Indigo Credit Card / Indigo Platinum Mastercard customer representative

I recently called about my credit card & the lady named Tamica Ricketts answered the phone in a very rude manner. I simply asked how much is my credit card bill and she replied "how are you not supposed to know that". I was so shocked and didn't get the chance to answer right away but then I heard her say "your supposed to know all of that already." I told her that she has no respect and how can she talk to a customer in such way. We argued for a while and I told her that I was going to file a complaint and she hung up and said to suck my mother. That is the worst customer representative I have ever had to deal with.

Indigo Credit Card / Indigo Platinum Mastercard indigo credit card

I was approved for this card with a credit line of $300. Happy at first until i tried to make my first payment. I made my first payment from my cash app card which at the time did not know cash app wont allow automatically drafts from the account. I found out called indigo to see if i could pay the same amount from my checking account to cover what cash app would send back and to make sure I didn't get a late fee. I was also told that if the payment was returned it would be a 14 day freeze on my account. Which is crazy! I called on the 17th day because my hold was not cleared and the man touch a button and my account was back. But why did i have to call to release my account and yes it was past 14 business days. So fast forward I call today to pay off my card with my husbands debt card to a bank and they tell me i can't it has to be with the account info. I have 4 other cards and have NEVER experienced this issue of paying. Today was it. I closed this account. Horrible card.

Worst company ever tells you that you wont have a hit on your credit when you apply but that is a lie. I applied for a card august 2018 was asked to send a copy of i'd sent that never heard anything back, called was told they received my information and processing it, never heard back again, never received a card call back months later now they cant see the address on the info I sent months ago, but they never contacted me to tell me there was a problem, now telling me I would need to reapply and take another inquiry from them on my credit. This company has a history of getting info and not sending out cards dont trust this company with your credit.

Indigo Credit Card / Indigo Platinum Mastercard indigo platinum card

I received a card tried to activate it but could not use the funds because I had to pay $100 dollars to access the money. I didn't pay anything because I changed my mind about even using the card. The next month a bill came in for $170 my credit limit is $300 . I called them of course and asked why am I being charged so much money when I've never used the card . I was told that once I activated the card I was responsible for the fees . They send me Emails a week before my bill is due stating that my payment is late. Every time I pay the card down to at least $30 by the next bill it's back at $100. I've still haven't been allowed to access the money on the card which by the way is only $300. On my next payment I will pay this card off in full and close the account. I've had this account since The end of July. Every time I get close to paying it all off so I can close the account by the next billing cycle it's back at $100 or better! They've caused my credit score to drop down 78 points for a so- called late payment on a card they I've never been able to use. What a rip off! Please run as far as you can away from this card!

Indigo Credit Card / Indigo Platinum Mastercard terrible customer service, no answer at lost or stolen card phone number

Unfortunately, there is more than one problem I have had with this company. I applied on line and was approved, but didn't like the $59 fee. So I decided to cancel the card. But the card came in the mail anyway. I called their number that came with the card, and the woman said I would have to call another number. When I called that other number, it was answer with "This is _____" a woman's name, as if it was a personal call. I called again and it was indeed the right number the representative had given me. So I listened through the message of the number I was referred to, and was told to leave a message. So I did, stating that I had gotten the card and would she just please cancel it? And I would cut up my card and send it back.

But several days later I got a statement in the mail. It had already been applied that annual fee to that card, so now I was stating with a balance due. I had not destroyed the card yet, and the woman had never called me back. So I decided to just go ahead and keep the card for a while, make a few purchases, and pay it off, then cancel it. I paid first bill, 1 and 1/2 times above the minimum payment, and sort of forgot about it. Then, when I was overseas, I ran into an emergency situation where I did not have enough money to pay for a hotel room I had reserved. Then I remembered I had plenty of balance on the Indigo card. I presented that card, but the hotel clerk said it was denied! How could it be denied? I had more than enough credit to cover the room, and incidentals. I had to have a friend drive an hour and a half and pay the hotel bill for me. When I went on-line, I saw that indeed I had enough balance I could have used. but when I called customer service, I got a recording that no one was available to talk to me at this time, and to call back later. So I called the Lost or Stolen Card number, and got the same recording. I have tried calling again and again. To this day I have not been able to reach a live person--except for that first call and that live person just referred me to another number and I was never able to reach anybody again after that.

Indigo Credit Card / Indigo Platinum Mastercard credit card

I wish I'd read these reviews before they screwed me. I got one to help my credit and said I was approved but nothing ever came in the mail. One day I'm checking my credit score and they had placed a derogatory mark on my credit. I called to ask for an explanation since I didn't receive one or activate one. The response was the annual fee was due. I asked why no card or no bill. The response was that it was not thier responsibility. Apparently it was their responsibility to drop my credit score by 64 points though and they wouldn't fix it. It's been canceled and the damage done. I hope they rot.

Indigo is the worst credit card I have ever had. After 2 1/2 months and, a dozen calls and sending them my information 3 times.Oh, and did I mentioned I had a $75 bill due for a card I never received. I finally filed a complaint with the BBB.Miraculously my card finally appeared with a $75 payment due. I went ahead and made the payment. The payment posted to my account a day later. 10 days later the payment has not posted to Indigo and it showing I have $75 less available credit. I called the unhelpful customer service and was told it could take up to 10-15 to post. Which we all know is not true. Now I am wonder if it will ever post. This company operates on the fringes of the law. Their practices are unscrupulous.

Indigo Credit Card / Indigo Platinum Mastercard unauthorized credit card (indigo)

I received unauthorized credit card with statement showing amount of $75.oo. I called on 12/29/2017 to report that I had not applied for this card and it had not been activated . I was then turn over to the Fraud division [protected]) in which they said would have to investigate.

Now I get another statement with late charges and interest on late charges in the amount of $103.49 for a card that has not been activated. I was put on hold for over 20 minutes and funnily someone answered and disconnected the call. I proceeded to write all the addresses on the indigo statement complaining that I want this removed form my credit immediately. Attached are copies of statements.

Indigo Credit Card / Indigo Platinum Mastercard annual fees

I opened an Indigo Credit Card last year, and received a very small credit limit of $300.00. That was fine because I only wanted to use it for purchases at high risk places like gas stations. I don't recall this when I opened the account, but in July my annual fee was added to the monthly statement. And, to my surprise, the annual fee is equal to one-third of the total credit on the card. So with an annual fee of $99 it's absolutely not worth keeping this card. When I called to cancel they refused to waive this fee, or even pro-rate it for the 10 days it was actually on my account. I paid it off and closed the account. My word of caution is DON'T GET THIS CARD UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER CREDIT OPTIONS AVAILABLE. THE ANNUAL FEE OF 1/3 OF THE TOTAL CREDIT LIMIT IS NOT WORTH IT!

Indigo Credit Card / Indigo Platinum Mastercard They haven't provided the services, but they grabbed my money fast

I called to the company Indigo Platinum and asked for the help. I spoke with the rep, who promised to provide services with my marketing system. I gave them all my info and access to my database, but these jerks scammed me. They received payment in advance as well. After that I heard nothing from them. I’m afraid that they can use my info against me. Please, post comments about your things with them.

I referred to Indigo Platinum as they promised to fix problems with traffic on my website. I gave them all information needed and they started their work. For an extra payment they offered to make ad about website. There is no use to say that traffic is still in a bad condition and there is no any ad.

Indigo Credit Card / Indigo Platinum Mastercard TERRIBLE COMPANY

I originally had applied for the card through rewards 660 and got the card never had any problems. Now that it is Indigo card it is TERRIBLE! DO NOT GET THIS CARD! IT IS A SCAM! as soon as i paid all the upfront fees totalling nearly 300.00 i paid the card off by paying way more than the montly amount. i would pay at least $100.00 a month then as soon as the card was paid off they closed my account. I never even used the card for any charges just got it to rebuild my credit and as soon as they got all my money they closed the account. so basically they want you to pay all this money saying they will rebuild your credit then they get your money and close the account so now im out the 300.00 adn have no credit card. any ideas on what i can do to file a complaint?

Anyone who has the Indigo Card issued by MetaBank I highly recommend closing it. They went and they jacked the intrest rate up to 35.9% they do not offer credit limit increases and they continue to charge the $10/month program fee. This is outragous and a bunch of bull.

lol...you can learn to read the T&C's better, and not do stupid things to get bad credit so you can avoid getting yourself in these situations. Theres probably something there saying they can close the account any time they want.

i've lived in 5 different countries and very few of them transfer your credit rating from one to another, so you're always starting with 0 credit history. if within 4-6 months you cannot build a credit history up to the point that someone will give you a free credit card, you're not trying...i'm 23 and have credit cards in 5 countries, 3 drivers licenses and much better things to complain about. i didnt grow up rich, and im still not...i just dont blow my money on porn...lol at your other posts!

Indigo Credit Card / Indigo Platinum Mastercard not happy with card

I held a rewards 660 account never had any problems with them I was never late with any of my payments and as soon as the payments were received they were posted to my account and my credit was availible. Now that its Indigo I am having problems with them already. My payment due day for rewards 660 was for the 27th of every month scince I had not received an staement by the 19th of December because of the transition I sent my payment certified to Bank Card Services (Indigo). I call Bank Card Services on the 26th twice and ask them had they received my payment both times I was told no. So I call them the following Monday which was the 29th twice and twice I was told that they still had not received it, so I called the Post Office they informed me that it was delivered and sign for on the morning of the 26th at 9AM, they even gave me the name of the person who sign for it. I called Bank Services back they still denied receving it and told me to check back tomorrow I was very upset and told them I was going to complain to the post office. I called in the early mornig of the 30th guest what it was posted. They have already received my payment for February my credit limited is only 525, but they have it as 260. So I called about, and they said well its in the agreement that your credit line may not refelect your payment for up to 14 days, and I told them its also in the agreement that if a payment is received before 5pm Eastern Time on a normal banking it will be credited to your account. I can understand if I paid them with a check, but it was with a U.S Postal money order, so whats the problem. I use the reward 660 card to pay certain bills at the end of the month done it for two years with no problem, I could do it now but then my credit avalibility would be zero and thats what they want. In my opinion they are trouble thier reps are fast talking and rude they lie. I intend in the next few months to pay them off and end the agreement. To anyone who holds this card I suggest the same but if you are going to stay with them keep good records.

This card is terrible they don’t give their full names as well and also will not give names of people in position of authority. I hope they will be sued for a class action lawsuit one day, and put this awful company out of business

Never recieved my card but got a bill. Called the company and asked they why I was getting charged if I never recieved the card and they said it was an annuity charge. Asked again why and all they could say was sorry for the inconvenience. Didnt offer to send a new card and remove charge. Why would I pay for something I didnt recieved. Sounds like I'm giving money away

I have had an acct with Indigo for a year now and I always, ALWAYS make my payment at least a couple of weeks prior to the due date. So as I am making my last payment I notice that I have been assessed a late fee the past 6 payments I have made even though I was two weeks early with my payment. Naturally I called customer service and am told that I am not making my minimum payment, even though I ALWAYS use the "make minimum payment due" link to make payments. From what the person at CS says, is that there is a discrepancy between the minimum amount due on the website, and the minimum due on my billing statement. What a clever way to make sure they get more of you money than they deserve. Bunch of crooks

I mislaid my Indigo card, and called the company to get a replacement. The young lady who answered my call says that it will take THREE WEEKS for them to mail me another one. When I asked to speak to her supervisor, I waited on hold for nearly fifteen minutes, and never did get to talk to him.
THIS CARD SUCKS, THE COMPANY SUCKS, AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!

I have the SAME issues guys! I has a Rewards 660 card, never had a problem. But with the janky ### Indigo, it's horrible! I have issue after issue! I pay through my bank accoutn as well and as you stated, it takes them FOREVER to post it even though it has been deducted from my checking account! They are HORRIBLE! Then the rates are STUPID HIGH! I CLOSED my account and I am almost done paying them, when I am done, I WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER INDIGO CARD EVER AGAIN! THEY SUCK!

I Also have the same problem I never had that problem with the rewards 660. The rewards 660 would call with a reminder for payment if it was getting close, indigo wont even send a statement. I pay them via electronic transfer funds from my bank, it comes out instantly from my bank but takes over a week for them to honor it at indigo. And now there site is down I cant even check my balances.
