Used Living Social to buy a voucher and ordered 2 images on glass. Product was delayed - follow-ups went unanswered by the organization. When they were finally received, one was faulty and the product was useless. Requested a refund and the organization would not stand behind their product - informed me I had to get a refund from Living Social who will not refund. Several e-mails and phone calls to Image on Glass / Horizon Worldwide. It is the single least professional organization I have ever encountered.

Wow, I experienced the exact same thing! The photo glass product I received was horrible in quality so I asked for a refund. They wanted me to take a pic of the product and email to them, which I did. Three weeks go by and no response. I had to get in touch w/ them again and this time they want me to destroy the property and take a pic as proof and email back to them. Afterwards they told me they can't even issue me a refund since it was purchased through Living Social! These guys are nuts and their customer service response time is totally unacceptable. Cindy the person I spoke with was cool but she is just following orders from mgmt. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING THROUGH THIS COMPANY!
