I enrolled and was promised a free short course as part of a "special" they had on. No short course information has been received after following up on numerous occasions.

Then exam time rolls up I ask for an Invoice on Monday as I'm writing this its Thursday today, and there is not an Invoice of a day old (Take note my payment is due the following Monday which is now 2 days away) after scavenging the internet for contact numbers I finally got a hold of someone who just requested that I yet again send home an email because he cants help as he is at home.

Simple requests for mock tests or assigned results never get attended to.

But trust them to deduct that debt order on time

Their service delivery is pathetic and utterly unprofessional. Since I enrolled it's been battle after battle to get the bare minimum from them.

Their staff is unprofessional and they absolutely have no pride in their work. Had I known this I would have chosen another institute Intec is only wasting my time and money with their below-average work ethic.

i registered last year around april and started doing my assignment ,after finish all my assignments off ,i was supposed to write november as thats what the staff said but no i didnt write ,ahh january comes and they still didnt get back to me about my assignment results ,june comes and i finish writing my exams and only to recieve 0 for my exams ive sent them so many messages and i have called ,but they still poor with their services ,how do i get 0 for all my subjects and then only one theres a mark provided ,im honestly dissapointed because i want to send in my results to apply at pother tertiary places ,i need to see how my exam was marked and my marks how were they placed , i demand that they send me my marks and how they marked my work ... because most definetely arent my marks

I have registered at Intec for ECD early this year...I paid R2500.00 for registration after my application for registration was successful...they have been delays they requested I sent confirmation of employment I sent it still they were no respond...until July I contacted Polokwane for cancellation of registration...the student consultant said I must come to fill in deregistration forms I did that early September coz I was at work at that time July and August and I emailed the documents they requested till now I haven't received the response from Intec college... Polokwane branch manager is not even showing willingness to help me...

My daughter's requires her results to be able to register at a Tertiery institution for 2023 and need the results of her exams to be able to do so. We have been trying for a month now, since 14 August 2022 to get hold of them. She got hold of an employee in the call centre 15/09/2022 and asked why the results was not received as promised on the 13th August 2022. The lady then replied they do not know and they are also struggling to get hold of the people responsible for the results. We have followed the correct routes to get information, but nothing. If we can just get somebody to assist us please. Time is of the essence and we are in the dark.

Registered for General management. I wrote exams November 2021 and i did not get all my results. Called for days no one is willing to help. Its all stories but you wants fees money how disgusting and you not even ashamed of the terrible services you giving. You such a fraud. Can some one fix this mess. I want my results for 2021 and 2022 for [censored] sakes.

I registered in March 2022 and did not receive my study material yet.

I keep on calling Intec for assistance and send them several emails but no luck.

I have paid registration fees plus 2 months installments.

I even stopped my stop order, now they can call me week after week that my account is in arrears and I keep on asking them how can I continue to pay and have not received my study material.

They keep on giving me contact details to call and say they can not do anything about my problem as they are calling from finance department.

I wonder if this is not scammers...Intec are well known to act like a farm school.

I am a student since 2017 what a headache to finish. My recent concern is my assignment that has been marked and with a few pages not marked however all pages was emailed, complete assignment sent from my email address, I requested a copy of my marked assignment only to read notice/comments of incomplete and question b,c score 0 the list goes on and on, but the answers was mailed and pages returned with answers not marked . When I went in to the college and sat down with a team leader because calling you get no Joy. I explained what I noticed on the assignment a full copy was made from my original assignment to be checked. Finally a reply via email. The marked assignment is correct. Now wow how can this be when I handed 5 more pages to be marked that clearly stated not completed and 0 score because there pages wasn't submitted for marking from my original email. I also had a condoned pass of 49% only to see this was worked out incorrect and I had actually passed with more then 50% also on my progress report I have NQFL 5 and not 6. I could go on and on about the reason why I am still trying to finish .. my concern now is that I requested a full marked copy of this assignment no reply .

I paid my studies in full with registration my biggest regret and year in year out I am hoping things change.

I have send previously a complaint about the services about one of our employees that is busy with a course, i did eventually received a call from a lady that was asked to call because of the complaint, she instructed that i send an email to info and to the academic support, this already more than a month ago, no email received, not sure what is the problem how difficult is it to respond to an email and to give feedback, this is dragging on for way to long, i would like that a manager get involve as it seems the department is incompetent to respond and to provide feedback.

I had registered in 2020 for Intecs course and was quickly assisted with that process but just 3 months down the line in April when COVID-19 and the lockdown had begun I had lost my job and contacted Intec to deregister as I cannot continue the payments, I sent in the deregistration forms twice and was ignored,on a third attempt they contacted me saying I can send it again and I did,I was still ignored and payments continued to come off my account.

Due to this I had to report it to my bank and they assisted me with reporting it as fraud,they said this is not the first time the company has done this to students.

Even after all of this Intec has still not deregistered me and continued to accumulate over R5000 on my credit report, completely ruining my credit score.

This has been a huge crippling blow to accessibility to credit in my daily life and at this point I have been advised on taking legal action if my credit score won't be cleared and account closed. I want to avoid the hassle but if I have no other choice then I will have to do so.

I have an issue that is not getting sorted out. This is the mail i sent to Intec plus i have contacted the namibian branch

Shortly after i enrolled i noticed that the support i got from the Namibian branch was inadequate and i have emails that i send asking questions and i did not get the answers i was hoping for.

i got my POR on 29.03.22 and on 06.04.22 i told the namibian branch i want deregister because of the type of support i got and i was starting a new work and felt that with the support that is lacking, i was going to struggle too much and it is a lot of money then waisted.

I sent them my deregistration form on 06.04.22 and it was even before there was supposed to be an instalment paid. After I got some statements I made an inquiry on 06.07.22 to find out how far they are with my paperwork, only to hear that my form was incomplete. Nobody contacted me prior to informing me of anything. Here you can already see the lack of support and feedback I was referring to.

Now the bank lets me know that I am ITC and the Intec Whk branch is telling me that I can't be deregistered because I have monies outstanding. How is this fair? Now while I wait for feedback the outstanding amount escalates. This is truly not good business and I have second thoughts of ever using Intec in the future. How will I get off ITC and why does the Namibian branch not also take responsibility for lack of service.

I please need assistance and an answer, because I will not leave this here.

I would like to cancel my studies I started this year in March 2022 for the following reasons:

1. Took me a month to get access to my student portal.

2. Some books you have on your fact sheet is not available - eventually InTEC assisted after begging them.

3. Then took me 3 months to get them to sort out my student portal as it didn’t have all my subjects on.

4.I’m trying to submit online assessments - it gives le an error “not permitted “ - I requested assurance on the 05th Aug - today no assurance. So this means I will not be able to write exams at the end of the year.

I’m so tired of begging InTEC to help me and everyone blatantly ignored le or they get rude with me.

They are very nice once you apply to study but thereafter rude.

Please cancel my studies - InTEC you are not upholding to your agreement on your side and making it very difficult to study.

In May 2022 i have registered my son at this college and paid double deposit (registration fee) and manually paid my double instalment by end of May so that i can get the studies paid up in six months. My son tried to access the student portal to access the study material since then but no success whilst confirmation letter received that he has been registered.

We kept on sending emails to student support and also to Sarena, the student consultant to address the issue who initially responded and promised to liaise with the IT support but the issue still persisted. To cut matters short in June and July my account was debited and also received mail that he must pay deposit to book for examination which we did received time table that the first test scheduled for July 2022. I have sent numerous emails requesting for assistance with the study material which were no longer responded to and finally requested for deregistration several times and still didn't get any response from the college to now but they keep on debiting my account. Please assist as i started requesting for deregistration form which was never sent or my email responded to...i really want to cancellthis registration..

I enrolled for HR Management Higher Diploma with Intec in July 2021.

I have had issues from the very beginning as I wasn't explained everything in detail. My application was very quick and I got frustrated with the consultant who later on told me that it wasn't his job to help me beyond registration, yet everything I asked was questions that should have been able to be answered when I enquire about the course. I managed to figure some things out very later on.

In January I had assignments due, most of which I submitted but failed. Therefore wasn't able to write the June exam. I have now redone some of the assignments, but couldn't submit them bc I already had previous ones submitted. The due date for these have passed and I called Intec the next day after 3PM where I was advised to call between 9AM and 2PM so I did the following day. The advisor told me the systems were down and she couldn't check the details for me but that someone would call me back. Nobody called me.

I have sent multiple emails since February roughly and I have NEVER been replied to. And I have sent these from the multiple email addresses I have. I haven't received any help or a reply.

I also have received an email with the results of my online assessments completed in January, however am not able to view the email due to the file format, or something. I requested that to be looked into as well - no reply. I need these to be able to see my results.

And now I fear that I will fail because I haven't gotten the help I have literally been begging for in my emails.

I made a payment for 2 subjects in June that I planned to write, but couldn't bc I have not met the required pass mark to be able to write them. I submitted my cancelation request for those, again from multiple email addresses, never received a reply but still got my exam invitation.

My sister and I enrolled for the same course and have the same issue.

I really need to add that Im not getting what Im paying for, and if I cannot get this assistance I will fight for a full refund for what I've already paid. Because I have had nothing but a stressful experience for the entire year.

I need help urgently please.

I have sent a De-Registration and email trails forms on the 10th of May 2022 to the student portal email address, of which I had already on numerous emails did this with the consultant that was assisting me with my registration process, by the name of Shubnum Mideen, the email sent where also addressed to Tanya Haripersad and support email, and still my emails have not been returned and nor the de-registration been done, and yet I am still being debited, I will continue to reverse these. you are affecting my credit score.

The reason for was that the consult never gave me the accurate information with regards to my coarse I had applied for, I was never told I would have to but my text books and study material, until I went to their office, after waiting for these to be delivered as per our discussion, I was not even told I would have to pay an extra R2000 for the registering for my exams.

I wish I had read the hello peter comments before processing my registration with intec, and everyone is complaining with the money being reversed.

I have finalized my studies in November 2019 with INTEC, I have been sending communication to [protected]@intec.edu.za on 28/10/2019, 17/02/2020, 26/03/2020, 22/06/2020, 18/08/2020, 16/03/2021, 31/03/2021, 07/04/2021, 05/07/2021, 07/09/2021, 03/12/2021, 29/12/2021, 11/01/2022, 09/02/2022, 24/05/2022 & 22/06/2022. As you can see my dates, to date, i still have not received any response to the fact of when i will receive my Diploma even after I have send the award request form on 24/05/2022, also only after numerous as can see to the dates, complaint to the fact.

I will appreciated this been seen as unfair to me by not providing me with my Diploma.

It took about two months to receive my study material via there student portal,

I have called numerous times, i have mailed numerous time, from the beginning of this year 2022 for some student support, its almost end of July 2022, no help, nothing.

What a waist of money, time, energy,

I have studied through Intec for my Executive Personal Assistant Diploma Level 6. I have completed all my exams, and assignments, I have been emailing them nonstop for the last 2years begging for my exam results back, as well as my diploma. I dont get any answers from them. I have paid my R28+k thousand, and now just dead silence from them.

I had a call 3 weeks ago after months and months off emails, facebook messages etc, saying, they will respond the next day and escalate my complaint, but then nothing again after that. I really just want to get this whole process over and done with. I feel like they took my money and expect me just to disappear!

I have been trying to get my refund since last year March with no joy.

As a student of Intec, its been since 2020 COVID Lockdown that I am struggling to finish my Mechanical course with Intec and they are giving me 0 support and not even replying back to emails or even phone calls with the excuse the course is no longer available.

Why take my money just to tell me the course is no longer available and with that said not assisting me as a student to complete the course.

I would not recommend Intec/Damelin for any studies as they don't care they just want your money.
