from people who owe that money, the irs taking it upon itself to do that,

Internal Revenue Service [IRS] In league with "tax relief" providers; tax refunds

I discovered a long lasting scheme, that persists today, though I caused the appearance of reform in 2011, which is not universally applied causing millions of those least able to defend to be saddled with unlawful tax assessment, through no fault of their own. It is done by mere pretext of policy, applied by IRS but reinforced by their tag-team cohorts in so-called "tax relief", as seen on TV. They offer to negotiate settlements for pennies on the dollar, that only they can produce, but only after first paying them a fee and typically, without any substantive effort. They do this because the claim by IRS is predicated on false pretense, generally on 1099 b notices that provide only 1/2 of the information required to make any calculation, though all/full information is readily and equally available to IRS, from such same provider. It is a shell game barely rising to fraud.

Internal Revenue Service [IRS] individual tax return

I submitted my 2018 tax return end of March 2019. Around June 2019 after not receiving a refund or any correspondence I decided to call the IRS. My first call in June the rep advised that my return was in a 9 week review which will end around June 29th. When I asked why and for what the rep stated that it was a "random" review. On June 29 I called the IRS and spoke with another rep. This rep advised that she didnt see anything about a 9 week review but she did see that my return was still sitting in one area when it should have been referred to another. She then referred it and advised me to allow 4-8wks. After about 4weeks I called and spoke with another rep who advised to continue to allow the remaining weeks. Two weeks passed and I decided to call anyway, in which this 4th rep stated that my return is under review and I should be received correspondence via mail in 7 days which was already day 4. I still have not received any correspondence. So, today August 19 I decided to call and speak with a Supervisor. The rep insisted to help and not transfer me despite my plea to speak with a Supervisor. After 1hour of holding, the rep had the audacity to tell me tha my return was referred on 8/15 and allow 8 weeks! I told her that ws unacceptable and demanded a Supervisor ASAP! She placed me on a 5min hold and advised that no Supervisor was available but to expect a call back in 24-48 hours.
I am utterly disgusted and have never experienced such inconsistency and unprofessionalism ever! I will wait the 48hrs and see what this response will be.

Internal Revenue Service [IRS] customer service, website

Filed my return in June, didn't get any response. They mailed a letter on July 11, 2019, apparently stating they need more info. They couldn't tell me on the phone what that information was, said I had to wait a month, I can't call again and ask until August 11. The first time I called, the wait time was 30 minutes, after which they dropped the call; the second time 1:15 to find out they couldn't tell me anything. Since I live in Germany, I get charged for calling 1-800 numbers, can't wait to see that phone bill. They have the address of my 2017 return, not my 2018 return, in their data-base. My fear is that they sent it to the old address, haven't lived there in a year. But of course, no one could tell me, and apparently no one bothered to update my address when I submitted my 2018 return.

I tried to set up an account on line so I could see what I could see, but the information they have on me is so screwed up that the web-site keeps telling me my information is incorrect. I don't have a crystal ball, or access to the data-base, so I can't tell what the heck I'm supposed to be inputting, information from the 2017 or 2018 return. Now I have to wait 24 hours to try again, probably just to be kicked off again.

There is a reason that the IRS terrifies and intimidates me. While both of the people on the phone were nice, actual assistance was non-existent. I hate trying to do something like set up an account, because I know what is coming, and that I will end up frustrated and angry, as I do now. Calling your number, or signing on to your web-site, honestly and truly gives me a stomach ache, because I dread what is coming. I know you folks are over-worked and underpaid, I'm a federal employee too. However, the mind-numbing beaurocratic hurdles are something out of an Orwell novel.

This was the only place I can find on the web-site to file a complaint, but the drop down category doesn't actually include the IRS. I'm bracing for the response that says, "sorry, we don't consider customer complaints on this service." Then I'll probably just curl into a fetal position and suck my thumb the rest of the day.

Internal Revenue Service [IRS] the change in the irs website and auditing process

I am concerned that the IRS website has changed appearance. The colors of the American flag red, white, and blue are no longer shown on the website and the main web page has been replaced by a blue and white eagle. Is this an attempt to save money by the IRS or is the government being taken over by a foreign country. Also, I was audited for an IL tax return by an independent tax return company in Andover, MA and although the income information in question did not match my tax return that I submitted the US Tax Court did not seem convinced that I paid my taxes in full for the year in question. I am concerned that the IRS is putting too much pressure on non-convicted/convicted criminals, to pay back taxes that they have been unable to verify and collect and that regular citizens are being targeted to pay for the unexplained crimes of the past for other citizens and/or non citizens. There may be individuals who initially entered the country illegally and who have been required to pay taxes from their original date of entry into the US. Is there anything that your agency can do to prevent further harassment of nationally born US citizens who believe that they are becoming aliens in their own country. I have already lost a family, job, car and possibly a home for reporting illegal issues to US agencies who are required to protect my interests. I pray that this website is legitimate.

Internal Revenue Service [IRS] customer service 06/27/2018

I have had issue's with the irs since febuary/2018, that the irs created.
They duplicated my taxes and they have been stuck in processing since. Not only because of the multiple issues, that reps created. I'm always getting different information from different reps, the get mad if you ask them to read notes. Customer service rep from june 28th. Mr money was the worst csr of them all. I know you have a lot of csr reps. But you need to remove off the floor asap. Someone needs to listen to his calls and require coaching. Irs reps are aggressive and loud dis respectful. They sound like a bunch of thugs no customer service skills at all.

I was told Mr. Staples was my representative. I asked him questions regarding my refund status and he refused to transfer me to someone else after he misunderstood my questions several times. When I asked to be transferred he hung up on me. I waited on hold for over 30 min. I was on the phone with him for less than 3 min. My questions were not answered and he was rude.

Internal Revenue Service [IRS] form 1040 instructions

I do my own taxes. Elementary arithmetic for sure, but if you ever spent undistracted time actually reading the instructions for 1040 et al, you soon see how the big boys cut their tax bill.

Undistracted is the key word. You need to flip pages, back and forth, read stuff over again, think about what you read, go get the stuff you have that you think applies...

A computer is for video games, social, net flix, etc. Fiddling with a mouse, and a program format to get to a stinking sentence is distracting. You miss a lot. You miss even more if you just "click" to another page and can't recall where you were 5 minutes ago.

Oh... You can grind through 75 pages of (now $6 a pack) paper (it was $3.99 just 4 years ago) and drain a $40 inkjet cartridge by "download it and print." eff that! I want a stinking hard copy of those form 1040 instructions sent to my mailbox! Just like they always were.

Is the federal government now quietly subsidizing staples? Sure seems like it.

I have no problem with downloading a 2 page form and priuning it, nor do I have an issue with e-file. But how I get to that computation is the important part. And decades of experience has taught me that that 1040 instruction booklet is like scribe notes in medical school. You have to study that stuff - sometimes repeatedly, and with no computer operation distractions. A hard copy is necessary to accomplish that. Many things are hidden in there. You gotta look! Ot you'll miss it.

Requested a form 1040 instruction booklet 3 weeks ago. 2 other forms/instructions came but the 1040? Nope. Do you have to be a cpa to get your mitts on those these days? I guess so. You shell out $500 for some clown to do what any sixth grade graduate can do in any ordinary circumstance. Oh... My bad... That $500 you pay jacks up the gdp. Yeah, I get it. They can have it.

I want that form 1040 instruction booklet in my mailbox, every year whether I request it or not.

Internal Revenue Service [IRS] Money

My husband received a call at 1307 from [protected]. It came up on caller ID as District of Columbia. The representative stated they were from the IRS and wanted to give us $9, 000.00 but needed our checking or credit card account numbers. Jerry told them he would rather have a check. The representative said the could not do that. He hung up. I contacted the Volusia County Sheriff's Office non-emergency number. I was aware that since no money ever exchanged hands there was no actual crime committed but it still needed to be reported. I was given the FL Fraud Line of [protected]. Initially I wanted to talk to someone after 10 minutes of being cycled through the "hold messages" I was disconnected. Rather than go through that ridiculous process I opted to complete this. Thank you for providing this. Perhaps you could do a PSA and let people know this is a much better process.

Internal Revenue Service [IRS] Fake & threatening calls saying from IRS

Got same type call from [protected] this morning. HEAVY Middle Eastern accent (*expletive* towel heads tryin to take us down any way they can!). VERY threatening. When I said that the IRS doesn't discuss such matters over the phone and would send this type of information via certified postal mail and asked for his full name and Federal ID # (as I suspected this was a scam), he said "if you do not wish to talk to me, you can speak with the police. They will be there in less than two hours to arrest you. You will be in jail for a minimum of 10 years for IRS tax evasion. I did some research and it all led to sites where others have reported this -- as a scam. The phone number is from a WIRELESS phone (don't think IRS agents use those, either, lol). The carrier is YMAX COMMUNICATIONS CORP. - DC ... a known scamming company (wow, lots of scams!). I hope these *expletive* are arrested. Nearly gave my poor, disabled husband a heart attack. LITERALLY!

They're too too busy with arrests for pot and men looking for a little free sex deep in the woods somewhere. No time or manpower to put these cucks in the slammer for 10 years. I reported them to the IRS twice already. Bet there was not one arrest. Any old woman can run a trace via the telephone number. But no...this is now "you're on your own" Northern Latin America.

IRS off set my tax refund of more than $2, 000.00 to pay my wife's debt, but at the time we were not even married and it isn't my debt! It has been over a year now sitting in another agency and I can't get it back. I have even sent in a copy of my marriage certificate/lic. and they still won't refund it. I am elderly and I desperately need these funds. Thank you. Mr. John R. Gay

Internal Revenue Service [IRS] Not paying refund

I filed my taxes electronically 2/11/2013 for 2012. Someone paid their quarterly estimated taxes and the IRS posted it against my social security number by mistake. I'm still waiting for my refund. Every time I call, I am told that I did everything correctly, the estimated payment has been taken off my account and a referral was put in to send me my refund. That was April 18. As of today (May 16) my refund has not been released for payment and even when it finally gets released, it could take up to 3 weeks for it to be put into my bank account. As of January, I'm on social security, I really could use my refund but who knows when it will be here. I keep getting the runaround from the IRS.

Internal Revenue Service [IRS] Racism, Classism or Just An ###??

My daughter and I visited the local IRS office, here in Bloomington Indiana, today. We were unsure how to file, ( ie:head of household/single or separate). If I knew how to file, or had the money to pay a CPA, we would not have visited the office. For the past 3 years, I have had the same office help me to file our taxes. As a matter of fact, the same IRS representative worked with us each year. The first year, he was helpful, and approachable. He got us a great refund. The second (last year) time he worked with us, he was rude, angry and he quite possibly did not act in our best interest (I think he did not get us applicable full refunds). Today, our 3rd visit, was surreal it was so bad. Before we even sat in front of his desk, he was combative. He demanded to know what wanted. When I replied that we need help with our taxes, he said he wouldn't help both of us (my daughter and myself). It was back and forth for about 5 minutes, with him firing away at me, demanding what did I want, and me just saying, we came in for tax help because we are unsure how to file. After telling me he refused to work with me because I am upset, and we both (meaning he and I) need a chance to 'calm down', he kicked my daughter and I out of the office. He gave us an excel print out, saying maybe one of those agencies would be willing to work with us, because he doesnt have to work with people like us. WAIT...WHAT? We walked out of there shaking our heads, still not believing what just happened. This is a mean, dried up, crazy old guy who has no business being a social servant. In fact, he has no business dealing with the public at all. He behaved incorrigibly, and has completely inept customer service skills.
I know the IRS isnt supposed to be happy-go-lucky folks, but I can not figure why on earth he reacted to us in such a way. Was it because we were both female? Or Brown? Or in financial need? Whatever, I just wanted help with my taxes, not to be subjected to an angry bitter smelly old man's rants.

Well if you think that is bad try being a white female who is dealing with a black, female revenue officer. Now we are talking TRUE RACISM! Yes, there is lots of reverse discrimination and even harassment that is targeted to people just because they are white. This officer has harrassed the hell out of me, unlike yours who was just rude. Please, give me a break, I wish I could find one that was just rude not racist...lets trade and then you will how bad it truly is. Drop the chip on your shoulder and stop being dramatic.
