I have been smoking your imperial white tobacco since 1993,

I’ve regularly noticed a lot of stem/bark

Among the tobacco I’ve recently purchased from coles supermarket at moonee beach 2450 NSW

Imperial Tobacco Australia Clump of wet tobacco in pouch

I purchased the pouch of tobacco on Monday 3rd July 2023.

Upon opening the pouch, I felt a hard clump amongst the tobacco, and immediately removed it from the pouch.

The clump of damaged tobacco was approximately the size of an Aust 20c coin.

When broken apart, the clump felt wet and it broke off into smaller balls

The wet tobacco felt like a tacky resin-like substance and was therefore unusable.

Imperial Tobacco Australia 50g imperial white ox

Hi,

I’m a very regular buyer of 50g imperial white ox tobacco for the past 20YEARS, I’ve recently purchased two 50g pouches of imperial white ox on the 26/6/23 at 11:15am from coles shopping centre in moonee plaza (approx 12klms north of Coffs Harbour) 2450,

I have separated all of this stem/leaf from both pouches weighing 1.85g between the two pouches..(photos taken 27/6)

It’s very rarely I’ve seen this with that much stem/leaf through it in a very long time..

Could you please advise me at what I should do about this please?

Imperial Tobacco Australia Horizon blue 50g tobacco

I buy three 50g pouches of horizon blue at a time. Two out of three of the pouches have holes in the bottom corner. I have lost a big amount of tobacco from each pouch due to this. It appears the sides were not sealed correctly. I obviously lost filters also but they are not as expensive as tobacco, so im not concerned about filters. This has never happened before.

Bought a packet from my local pub at balaklava royal hotel 5472 SA on the 21st of June 2023 as we don't have any servos or shops open past 5pm first smoke out of a brand-new packet and it taste like I'm chewing on a gum tree leaf! Something terribly wrong with that batch of smokes! That cost me $66 a packet of 35s

Imperial Tobacco Australia Parker and Simpson blue 25g pouch

Purchased a pack of tobacco this morning, [protected].

The packet was sealed, yet the sealed pack itself had tobacco all through it.

Went to roll a cigarette at work the the whole pouch is dry and crumbly. Rendered it almost impossible to roll. The cigarette nearly reached the filter after 2 drags. Very harsh.

Tried to return but was unable to.

Imperial Tobacco Australia Tally-ho

I opened a 50 leaf package and the 2nd paper out of it has a giant red dot sticker on the paper! I’m sure this could cause server health issues, please look into this. The barcode on the 4x pack is [protected] and the individual 50 leaf packet it came from has the barcode [protected]. This was purchased in Ingleburn Woolworths on 9th of June 2023 AEST

Desired outcome: I would like some compensation as this is a massive error in manufacturing that could possibly have killed myself or lead to dangerous health outcomes. I have serious doubt about this company now.

Imperial Tobacco Australia Parker and simpson blue firm filter cigarettes

Hello, On the 9th of June I purchased a packet of Parker and Simpson Blue firm filter cigarettes, when I was smoking one the filter seemed to be blocked and I was unable to inhale it. I noticed something that looked like a spec of bark in the cigarette, I was only able to inhale once I removed it and left with 1/4 of a cigarette. If it was a one off I wouldn’t bother complaining, however more than half of the cigarettes have this bark mixed with the tobacco? Not happy seeing as they were $33.90 for a 20 packet. I would like a refund or replacement of the packet without the bark inside it.

Imperial Tobacco Australia Champion legendary rich red 50g pouch

On the Thursday the 25th of may
I purchased a 50g pouch of tobacco (champion legendary rich red) from the smokemart at the brickworks shopping complex in Torrensville Adelaide south Australia
Once getting home I opened it to find that the tobacco was all dry and in the old single fold packet
This size pouch is not cheap so it’s obviously frustrating when the product isn’t up to standard
We have never had this happen before but it was the first time we had purchased from this store

Imperial Tobacco Australia Parke and Simpson Gold Cigarettes firm touch filter

Today the 25th Mya 2023 I purchased a packet of cigarettes. You couldn't tell while the product was sealed but open removing the plastic the packet was unable to be opened correctly. The cigarettes filters are all not in alignment either.

I have attached photos and a video

Since the plastic has been removed im unable to have them replaced by Coles

Im unable to attach photo or video to this but have them. Apparently the files are too big lol

Bought a 25g pouch of white ox on the 21/05/2023 at 2:30am from Coles Express service station on Stewart's Rd in Currumbin Waters. I got home and went to roll a cigarette every pinch of tobacco I pulled out had a huge bit of bark rolled in a tobacco... there is so much bark in the pouch it's not just small bits they are pretty big bits of bark. It's pretty bad when I spend $70 on white ox just to get mostly bark.

Imperial Tobacco Australia Riverstone premium rum blend 15g ryo

Hello I purchased a pouch of RYO riverstone rum blend 15g tobacco from 7/11 on 32 escapade street, Tarneit 3029 VICTORIA, Australia last night and when I was took the tobacco out of the pouch to roll it there were rat droppings inside of it mixed with the tobacco.
I am appalled and shocked about this
I await your prompt response as to your company’s answer as to how such a product could be sold in your stores?

Imperial Tobacco Australia Champion rich red 25 grams

I have been smoking Champion tobacco for many years, firstly gold which became rich red.

I have enjoyed the rich red until a few months ago when I was finding bits of hard material in the tobacco along with small hard balls of something I can’t identify. I have had to pick them out and discard.

Now with my latest purchase I am finding that my rolled cigarettes are burning faster. I sometimes smoke half a cigarette, put the unsmoked in an ashtray and it goes out, stops burning, now the cigarette keeps burning and I lose half a cigarette. There is also a different taste to the tobacco. I am wondering what has been added to the tobacco th bring about this change.

I am not happy at all with the Champion rich red tobacco and would like something done about this.

Imperial Tobacco Australia JPS evolve blue (rolling tobaco)

Hi

I Normaly smoke Endless Blue (Jps Rolling Tobaco).. Never had any issues. Could not this (Endless Blue) So I purchased Jps Evolve Blue.
"1st thing I noticed it was not as heavy in the packet (Weighed 20 grams. Not 25 grams as say on packet.
2nd thing I noticed was Dampness of
Product.
3rd Thing I noticed was the smell.
Smell of mould
Because I opened and smoked some of the product I could not return to shop I purchased from Smoke Mart at Baldivas Western Australia 15/05/2023.
Please advise

Imperial Tobacco Australia White ox bark and unidentified hard crunchy bits

I've been smoking White ox for years and have noticed over the last few years that the tobacco is becoming less of a superior dark tobacco and more a budget blend of bits of bark and chop chop with a black dust residue left when it gets closer to the end of the pouch. It's obvious that there is 2x different types of tobacco in the white ox pouch as the colours of tobacco are different.. and the amount of bits of bark have gotten to an unacceptable amount for what is sold as a SUPERIOR DARK TOBACCO. once upon a time it seems as I can't find a good pouch of white ox anywhere. I thought it may have been a dodgy batch and then thought it may have been the shop who supplied the tobacco. But it's now time for me to speak up and complain instead of looking for reasonable excuses in defence of a product that once was a Superior dark tobacco that in my opinion was one of a kind product and I was happy to be paying so much extra money for the product.. You get what you pay for and was always defending the product to associates who have all been complaining about white ox price and even the increased bark bits and even the wet feel of a fresh pouch but now I can't believe how quickly the quality has deminished to resemble a cheap chop chop

Desired outcome: I want to be compensated and the production process fixed to give us all the original WHITE OX SUPERIOR

Good afternoon,

I purchased a 30 pack of jps blue on the 11th of may 2023.

I have noticed one of the cigarettes was not sealed up and is unusable.

I am not normally one to complain, but with the rising costs of cigarettes I expect, better quality than this.

I have photo evidence and also a photo of what I believe is the batch number.

I would atleast like a replacement cigarette.

Imperial Tobacco Australia Horizon Purple 50's

I purchased a packet of Horizon Purple 50s from my local Food land yesterday. The first couple of cigarettes were fine but now I have a puddle of tobacco at the bottom of the packet and each cigarette is only about 4 puffs. The tubes are half empty with the tobacco sitting at the bottom of the packet.

There has been no shaking of the packet, no activity out of my normal routine so I don't understand why this is happening. It's frustrating because these cost over $100 per packet now and I'm only getting half the value.

Hi I buy 4 packets a week of jps abundant gold 25g and there is a lot of unusable sticks in the packets and regretfully there was paper in this packet of tobacco. I would appreciate a replacement packet for this and all the packets that had unusable product. I have attached photos of the paper debris and the packet it came from so you may be able to investigate where the paper came from.
