Infinix Customer Care — infinix note 4
I purchased this product from a retail shop in Buffalo Mall, Naivasha on 11/05/2018. Before even 2 months the phone would not charge. It was sent for repairs to Nakuru and was kept for 3 weeks or so. It then performed well for approximately 10 days and now has been sent again for the same non-charging issue.
The phone has been in for service for more days than I have actually been able to use it.
I would not recommend the purchase of an Infinix product to anyone. I really feel the phone should have and needs to be replaced.
