IHOP employee at ihop in columbia, md

Alison an employee at Ihop Columbia has a very bad temper and attitude problem. She is very rude to other employees especially while on expo every weekend providing a horrible work environment. When she's on expo all she do is yell, it is hard to come to her and ask for anything for our guest. Any modifications or mistakes she yells then tell us to tell the cooks ourself. She would let certain servers food sit for a long period of time and act like she has been calling that servers name instead of just asking for a runner which causes guest food to become cold. She gets into arguments with employees all the time no matter if they are 16 & 17 year olds or people her own age no one deserves that type of disrespect or negative work environment and management has been doing very little to handle the situation.

IHOP ridiculous service

Was told that the food but be ready in 5-10 minutes, waited a total of 45 before finally walking out because we'd heard the manager? Call someone saying that they currently hadn't no cooks but continuously insisted everyone else that their food would be ready. The elder lady working responding "don't you see all these people?" when asked how long our food would be. Absolutely terrible customer service when the greeter would pretend to be on the phone and look out the window ignoring everyone's request then staying in the kitchen.

IHOP the manager belinda webster

I wasn't employee at IHOP in Newport Kentucky I'm Pavilion Parkway for 3 or 4 days.. I was training to be a server third shift.. I worked very hard my days there I put my all into my work I was so excited about that job I could not wait to start serving I put everything I had into it I was so excited.. then she called me to the front and asked me why I was sticking my hand in my hair and said to go wash my hands.. I said I was fixing my part.. then the day before she had something to say about me about my shirt.. then the day before she had something to say about me about why didn't I watch more videos well because nobody help me that's why I didn't watch more videos then today she had something to say to me when I first when she first got there where is the girl that I'm training with she was always picking at me she would have called me from across the room just to pick at me.. she does not wear no panties to work whatsoever she wears her pants going all the way up her butt crack.. when we have the meetings she wear street clothes and the clothes that she wears is not very presentable at all! She talks about her customers and calls them names today she called a black girl ratchet because she was black. So because I spoke my mind whenever she called me to the back she had a problem with me.. so keep in mind that I worked so hard there. I did not deserve for the district manager Michael to come in the back room and tell me that I no longer had a job. Over that little thing they told me that I no longer had a job. I did not do nothing to deserve that. And they both will call their employees into the office and like they will drill them like and they are not professional they are both very rude people there they do not treat their employees right neither one of them do. I think it is very wrong the way that I lost my job for no reason just because I had a right to speak. So I am going to contact my lawyer and have something done with this because it's not fair at all the way that I just lost my job.

IHOP food

I had ordered a sandwich and I had hair on my sandwich. The cooks do not wear hairnets nor do the waiters or waitresses. The manager had a nasty attitude. My food was also cold. I am very upset about my time that I wasted here. Bad customer service as well. My guest food was nasty and cold as well. The manager has a nasty attitude because her workers does not wear hairnets

IHOP menu vs price charged

3/10/2018 visited IHOP Boynton Beach, fl around 10 am. Ordered build a breakfast. Pancakes, eggs, bacon and hash browns. Menu indicates any pancake and shows pancakes with fruit and whipped cream on top. I ordered whole grain pancakes husband ordered buttermilk pancakes. Was charged $1.29 for each order of pancakes. When questioned was told did not include fruit. Menu shows fruit and does not say extra for fruit. The was told charged extra for whole grain pancakes. Menu indicates choice of pancakes and show no extra charge. Yet not charged for whole grain only charged for fruit. In the past month visited IHOP in Lake Worth on Lake Worth Road ordered same exact breakfast and never charged extra.

I feel cheated to be charged extra for anything if not on menu and she never told me there would be an extra charged. Other restaurant charged extra.

Either change your menu to indicate fruit shown on pancake is extra and there is an extra charge for whole grain.

Manager stated picture on menu with fruit cheese cake pancakes which is ridiculous.

I feel cheated and wonder how many other customers are being cheated. This problem needs to be corrected.

I expect you to do something about this problem I had today. I am not a tourist and live in Florida year round.

I expect a total refund.

IHOP cross contamination of food

I took my mother to IHop in crestwood il and she ordered sirlon tip and eggs and hashbrown upon food being placed on the table and my mother began eating she noticed unidentified meat fried upon picking it out i stacey brown her daughter tasted the meat and it was indeed bacon and i called the server and she said it was beef bacon i made her aware that i taste the meat in question and it is pork bacon and my mother is allergic and hasnt eaten bacon in close to 30 years, the waitress took the plate to the manager and then the waitress came back and sent the supervisor to tge table where zhe zaid zhe zpoke with the cook and be said it was shredded beef im in disbelief because the meat hasnt been tasted and i tasted it and now the supervisor sayin she will dis count my meal im not satisfied with that and they are just unconcerned i would like for to be properly satified i paid my bill and i am not satisfied with the food or service. IHOP I am complaining about my check

I was a worker there and I've been having a lot of problems getting the money ihop owed me, ihop in Avon Indiana. I've waited a whole month to get my check and now that I got paid they only paid me half of what I made. My honest opinion they should do better and also have better there. That ihop is very unprofessional, mangers cursing, employees being rude and not doing there jobs.

IHOP the manager and staff

I went into Ihop here in Delray Beach Florida to apply for the overnight serving position after I was done filling it out the manager told me he couldn't hire me because one of his servers told him I walked out on a omelette check before which I didn't do and I wouldn't ever do . I feel like this is very unfair and discrimination to me to be pointed out like that Something must be done it's called being treated very unfairly to be accused of something I never did

IHOP complaining about your history of ihop.

I have been trying to get help for over 2 hours to get I hope the right departmemt. I would like to correct the history about ihop, back in 1957 yuma, arizona and the reason I say 1957 yuma, arizona is because my patients move to yuma in 1957 the first time and I rememberber I saw the house of pancake for the first time. I know you all say different, but in 1995 or 96 when ihop opened thw fi. Rst one in tucson, arizona my wife went to work for that ihop, and in your training book and it did say what I have just said about the first ihop. Your training person ron randall and I got into it over that, I asked him if he was calling me a lier, I told him to look at your own traning book, but he said it did not say that. I will be nice I told him he's a dog gone lier. Later on I got to look at a nather training book a year later and guess what that information about ihop in 1957 and yuma was no longer in that training book. So happened, I don't. Know but I thought something strange. I will be willing to sign anything that i'm telling the truth about what I just said and I can show any one where the first international house if pancake was. I don't claim to be a know it all, but I do know what i'm saying is true.

IHOP managing

Hi, I just wanted to complain I know someone who works at the IHOP on McCarran Blvd in Reno Nevada. The manager is horrible to all employees he forces the serves there to stop serving for a week to fix his drinks for HIS tables. He is always talking on his phone and takes 20 minutes after someone else has taken his drink orders to go over and take care of his customer's. I do not think he is a suitable trainer or manager and something should be done about this asap.

IHOP greasy plates & food

My family ate dinner at I Hop Warrensburg, MO on 3/2/18. My boyfriend & I ordered the: Sr. Rise N Shine Breakfast. When we got our plates they were greasy as well; as all the food on Them! it made our stomachs upset! our 2 Sr. Rise N Shine were: $6.79 each. Store #3529 729 N Charles St. Warrensburg, MO would also, like a Refund of: $13.58( $6.79 EACH)

IHOP general manager

I work for ihop 1460 in midland Texas. The General Manager over works her employees and under pays them she has done nothing but run her mouth and talk bad about employees to other employees. She should not a Manager or even with the company any longer. She shows up 30 minutes to a hour late and leaves when ever she wants. She makes everyone else do her job for her and she takes all the credit. All she cares about is her bonus and that is it. Mean while the assistant manager works so hard she cooks, severs, washes dishes and run the store. As for the general manager she should be removed from the company for good. Her turn over rate is so high I do not see how she has a job or can even line up people for interviews. the people there work so hard and for what just to get treated like crap. She starts her cooks at 9.50 or 10.50 an hour. When every other food service company out here starts at 14 an hour and up.

IHOP service

I visited the IHOP in Lake Jackson. It was the worst thing I have ever encountered in a restaurant! I was left speechless. To start off, once we were seated by the Manager, she said the waiter would come shortly. But, 10-15 minutes pass by and no one had taken our drinks until the manager came back and she took the order. We received our drinks then we had to wait around 20-30min or more to even place our food order. after that time the server came! Asked us for our order and that's it. He never even mentioned his name. We then waited maybe 45 min or more to completely receive our order. When we recieved our food 2 of them were wrong. Then our food was supposed to come with ranch and marinara sauce but it didn't. One order took so long to come out that most of the table had finished their food! We were never offered a single refill.we had to ask the manager and other servers for things we needed! Out of a table of 7 we only received about 2 refills at that and because we had to ask! We were never asked how we were doing. The waiter simply never really came back unless we tried and tried to get his attention. When we asked another server for assistance he said no because he was about to leave. The manager at one point was so unprofessional talking about the waiter in front of him. I mean she was apologetic but that's unprofessional. She only took 2 drinks of the tabs.
Many other tables walked out! People who hadnt been helped walked out... Should I keep going? It's just unacceptable. Please get back to me over this matter!

IHOP server

The worst ihop service ive ever had. My waiter didnt come for 15 min. And when a server did come it was from a different section, he noticed we were just sitting looking PISSED off and came over to see if we were ok. Then remained our server for the remainder of the time. This location i will never visit again. The worst service. The worst service. The worst service. The worst service.

IHOP management

The owners of this I-Hop are total Fn [censor]. I am a current employee at the Athens Al store. A crew chief (Lindsay)was recently supposed to be terminated but instead was demoted to serverfor stealing. Of course the manager (Lesa Greene) never said anything to Lindsay about stealing. Today this thief was caught stealing tips from other servers, and again the manager (Lesa Greene) acts dumb, deaf, and blind. Maybe shes not acting. This store has the most incompetent manager I have ever worked under. When somebody quits or gets fired Lesa puts off giving that employee their last check. Most of the time she puts them in her car (privacy information law violation )and claims she forgot about them. We currently have a cook that left three weeks ago and still hasn't received his last check. This store is owned and managed by a bunch of damn [censor]. Good employees leave and the crooks get to stay. Way to go I-Hop, no wonder your ratings for this location are terrible.

IHOP I am complaining about the food I received at ihop through uber eats

I ordered a big steak omlette with no tomatoes and no green peppers and when i received my order it had both tomatoes and peppers after i put not to have none of those then after contacting the manger at ihop she said that the receipt said that it didn't say that when my receipt said no tomatoes and no green peppers but the manager said she couldn't anything about it that it was all to uber bit why is it that it that on the app you have a side note and why does my receipt say no tomatoes and no green peppers

IHOP service, food and prices

We went to ihop after my prenatal appointment. I ordered the chicken and hash thinking it was a lot of food and I was starving. When they brought the food it was maybe enough to feed a little kid. The waitress asked me how everything was. I told her you might mention to people that this a very small portion. She said oh let me get the manager. The manager came and asked. I told her it's just a very small portion for $12 when my husband got the all you can eat pancakes for $9 something and his first plate alone was way more food then mine. She said oh well that's what you got. I said ok so you don't care about customer feedback she basically said no, nothing I can do. Enjoy your lunch. I told her we'd never be back. She said ok. The waitress was surprised she was so rude and unhelpful. We will never be back, your prices are horrible, portions tiny and service awful

IHOP unprofessional - greenbelt rd., greenbelt, md

March 2, 2018 - I placed a call to order breakfast for pick-up. The initial call was answered and the employee was rude, call was put on hold and person didn't return to phone - was on hold for 5 minutes. I called back (5) times and no one answered the phone! The call went to a recording to leave a message.

I placed the order on-line and when I arrived to pick up, no one was at the front and the phone was ringing, ringing, ringing! My order wasn't ready so I had to wait longer.

IHOP service received by employee

I am looking on the internet for a place to work and I see a connection of one of IHOPS employees on Facebook. I clicked on the gentleman profile "Walter Harper III" and was quickly afraid and disgusted that IHOP would hire someone one who was flashing gang signs and flashing his gun around telling people that he would shoot whoever. I know for a fact that he is a current employee with IHOP and feel the for everyones safety that he be terminated. In America Gun and Gang Violence are a heavy issue and needs to be limited. Please look into this young mans location in Lubbock Texas and help provide safety.

IHOP customer service, food order wrong, combative employee and refused to allow me to talk to any manager.

On 2/28/2018, I decided to go to I-HOP to eat and after careful review of the menu and my appetite, I decided to order a kids meal which filled me up, but gave me diarrhea, within a 30 min time frame. I told the lady who did nothave a name tag on I wanted the kids happy birthday meal with the sprinkles on the side and no cake batter on the pancakes, along with another bacon slice instead of the soakage. I will let this complaint board be fully aware that if I do not receive my order as I explain without confusion, as I feel that the waitress was a little [censored]y too, I will walk out and not pay for bad service, poor attention span with the intent to not write down my order and then repeat it back to me as conformation. Thus will be an ongoing occurrence as I-HOP is overall a decent place to eat, but still advertising about free Pancake Day after the day it expires draws a red flag of deceptive business practices with the intent to deceive and for that I certainly will go back, but have a manager take my order and provide me my order as a smart manager should and also speak with the customer instead of allowing a waitress who just made .27 cents off my whole visit, I wonder if she cared? I strive to be a positive person, but a negative and a positive equals a negative outcome such as this complaint.
