Inteligator Fraud

Intelligator advertises they have records sometimes 2 or 3 records for what it is you are looking for. Once you give them the $1.00 for the 4 day free trial and get into the search all of a sudden there are no records found. When you go to cancel the trial membership there is NO Option avaliable anywhere to do so, you send a message to support and they have 24 to 48 hours to answer, just enough time to charge you for the monthly charge of $19.95. UNFORTUNATELY my charge card was STOLEN a few minutes later. I may have to wait a week or so for a new card However intelligator will not get another dollar from me. BUYER BEWARE!

How in the hell do you cancel? This is ###! they were quick to debit my account however have no way to cancel subscription! What a ripoff! I did do research of my own and www.inteligator.com DOES have a phone number...for all those trying to cancel it took me hours and hours...call your bank and ask them for the number to CLKbank. This is who is debiting your account. The number I just got was [protected]. Good luck!

Guys, come on. Be smart about your online purchases, always read all the material ahead so you know exactly what you're purchasing and how to cancel. It's a buyer beware market out there, so learn how to protect yourself from the bad scam companies and learn how to operate the useful services.

I got taken with the 4 day trial, and canceled because their service is abysmal. Today they charged me $32.61 as
a monthly charge. This is a scam and total fraud. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE, IT IS A SCAM. If anyone is gong to start a class action lawsuit please let me know. Glen jiggerypokey@yahoo.com

I signed up for a 4 day trail for $1 and they took the money off my card. But I can't even use the site so I would like my money put back on my card please

DEBIT / CREDIT CARDS MANIPULATION: To avoid any manipulation with Credit OR Debit cards, and to Be Protected from any unwanted billing / charges anyone can use 2 simple steps:

1. PayPal (for those online who accept it)
2. Virtual VISA Card (for anybody else)

Virtual VISA card most efficient tool that can be used for occasional payment with limited amount OR even to only 1 (single) transaction online. When you using Virtual VISA for any trial payments, you no need care about any further charges / billing anymore... because after 1st (single) payment it will / may not work anymore...

In case you decide to continue your service you have to consider your permanent way to pay.

Inteligator Stealing my money

I signed up for their 1 week trial service several months ago and canceled the same day. The only way to cancel was to send an email stating my request. Well now, 4 months and 120 dollars of charges later, I check the bank and realize they've been taking my money every month. I checked them out with BBB beforehand and they had an A+ rating but I have no idea how as I see I am not the only one with this problem. I have written them that I want a refund of all monies stolen from me and to be removed from their site at once and I still haven't heard a word from them!

I conducted a ONE TIME background on myself because of another Fraud issue that occurred to my Bank Account last year. I had to switch bank account numbers and I then ran a ONE TIME background report on myself through Inteligator to see if I could somehow pin-point the person's whereabouts who had somehow obtained my bank account number. My suspicion was that whoever might have used my bank info was also using my SS as well and if a reported address that I never used in a city I never lived in came up, I would then take legal action that way. Therefore, I sued Inteligator.com for a ONE TIME report. The site gave me the choice for a subscription and I clicked that I did not want a subscription. I don't ever do that. For some reason, I was signed up for a subscription. I have been charged $29.95 per month for the next 10 months. I thought the charge was related to a bill-pay for 24 hours fitness. This last payment, I get an email notification, for the 1st time, that says that I was being charged $29.95 from "Inteligator." Keep notes as well, I have not been on Inteligator’s site since that 1st transaction. I called and spoke with Click-bank who handles payments for Inteligator and was blamed by the Supervisor for not checking my bank account properly and that they had been sending me notifications. This just pissed me off. The 1st question I asked was if he could produce for me these so-called notifications that he said that that have been sent and he said No. I then asked if he can reproduce this so-called subscription I signed up for and he said no. I then advised with a much deeper tone that he does not have much ground to stand on and I demanded refund IMMEDIATELY. Now, on my 1st call, the girl I spoke with did not hesitate to refund 2 payments, but since they cannot go beyond 60 days, she advised that she could not do any more. I received an email notification that 2 had been refunded, but they have not yet been placed into my account. I then asked him that if I am the one at fault here, why did they not hesitate to immediately refund 2 payments of the 10 payments? He would not answer the question. I then asked if it was safe to say that he was trying to just cover they were just trying to cover their tracks the best they could because they know that Inteligator is in the wrong? No answer. I then asked if he read all of the complaints on this website and /link removed/ regarding this type of situation. Again, no answer. I then demanded that he give me the name and contact telephone number for the owner of Inteligator or the representative on this account. He said he did not have this information. I then asked why his company is doing business with a company that they have no way of contacting. He used the excuse that it's an online service and that they do not generally have this information. I told him that he needs to have a way of direct contact with a company of whom he is completing monetary banking transactions with. I again demanded the name and telephone number for the owner or contact with Inteligator. He again advised that he did not have it. Knowing that I was not going to get anywhere at this point, I then INSTRUCTED him to send an email to his contact at Inteligator to call me immediately and CC me on this email." He actually did this and I told him that I will be contacting him tomorrow to see what he found out for me. I then asked him why he tried to throw it back in my face being that it is my fault that all this happened and he would not answer. The email address his correspondence went to was support@inteligator.com. I have emailed that same address 3 times since yesterday, 6/28/2011 and have yet to receive a response. I advised them that they need to contact the fraud division of my bank immediately to discuss payment arrangements. I further advised them that they need to call me immediately. Nothing. My bank is in the process of doing everything they can to get the money back, but I was advised that we might have to take legal action against this company. I think it’s in the best interest of Inteligator to just pay back everyone they have done this too.

I canceled my account within the prescribed 24 hour period, they still charged my card and I have yet to receive a refund from them almost two weeks later! They sent me a ticket saying my refund was processed and would take 5 business days. I've tried contacting them again and still no word. Would not use them or recommend them to anyone!

Inteligator unauthorized charges

This company did not deliver ANY information it promised me. Signed up for 30 day "trial" for $19.95.
As you know, this site says they can give you access to public records for researching people. Not only
did they NOT give me ANY information that wasn't already in the phone book, it keeps charging me
$19.95 several times now, in the first week alone! It keeps asking for MORE $$$ ! What a scam!
Ripoff, con, liars and thieves. I'd love to meet the owner of this site face to face... that is an
invitation! Lying ###!

I got there four day trial for a Buck, it wood not revile any resalts. I cancelled the second day. I was charged $19.95 twice on my credit. Card.

Inteligator Cant find a way to cancel

I ordered a 4 day trial period with Inteligator for $4.95. If you don't cancel within 4 days they will continue to bill you $29.95 per month. There is no way to cancel with them. The have a email listed that you can click on which is [protected]@clickbank.com When you click on this and follow there process by entering you email address and password it still won't cancel. I emailed there customer service and explained that this would not work and I want to cancel. There response which is a noreply automated response tells me to go back and click on that again which will still not work. This is a total scam. They are making it impossible for anyone to cacnel. There is no contact numbe anywhere listed and the first day I did try using there services they could not provide me with anything. It appears that all the other complaints are the same. Has anyone found a way to cancel with them? My email is [protected]@aol.com if anyone has any helpful information they can send to me.

1. Anyone can cancel it without notice withing 4 days of trial period. All you need for this is just cancel recurring invoicing option in your PayPal account. It may cost for you just 1-2 min to complete all further charges and billing from Inteligator, and it's FREE and upon to your decision priority always. NO exemptions!

2. Also you can do that by sending letter to support (at) intelligator.com with request to cancel your account. That's it.

3. Also, you can do the same by using contacting form on itelligator website.

It's easiest 3 steps that anyone can use to cancel any online service, incl. Inteligator.

N.B. 4 Day trial it's $1 only, not $4, 95. For $1 dollar / 4 day trial, I tried this link: http://inteligator.info almost $4 savings.

Inteligator CAN'T CANCLE MY SUBSCRIPTION!

I paid $1.00 for a 4 day trial & I tried, & tried, & tried to look for the person I was trying to find & this site did NOTHING it said it would do. It's only been 2 hours sense I paid for it but after realizing this was not what I paid for I started to look for the site they gave for the cancellations... YEAH RIGHT! GOOD LUCK WITH THAT TOO! Before finding this site I had been looking for the cancellation site for about 45 minutes & gave up, then I found this one. I hope something comes of this SCAM cause this is not right!

N.B. Probably You've been using Affiliate website not original Inteligator website, that's why Cancellation page seemed as hidden. Often affiliates don't much care about their affiliated pages usability, and it may affecting some critical options and customer's attitude to entire service as well.

Inteligator misrepresentation

INTELIGATOR presents as an investigation company that provides with all these services for obtaining information one seeks. However the information is so outdated if you are able to retrieve it at all. Generally they will request another charge even though I paid for the premium service of another 29.99. They are a scam and pulled my money out immediately for the 40.00 and service is at best limited. For example, I can'y retrieve any info. on me, alias's etc. Buyer BEWARE with inteligator.col

They charged me 20 dollars. For what? They feed out misleading info. Once your in they want more money. I think it"s a big scam and i want my money back now! I don"t even see a place where I can cancel.

Another thing is this service is targeted for professionals, who knows well how to search and find appropriate information. It's not for fun, sorry...

The email today says I will be billed $29.95 each month. How do I contact these crooks.

Reading is helpful. Right there it tells you that they rebill you if you don't CANCEL your account. you should always read everything before you hand over your credit card or else you are asking to be taken advantage of. Not reading afterwards is just plain lazy. It also tells you how to cancel on that link. Best of luck!

Inteligator FRAUD/SCAM

I AM BEYOND FURIOUS. I WAS SIMPLY TRYING TO LOCATE AN OLD FRIEND. I HAPPENED ACROSS THE INTELIGATOR WEBSITE. I SIGNED UP FOR A $4.95 THREE DAY TRIAL WITH AN OPTION TO PURCHASE AND INSTEAD WAS FRAUDULENTLY CHARGED $19.00 IN A REVOLVING AUTOMATIC MONTHLY CHARGE. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO CONTACT THESE PEOPLE. THEIR EMAIL ADDRESS IS INVALID AND THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR ANY WAY TO LEAVE A COMPLAINT. TO MAKE IT WORSE, I WAS UNABLE TO EVEN ACCESS THE SERVICE. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS HORRIBLE SCAM!

Signed on 7/7/2009 to see if there was any information on me. I have no record, but guess what came up; yeh, your right; a false record with 4 Drug and Alcohol Cases. One each year, for 1989, 1990, 1991, 1992. They had Case numbers, date, state, date filed, offense type:criminal, source name, and age. Nothing under description was included, not disposition, conviction date, state code, arrest agency, fine, sentence date, arrest agency, etc. But they did have my b day right. Got hold of the three different courts; city, county and state. They didn't have a clue, none of these number or information were anywhere to be found, no truth to any of their information. Still have no satisfaction. Just hope prospective employers don't see. spreading false info. AVOID THIS SIGHT LIKE TH PLAUGE!

I have the same complaint with the above. I entered the website of inteligator.com and after payring $4.95, I was assured to have access to my criminal records but instead, they kept on cherging me $19.95 4 times and yet still no record. This web site is scam and I demand all my money back regarding all transcations made on Dec. 22, 2010. All payment was through patpal to Click Bank. I will have to look for some govt. agencies who handles these matters to stop this scam.

Everything this person has stated is true. I just had the exact same experience. They have an A+ rating with the BBB which for the life of me I cannot understand. These people are complete frauds. It is even true that once you purchase this service, it is almost completely impossible to find their webpage again. I did find it though...for anyone interested in accessing their account it is www.cisworldwide.com

I haven't found anything wrong with them. They provide valuable information, and sure it's information they've acquired from other sources, but finding that information is so difficult it's worth the $20 a month I pay.

I cancelled this a while ago with no problems at all, but needed it again so rejoined.

Supposedly, if you e-mail support@inteligator.com, you can ask to have this service cancelled. (I bought this Saturday, and I wish I'd checked this website FIRST, but I didn't. Live and learn, right?)

So, I guess I was naive and made a big mistake. There is NO useful information available on the website, which usually re-directs to another, more expensive service. Try clicking anything that promises real information, and you'll be taken to another page that asks for $29.99 to 49.99 for "Premium Service" or some nonsense like that.

Okay, it's Sunday now, and I haven't heard back from them. I'll give them some room since it's the weekend.

However, if I don't hear anything from them tomorrow, I'm going to pay off the outstanding balance on my AmEx card NOW, then call AmEx and have them send me a new card, with orders not to accept recurring charges.

I know I have to pay the initial $24.99, because I did order the product - unwisely - but I am *not* paying that amount every month.

Check this out. It is all InteliGator. They want you to give them a minimum of $100.00 and then you are to solicit people to do background checks. They claim that they will give you 75% of the profits. In one of their own posted articles, they claim, 'This is borderline ILLEGAL!' What can we do? READ BELOW WHERE IT SAYS 'THE PROCASH DIFFERENCE' It is there where they admit that they are commiting an illegal act.

I cancelled my debit card and had my bank issue me a new one after reading all the complaints. They got their $4.95 and got my information. They can't charge your account if you tell your bank to block the card permanently. Good luck!

Inteligator Termination of services

I'm trying to discontinue this company's services, which i ordered 07 / 03 / 2009 9:22 am pdt. I simply cannot find a way of discontinuing so i am using this vehicle so that my order (#8evnvcct) might be discontinued today, after a three day engagement at a cost of $4. 95 being charged my visa 5789 credit card. I simply do not want nor do i need further use of this service. Thanks so much. Tom

I feel like an idiot!I should of researched this site before i spent the 5 bucks.Now Ive been duped for 50 bucks and no way to get in contact with these crooks!

I have no clue how to cancel my account with inteligator! haven't received any reply. I'm just thinking to deactivate my Paypal account to stop any further charges! I blame myself for trusting their claim. A true SCAM

I was able talk to someone today, I looked on my online bank statement and saw CLKBANK on there for a contact. I called the [protected] telephone number to speak to someone and they canceled my subscription and refunded my 4.95. i also told them I contacted the Better Business bureau, due to the lack of ability to cancel on the INTELLIGATOR Website. I just received confirmation in my email :

The way to cancel is through whomever billed you, I was billed 4.95 by CLKBANK and when I looked at my online statement there was a telephone number it is [protected], the lady told me she is canceling my subscription, I informed her that I have contacted the Better business Bureau, due to not having the option on the website and the scarce ability to speak to someone, I hope this helps
