Intechpay fraud transaction
I received call from the customer care intechpay. They said that my account is going to close due to chargeback, so I have take their platinum service. Initially I didn’t believe but after repeated calls I was forced to open platinum account. Also they said they will fight against chargeback. They cancel my 5 transactions. I lost rs100000/-. I don’t know how to get back. Please never believe on these guys.
Intech pay money did not refund the amount
Hi, I have open my merchant account from Intechpay. I was told that the chargeback ratio will be 10-15% But after few days they decrease it to 2.5%. I requested them to cancel the account and refund the money. Account was closed and I got mail that refund amount of Rs. 49245 will be credited to bank account in 10 days’ time. For future communication use reference ID: [protected]. It is already 50 days and refund has not been credited. Intechpay helpline is always either engaged or helpline active but no one pick up the phone. I request all citizens not to open any account or use Intechpay Gateway for any online transactions.

All i want to say about this company. techie gateway is the run new website name intech pay payment gateway. Which has already been listed by Google scam company. claiming to be a Pittsburg Pennsylvania based company and operating in India under a person named Yogesh Bajaj is probably running fake operations in the area of Payment gateway.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
