Hello, I was a new member of imvu I bought age verification, AP, NFT, Platinum Vip from imvu. I signed up for imvu creator program and derived some products from the products listed in imvu shop. But on 26 Aug 2023 at 1:10am[ist] my account @CYRU5 was banned by imvu saying that I created a ufi product even after receiving warnings, but I never recieved any warnings from them.

This is unfair as they directly banned my account and didn't compensate me the things that I bought in imvu.

On or about, 08/03/2023 Due to the nature of this company's illegal activities I was forced to close my account after 16 years dedicated as a Master Content Creator. They IMVU.com mandate that you must pay for a VIP account which I did in the amount of $9.99 per month if I want my cash payout. Any creators wanting cash payouts for their work must pay first for a VIP account or not get paid.

Upon closing my account due to this and other major infractions i,e,spamming my email for 3 months non stop, daily, holding my payout cash payments for weeks. I filed tickets to no avail for help in many areas and they ignore them and close them.

And now they took my earned cash payout my funds I had left in my account and refused to pay me my earned money.

I want this resolved and paid the money I earned!

Good afternoon, I got banned because somebody was trying to get into my account and you guys emailed me to get my account back and getting unbanned thank you guys for protecting my account my avatar name is @Lunida and my email is [protected]@gmail.com and my password is teacup245. i love imvu it help me to communicate more and i met nice people this is a good game. My account was permanently disabled june 11, and it saddens me cause I put my all into that account, they banned me because they said I was having a conversation with a minor which is dumb, I didn’t know the person was a minor because they age was hidden so how I was supposed to know, not that but they refuse to give me my account back, they are unprofessional and they even took money off my card, they lie and say they can’t give permanently disabled accounts back but they can, cause other people got they account back, all the money I spent on that account for them to falsely accuse me is really unprofessional, I just want my account back I don’t know what to do, they aren’t any help either

June 11 , is when they banned my account saying I had a sexual conversation with a minor and I didn’t know because the person age was hidden when we met also they refuse to listen to me and are unprofessional they are lying for nothing, and I spent all my money to make that account, they wouldn’t even give me a refund for taking my money off my card , please I need help and I need my account back I would also like to sue them

You banned my account on April 1st 2023 at 12:42AM I been on imvu for 4 years and you banned me for a misunderstanding imvu said I had a inappropriate conversation with a minor I never engaged in that with a minor or meant too at all i didn’t know they were underage their old account said 18 so I assumed they were the same age, people lie about their age on here alot and no one bans them but you guys a loyal customer and I made a case about it and no one is listening to me I just want my account back this is a mistake You got the wrong idea , his old account said 18 but I texted him on my back up account on his new account and he said he is 17 which I wasn’t aware of , that would make us 2 years apart i turned 19 recently so this is a complete misunderstanding I did not know he was 17 and he is turning 18 in 2 months so that age gap is not that far so I hope to get unbanned im hoping and praying here

There is people out here posting a girls personal information and addresses and their photos but they are not banned? but I am because You got the wrong idea I hope to god your app gets shut down completely if i don’t get my account back I made help ticket and you didn’t help at all lm never playing this again you ban all your loyal customers im over it you need to start getting those who lie about ages and not blame us for talking to them

I had some accounts deleted at the game without my permission. My computer keyboard is old then some letters are erased, sometimes it's difficult to login. I made a passaword mistake with one account then imvu deleted more than one. I also use VPN to protect me then my IP change sometimes. I feel terrible about this! I just want my accounts back: mel300, chocotonegirl and lucco300. Imvu have my main email with mel300 but don't send me nothing about.

I'm complaining because it's not fair. I spend my money in the game to lose accounts for no reason? This is a moral damage.

have had my imvu account for 15 years. LasciviousMel. I have bought AP. My age has been verified. I have spent so much money on my account as you can imagine...I was chilling in my room one day and we were on the topic of age. I typed. ‘I’m 33, but mentally I’m 12" and as we all know UK has banter. I was merely joking. I have never misrepresented myself as anything other than my age. 33. My account was banned. I contacted and explained my side of the story but they refuse to give me back my account. I explained that if I typed I’m 33, but mentally 80 that wouldn’t have been an issue right? I’m absolutely furious and explained it was just a joke. I don’t see myself as a child nor act like one online. They’re refusing to listen or understand and the customer service I’ve received is appalling. The levels of stress and anxiety I am experiencing from this is ridiculous. I have witnessed through my 15 years people going out of there way to create an account to harras people yet I'm the only who's banned due to a light joke about being young at heart. Where's the empathy and loyalty that I've shown you IMVU?

On November 28, 2022, my account got temporarily suspended for traveling to another country. I did not know I had to contact support in order not to have this frustration. In the help ticket, they want the last four digits of the card in which I could not provide as I no longer have access to it. If I did, I would of said so. The ticket as been going on circles which is stressful for me, it could of been resolved by now if they listen and put themselves in my shoes.

hello This is RockinElvis. how much longer do i have to go without any profit from buyers who buy my products with promo credits. there is no fairness in your policy, credits are credits , wether they are promos or not. why does a creator have to go without profit from that this is the most riidiculous thing ive ever seen in my 14 years on imvu. a lot of people buy from my catalog with promo credits and i never see one cent , wht the hell do you want me to do with them vcoins, you would think that after 14 years you would of found a better solution :) duh...

my IMVU account was 14 years old. more than a thousand dollars invested, VIP, AP and many things, 6 months ago due to personal problems I decided to close the account for a while and I did, after that I activated it and everything was normal until on Friday October 7th they disabled my account permanently for a false accusation of having tried to sell the account. I tried to communicate with them and they claim to have evidence that I tried to sell the account, I told them to show it to me and they were unable. After trying to get my account back for over 20 minutes, I gave up. I really don't know what proof they may have that I supposedly wanted to sell the account, I didn’t wrote or put that in my account. I dont wanna think that because of some joke in some room or some message which I don't remember doing or saying they have the right to take away an account with so much money and years invested. This dating website is like A game. It at 1st was not asking for identity info to prove you an adult and then some yrs ago asked for proof to prove you an adult if wanting to get access pass. Dating webs that are open to upload photos have not asked for identity info. Sharing identity info could cause A wrong person to be guilty of harm to kids. Because the chance of being hacked.

My account got a 2 week ban for inappropriate behaviour sending gift or credits for sex even though I don't do that, I follow the community guidelines and stand by the community guidelines. I play gifting games and gift people for fun that's all. Imvu as no evidence of me asking for sex for gifts. if you can show me evidence of this behaviour that is true I'll take the 2 weeks but you don't

Hi there, I was looking at IMVU badge creation on July 20th 2022. I was on their "create a badge" page. I did go right through to the confirmation page. There are 2 options on this page. Yes and no. I clicked neither of these, I just closed that page in my browser. I realised later in the day that I had been charged 90,000 credits and had a badge tile in my account. I know for certain I didn't click "yes" on the confirmation page, I just came off the page. Considering this amount of credits would cost around $50 during one of their 40% sales, this is a fair amount of money to be losing out on. I've tried to get help from their customer service agents and got nowhere. They also told me I can call their Redwood phone number. I'm in the United Kingdom and that call would cost me around $5 a minute, so that isn't an option for me either. I know IMVU has the ability to give out badges for free (they have previously done this) but I've been told removing this badge tile and refunding my credits is not an option.

I have an account under the name of NovellaDarkReaper, and I logged on this morning to my account being temporarily banned (Last night I was on no problems). Apparently for "posting public photos that were inappropriate for the General Audience but we just discovered that you posted at least one other photo with inappropriate content" ive had my account for 5+ years now and ive never posted anything thats not already in the game also ive had those photos in my account for over 5 years. Also to mention that apparently they said ive been warned about this before but I never had and im not even sure of the photo in question as it hasnt even been told or shown. Theyve screwed us over with the VIP customer support system as I am a subscription customer and I cant even use any customer support services because I cant even log into my account and every option of support requires you to log in. I will be cancelling my subscription after the ban is removed as they havent given me the support they promised as a paying customer.

As of yesterday i have recieved multiple messages from imvu stating that half of my ga products were re rated because of trolls /haters falsely reporting my ga products in my shop when they showed no nudity or anything and now they wont fix the issue they rather say my products failed the maximum coverage policy which again there was no nudity or anything revealing on my ga products so looks like im going to have to throw a major lawsuit at imvu for not doing what is right and fix this situation when i do hit them with a lawsuit theyre gonna be hit so hard they gonna wish theyd done their jobs like they were suppose to cause im sick of their mess

Hey, I spent over 100 dollars maxed on my account (@yofavvirus3) and the very least you can do is either give my account which might I say was hacked and their is no evidence that I spammed it I was just on the account collecting spins daily there's no way someone could have possibly logged in which you promised security in your terms of service. So please take that into consideration and possibly refund me or allow me to have my account once again @yofavvirus3
