Advanced diploma in dressmaking
I've applied for the advanced Diploma in dress making course through intec and upfront paid the full amount. My assignments were not returned to me and there not much correspondence from their side. My course eventually expired without being completed. I've contacted the college many times for assistance regarding the matter and nothing was done about it year after year. The course is no longer offered for me to even have a chance to complete.
Wrote June exams in 2021 and still haven't received results
In June 2021 l wrote management paper 1 exam in joburg center and l havent received any results. My student n# [protected]. l have been calling since September 2021 but still havent received anything. Kindly assist me as l am in need of this subject to register for further learning. l keep on calling exams department but no result since last year. l was a student doing motor engineering NQF level 6 in Johannesburg central but still can't get my last results of management paper 1 from the college, it will be exactly one year of no results but they have proof that l wrote and paid my exams fees, my account is upto date

Service and assistance
On 2022/03/17 I tried calling the customer service center for the 4th time. I get transferred and put in hold for over 40 minutes each time with still no answer. Where do you think my airtime goes to? I applied and paid the deposit for the course in the middle of January 2022 and only got enrolled on 27th February 2022. Till now I have not been assigned a tutor nor can can I get hold of anyone to confirm my textbooks which I can't find online at bookshops anywhere and was told that if I need these books they need the full Title name and name of publisher in order to supply the correct books. I haven't been given my assignment dates, examination dates or dates for POE. Something needs to be done to assist the students as this is unreasonable.
Desired outcome: Quicker response time and adequate assistance for students. And immediate assistance with the rectification of the above mentioned complaints

A tutor is only assigned when you apply for one, but that is not say you will get one.
I've got text books for Concepts of Management Computing and Management 1 if you are interested in buying it from me. Books can only be traced using the ISBN codes.
Assignments dates aren't given, you just got to make sure the subjects you want to write in June the assignments are done before end of May. And subjects you are writing in November are done before end October.
Apparently we will be getting exam entry forms today.
June exam dates will only be provided by end of April.

I have registered and have waited patiently to get my student number to complete my matric. I have paid the deposit and two months' installments.
I tried calling the helpline and nobody picked up. I have asked numerous times for the sales consultant to give me a number I can contact who can help me with the issue but won't help with it.

Study material did not arrive/waiting for cancellation confirmation
I registered at Intec at the begining of August 2021 and was told my books should arrive in 21 days. To this day I am still waiting. I have called and emailed, only for my emails to be responded to after a month or two and one guy told me to stop calling. I then decided to cancel my registration. I sent everything they asked for mid-January and to this day I have not received any confirmation as to whether my registration has been cancelled.

Intec not uploading my online assessments onto my student portal
I have registered for a marketing course at the beginning of 2021, and have only been able to write exams for 1 subject since my other subject's online assessments are not uploaded on the student portal for me to complete. I have called more than 10 times, I have sent out emails with screenshots since 2021 and they still fail to fix this issue, and then they have the audacity to tell me that I will have to wait for the next examination term. If I have known that this is the service I will get from Intec I would've never considered signing up for a course with them, but unfortunately, I can not rewind the time. At this point, I do not know what to do since they are not answering my emails and not returning my calls. At this moment Intec college is withholding me from completing my course.
Desired outcome: I would like to complete this course in May/June 2022 since I have paid a lot of money for this course, or for them to refund me so that I can go spend another 2 years of my life studying the same course at a different institute.

Cancelation
I canceled my studies already in May 2021 due to poor service delivery and Intec not sticking to time frames: CAS-112559-J8R0D2. I also applied for a refund. I submitted an appeal in August 2021 and never got a response. It is now February 2022 and I am still waiting for feedback.

Cancellation of course pending 2 years later
- I have had issues with getting any assistance with regards to assistance understanding the study
material. And Due to Covid, I was not able to handle the course.
- I then completed a cancellation form, I sent this out in March 2020.
- After several complaints, I received an email stating that I would need to pay a cancellation fee or I
can dispute this.
- I disputed this and still nothing has been received.
- I have since received a threatening letter from attorneys requesting, I pay. This has been going on
for over 2 years now.
Desired outcome: My cancellation to be processed so I can clear my credit.

I registered my son at INTEC College and had to battle to have his online profile sorted out. He was firstly duplicated with another student, then the wrong subjects were loaded. This took 3 months.
During the internal exams in July 2021, the formula sheet was not included and we immediately notified via mail the exam department. When the results were published we requested a remark of the one exam. Various e-mail correspondence was sent and now after 7 months still nobody has replied or redirected us.
During January 2022, I called the contact center who indicated that the issue will be escalated and the outcome provided within 48 - 72 hours. I followed up with various e-mail correspondence and have still not received any acknowledgement or response.
During the call, I also requested dates for external exams as it was due in January 2022. The agent stated that the exam dates had not yet been published.
Desired outcome: 1. Remark of the one exam.2. To be allowed to write both exams3. Dates when the exams are to be written.4. Acknowledgement that my concerns are being attended to.

I am currently having same issue, first they gave me wrobg student number, second the new student is not working on the portal its been 6 weeks fighting just over this.
Apparently IT guys should fix this mara they don't respond to emails or even acknowledge the once from the student admin.

I have paid for a reprint of my certificate, but have not received it still
I received my ECD qualification from INTEC in 2011, (ID:[protected]),: Early Childhood Development NQF 5 SAQA ID 64649, but I don't have my certificate.
I contacted the office in July of 2019 already.
A reprint request was made and paid for on 5 March 2020 11 MONTHS AGO, but I have still not received me certificate - this affects my jobhunting abilities and is a extremely big problem - Please assist urgently!?!

Since June 2020 i have been requesting a refund for monies paid. After 52 emails and multiple phone calls to date no refund has processed. They keep saying i am in the Que and it has been escalated.

Account not closed and im still being debited
Student no [protected] -I am being debited for 2 months now after having paid up my account. To date after numerous emails i have received no communication in terms of the account being closed and why im still being debited. Its totally unacceptable.
Nobody cares to ever respond to anything at the Intec College. All my interactions never get the attention. i dont recommend INTEC to any student or anyone looking at studies.

Refund
I cancelled a course in psychology through Intec about 2 years back and have been waiting for the refund since January this year - I have a letter from them acknowledging that they will pay me R6900 (after subtracting an admin fee)
I cancelled the course because it took them 6 months to register me!
All I want is for them to make the payment. It's my deposit as well as the payments they continued to take off on a debit order even after the cancellation! I had to cancel the debit order with my bank as they just kept taking money after the cancellation.

Waiting on a refund
I cancelled my daughters Project Management (INTEC Student Storm West SN [protected] CANCELLATION / DEREGISTRATION - case: CAS-77993-J3M4J3) course in August 2019. They accepted the cancellation and said they would refund me for part of the course. It is now 2 years and 3 months later and I have not received my refund. This is disgusting. I am in financial crisis and really need this money to buy groceries and pay a few bills. How do I get this sorted out. I need this money now.

Intec College is my biggest regret ever, I have been trying to cancel with them for 2 years now no success, the worst is the damage done to my credit record never have I been held hostage by an institution like this, they refuse to cancel an expired agreement. I have had no support, no responses, and no diploma, not only im i left with a broken heart, and a broken dream, but a nasty credit score, im the sole breadwinner in our house and supports a family of 8 people intec makes my life a daily struggle to survive. if they can just cancel the contract and update my record ill be very happy

The private invigilator still have not receive my exam paper that I'm supposed to write at 9 o clock. Why is this college wasting my time? I could've studied at an other college where I would've found value service for this expensive price I'm paying for studying here
This college keep on delaying my studies, I was supposed to finish my studies this year, but I still have old exam papers of previous years that I have to write, now I cannot write it in this exam time, because I cannot write more than 5 subjects.
