I'm not really complaining about inbox but I am frustrated because I have tried over a month to find a way to get ahold of you folks for some reason I cannot file a ticket even thou my account is still active my profile is accurate but when I try to file a support ticket it asks for my user name and password my password is correct and when I put in my correct address it says it's not correct so I asked for a new password and right after I changed it it won't recognize that either so the two issues I have are I cannot file a support ticket because it won't recognize a correct password and the underlying reason I wanted to file a support ticket is because the surveys I completed correctly I m not getting credit for and when I receive emails to open an email for 3 or, 5 cents when I do that it won't give me credit for those either I have been at $41.45 for weeks now I sent you a lengthy letter weeks ago and got no response so I sent another letter to boyh address I saw on your site and didn't receive any correspondence back can you please contact me via email to see if we can get this resolved thank you

InboxPays.com not getting payout

My name is ashanti ross. Im a single mom and have completed several surveys deals and have 90.12 in my account and can not cash out. Also alot of actions ive completed have had to come out of pocket for and it jut label them as reviewed. Ive feel scammed and taken advantaged of. Yu guy take peoples time and money and do not pay them back or respond to any kind of inquiry. Ive also contacted the support page which tell me my password is incorrect. Please point in the right direction to escalate this matter, something must be done

InboxPays.com inboxpays (I cant login to submit a ticket, and still have not received my credits)

Hello, my name is Khirey Portis, I have over a $100 that I can cash out in my balance to transfer to my paypal account but I can not access them. Because it will not let me submit a ticket, or submit one before I complete a offer. Every time I try to login, its says invalid logon and password. I can not access my funds that I need to handle my priorities and business. thanks!

So glad I came to this space. I am having the same problem where for about two weeks now I've been unable to login to submit a ticket, my account no longer updates and no one answeres the phone no matter how many times I call. I am also experiencing the same problems with another of these companies and I fear that my time is going to be wasted and neither will I be paid.

Common courtesy dictates that if something has gone wrong with the site.., it would be communicated!

My name is Lydia I'm a member I've been trying to contact you every time I try to do the ticket it always says to login with a valid email and password and that's exactly what I'm doing so I don't know why it keeps saying that message and I've been trying to cash out and request for my payment and I can't do it I would like to receive my payment that I've earned! InboxPays.com not getting my payout. plus can't login in to contact them

Everytime I try to login in to sent a request about a payment now two months over due I can't login in even when they emailed me the right password it want go through.it this company a scam.cant contact them.please help.i work hard to get paid.don't think it right to trick people who but alot time into making $30 dollars.the do get a password that want login in.if anyone get paid from this company or is it a totally scam.

InboxPays.com missing credits

I've done my part, I've answered emails, done survey's, downloaded games, as many tasks I could. Inboxpays has not kept up their in of the bargain. I've submitted several tickets and there has been no response. I don't know what happened because these services hardly ever commit. Inboxdollar.com is the only one who pays out in a timely manner. I have earned well over $50...

InboxPays.com approved surveys

I have completed a lot of surveys, they ate not being approved for payment. It's been a few weeks for most of them. I've tried to submit a ticket and it won't let me. Please contact me. Thank you. That being said, I'm Leary of doing more until the surveys I've done get approved for payment.

InboxPays.com credit for emails and not able to contact them

For the last few days, the paid emails that I open for 3 to 5 cents are not being added to my total. It remains stuck on $35.76 and when I tried to contact someone through Inboxpays customer service, it won't take my login information. It just keeps asking me to type in a valid email/login or password, of which I have done multiple times, but for some reason, it is never accepted. I cannot find a phone number or an email address to contact them. I tried sending a reply from the email I receive for the survey, but no one has contacted me. Also I know I had enough money earned to get paid and now it is telling me I don't.

InboxPays.com paid emails

For the last couple days, (10/30/2017-11/3/2017) the paid emails that I open for 3 to 5 cents are not being added to my total. It remains stuck on $32.75 and when I tried to contact someone through Inboxpays customer service, it won't take my login information. It just keeps asking me to type in a valid email/login or password, of which I have done multiple times, but for some reason, it is never accepted.

InboxPays.com I am not able to request a payment even though I have an approved balance.

I have been confirming emails and doing surveys for several months. I have a total balance of over $100 of which only $36.60 has been approved. After this long it all should be approved. And it will not allow me to request a payment of the approved $36.60 either!

InboxPays.com why don't I qualify for any surveys

I am complaining about not being qualified for any of the surveys that are being sent to me. Why send them and I am not qualified? What am I qualified for? This is becoming a hassle. Plus if I am doing this for income that means I can not afford to pay for anything like the 'rewards'. I should not have to pay for shipping or anything if it is a reward. And I should not have to sign up for anything if I don't want to just to do a survey or anything.

InboxPays.com my check

I got an email yesterday saying i had $117.50. I opened it and it said i had expired. I want my money. I sit and do these surveys for you guys and when it comes time to pay me you dont or maybe it was false advertisement just to get me to sign up for more surveys in that case ill just get a lawyer and get u for false advertisement. I want an answer today.

I ask how to get my money your operator hung up on me I contacting better business Bureau if I don't hear from yall immediately and my lawyer too I have tried for weeks on the site to contact with no one contacting me back so this is yalls fault your operator was rude uncaring and wouldn't listen this is bull crap and since my uncle runs the better business Bureau I will be contacting him and submitting a major complaint and will be telling everyone not to use the site on all my social media because this is straight up bull and I will not be treated this way

I just read over 40 emails today for .03 or .05 cents and they never got added to my account, it still is showing $48.50 and nothing added for today.

Same here. Was supposed to get paid yesterday and never went to my pp and you try to open a support ticket it just takes you back to enter your email address again and doesn't accept my account info. Will start a class action suit if I don't hear from them soon. You try calling them you siton hold for 20 mins and it says 'Sorry please try your call again later' and hangs up on you.

InboxPays.com Companies who scam at home workers or freelancers

As consultants, freelancers or contractors we are doing surveys for little to no money with companies who offer this in reports and surveys. They are hoarding and holding pay from the contractors or consultants. It is illegal. There are labor laws in place to protect those who do at home or freelance work especially if some are disabled trying to make ends meet while waiting for benefits. Some are college kids trying to make extra for books or classes.

it is wrong ..the offers or assignments are being done and they are not paying the contractor. or freelancer. in the federal government if a company held pay from a trainer or such or messed with their pay then they would be held responsible with fines up to 250, 000 and much more from atty general and that should go to the victims of scams. plus their pay.

They need to bide by the wage laws for consultants as they do hired employees. The freelancers is promised a pay when offer is done which it is leading to some using their own personal information to sign up for products and services when it is supposed to be a survey or review. to report for paid work.
this needs serious legal and penalties. They are not giving the money for the assignments in a timely manner or denying them pay cause they were trying to get the consultant or contractor or at home worker personal information. That is wrong that is right and comes accross as a scam or identity theft issues.
The responsibility of pay is to the at home worker not their personal information to get people to pay or signup for work paid.

InboxPays.com They didn't pay and it was impossible to get something from them

I registered on the website www.INBOXPAYS.COM. I hoped to earn some extra money from them, but everything turned to be scam. They provided different offers and everything seemed to be legitimate, but they didn’t pay me for this. I was really disappointed and wanted to warn other people. Don’t waste your time and the company is really bad and not recommended. Share this info.

InboxPays.com Didn't pay me

I was working at this company and accumulated around $30 during a week. According to their rules this is exact amount that can be withdrawn but once I've asked for that money to be paid into my account they didn't even respond me. I'm sending dozens of emails every day but it appears to me that nobody is reading them.

i "cashed out" $188.50 exactly 90 day's ago n still have not received my payment.. when i called customer support (2nd time) was informed that check was in mail.. when Ie called monday (yesterday) was told "my payment was signed for n delivered" BY WHO? it's just me n my handicap daughter..

NO COOL AT ALL, TOOK ME 8 MONTHS TO EARN THAT AMOUNT

i have been doing the inbox pays for several months now and finally got up to $37.55...that was about 3 weeks ago, , , since then ive recieved no credits to my account for paid emails, , , and no responses to 3 different tickets submitted to site, , , , how rotten of them
