Bumili kami ng note 30 5 g 2 units and sabi nila di kasama ung tempered screen protector lang daw which is plastic pero sa nakita kong mga unboxing videos meron included inside the box kung wala pa ko evidence na may picture na meron pagopen nila ng box nakita kami tempered e di pa nila ibibigay ung item.. sana maaksyunan ang bagay na ito.. Aug 3 ung purchased aug 8 na before nila ipadala unv 2 tempered na di nila binigay nung pagbili namin.

SM Makati branch, this promoter is charging us at a high cost
Kenneth Almario is charging us an amount of 2000 pesos upon checking the cost is only 15500. Pls do something on this not a good promoter
He has a guy with him and we heard that its okay to charge them because they are not manila, we are from the province of bicol actually however we know what is going on.
Please do something on him, it made us feel that we are not belong to buy your phones

I am RESHMA J S. I am a student. My brother recently purchased a phone for me. He bought INFINIX NOTE 12 phone from FLIPKART on 15/11/2022.

After a week of purchase, the display had to be changed to DISPLAY COMPLAINT.

When I got the phone back after the display was changed, WIFI, INTERNET OR MOBILE DATA Services were not supported. The service center informed that the BOARD is COMPLAINT

Still haven't got the phone back from the service center.

In today's time phones are a very essential thing. I am in a lot of trouble as a student without even another android phone to use..

within weeks of purchase, the main parts like display, board become compliant. had to change.

In this situation where many of my needs are not known and various difficulties have arisen.

The quality of this phone is very poor and I have to replace it with a new phone or give compensation

Not having a phone is affecting my studies a lot.

Enclosing the invoice for the purchase of the phone.

It is humbly requested that you consider this as a request and find a way to compensate as soon as possible.

Unless there is a solution to this I will have to look into legal options. I am going to file a case against the company under consumer protection act.

Again requesting you for a very quick decision on this.

Having experienced so many problems in a short period of time, I am not Interested in continuing to use it

So I humbly request that I get compensation for this. or return the Investment...

Sir I purchased your device 5 months Ago maximum. Mobile is in warranty. But Your device LCD creating white dotes. Screen filling with White dots.

I Booked A reservation in Carlcare candidates.

But They didn't Responding me. Even I have Mobile in warranty.

On the 31st of march, we were told that the Infinix wallet are giving people free #5,000 for call card and data. I ended up doing the registration only for them to send a text message that it was a loan( a loan we were not informed about)and we must pay it. They have been sending messages and now there's a message on my phone that cannot be removed. It is on my phone for everything except calling, it's there when I'm on WhatsApp the message is there, when I'm playing a game, also there when I'm watching a movie. It's everywhere and it has refused to disappear. I heard various complains from people that also did the Infinix wallet stuff and they are also facing the same issues.

I would love it if something can be done about it soon...

6yrs ago I enjoyed my Infinix hot 4 pro basically because, it had a function which enabled me download any font style of my choice from play-store and successfully install it.
Now this function was excluded from the Infinix hot 8, hot 10 etc
Last month I bought my Infinix Zero X hoping that an 8gb ram phone should definitely have such function, which enables me download any font style of my choice from play-store and make use of it ...
I still find it very difficult to understand how an 8gb ram phone cant install fonts of your choice...
Its dramatically embarrassing
I am not here to make comparisms with other phone products, but, If Xaomi, Redmi, Samsung, google smartphones and techno perform better in this aspect, I so much expect more from my Infinix zero X

My infinix note 8i fingerprint suddenly stopped working. I had to go to the phone's settings and noticed that the fingerprint is no more included under security.
I had to reset the phone but the fingerprint is not available even after losing some data on the phone.

I just bought this phone, and i can't seem to type messages on WhatsApp or WhatsApp status or even normal SMS without it going back to the main menu.
Aside from sending messages, it also goes back if I'm using any app.
So I went to calcare in benin city and they worked on it. I've been using the phone for one week now and I noticed that the problem is coming back gradually.
And I also noticed that my alarm no longer ring when I turn off my phone.
Pls what is wrong with my newly purchased infinix hot 8..

I had bought this phone about 2 weeks before, and it is very slow regarding 6 gb ram and internet is more worst about 1 kbs or 1.5 kbs, it shows 4G sign on top bar but gives speed about some kbs, what the [censored] is this speed, downloading takes so much time, playing game is being so much disturbed by connection, I am using infinix consistently but now i am totally fed up with infinix... I have attactched a s.s along with complain so u can see the internet speed over it..

Suddenly power off my Mobile and after that hang up not working not opening charging only but not open visit your services center saddar Karachi was off service center now they said we can't claim phone in warranty I was visit your services center after 3:00 pm on Saturday.
It is not my mistake that I will late durning the warranty time I was visit but it was off . I hope you look your Carl care centers Karachi they doing Froude and offering us 10 thousand for repare the mobile. I'm a regular user of Infinix if you people not support us gives favour so we change brand because its not my mistake that I m late its a public holiday Saturday Sunday so it will not my mistake kindly give favor and make my mobile I can send my ime number and please waiting for positive response hope you consider my request and one day late warranty time considerable.

I was very eagerly intrested to use the mobile
When i bought the mobile a small screen defect found
Using for two months, it suddenly switched off and i contacted the service person
He told that it is defective product from the beginning
The actual cost of mobile i bought is 9999/-
But the repair person asked 11000 to change its motherboard
Completely fraud infinix mobiles
Such a worst brand i have seen
No proper service and response
Never I encourage anyone to buy infinix products and I wont allow to buy this infinix products

I bought my Infinix hot 5 phone last year march and few months back, the battery started given issues.. When I charge the battery to 100%, it gets drained within 20mins max, sometimes @70%, it switches off itself and when i put it on, the battery is already at 5%.
I came over to your office at Ikeja for a changed of battery and I was told the battery was not available as of the moment and was given the care line contact to call which I did.
But unfortunately, I called severally and the keep postponing me, call today, tomorrow and like that.
As I could not use the phone comfortably because of the status of the battery..I decided to swap it. After they did their check on the phone, I was told it had only batter issue and was priced for 8k when in was told that the battery is #5300 .
If a battery of a phone is 5, 300 and the same phone is priced for 8, 000.I don't understand.
I want to plead to you if by any chance you are reading this complaint to provide the accessories to bring back the phone to normal because I can't possible buy a new phone when the old one is just 1yr and 5months and still be repair.
I plead to the management to please give this complaint the deaired attention.

I purchased a phone infinix s4 memory 64 Giga Ram 6

Very sad because the phone does not work on the gam

fortnite and pubg And large-scale applications and games

This is due to the processor

The processor is weak, old, slow and very bad

You are using MediaTec processors and this company has very bad products

Phone lighting is very weak in the sun

The screen does not have a protection layer of gorilla glass

There is no notification light

There is no quick battery charging feature

There is no nfc

There is no USB Type-c

The phone is very hot when the phone is connected to the charger

The back and front camera is very bad

I have deceived the company infinix

I have deceived the company Telephone s4

Although there are phones at the same price with all the possibilities that I mentioned

I got my phone last year April and around October the home and minimize keys and the front camera stopped working then around march this year the home key and the minimize key started working again and the front camera option disappeared and the camera isn't working which is so annoying and phone system keeps switching off by itself and later hanged without any key functioning within the phone and this situation is limiting what I can do with the phone

I purchase infinix hot 6 android phone sometime in February 2019 and had two update prompt which are thought are periodical and I followed through and the two were successful but on a third update prompt when i restarted the phone as required the phone went off and has not come up till now.
This happened on Saturday 29th June, 2019
All effort to put the phone on has failed
