IHOP 1 coffee french vanilla

We ordered breakfast from this ihop location... Convenient to our job location on rt 22... Got delivery.. Everything showed up.. I got the coffee and it to me appeared to have cooking grease in it. I've taken pictures. Sent them in this complaint. I only noticed it because when I started drinking it, it didn't taste right. So I was gonna stir it up with straws you gave us and thats when I saw what looked like grease oil... Whatever it was separating from the coffee.. Totally didn't look right. And when you took tne straw out of the cup every thing solidified like it was lard... It was gross. We called ihop back explained to the girl on the phone she said thats the french vanilla they use... Pfff... She said they could send over another coffee... After I said okay well nothing in it this time... Just blk... And through out the rest of my 10 hr work day... Nobody ever came back. Needless to say its coffee.. I get it, but the whole thing is completely [censor] up... And now i'm pissed I just got pushed off.

IHOP service

Ok so we came to Ihop #3461. We signed up at the front counter because there was quite a wait. I made it clear to the the lady at the front counter who's name was odalys, that we would be coming in with 5 people and 2 babies. When they call out our name to be seated they act all amazed that we have two babies and the seating that they assigned to us was not meeting up to their expectations. I asked if we were fine where they had placed us and she made it clear that it would be kind of hard to help us or provide the best customer service with the babies in the way. To be honest she was and awesome attendant. But to be quite frank the lady in the front kept giving me dirty looks, looks of disgust. I asked our attendant if we should move but she said we would be alright . Still Odalys and her pose kept starring us down. To be honest I had to step out for a while I even switched seats with my wife so I wouldnt't feel so uncomfortable. The food was good, the server was awesome, but your attendant Odalys needs an attitude adjustment or maybe she was having a bad day at work.

IHOP general manager

The manager was extremely rude and flat out lied about menu changes that were not true because she was lazy and tried to cover her own butt when confronted about the lie. I caught her in a total of 3 lies. Extremely unprofessional and tried to blame the server who had nothing to say except apologize for the lack of respect and customer service from gm.

IHOP food and service

The food was not good had to send back serveral times. Finally cancelled my order. I was with 3 children and one other adult. The other adult, my daughter, couldn't eat either the potatoes or the salad. The server was training and trying but her trainer was scattered. I needed something about my order and could not find the first person to ask. I finally got up and walk thru the restaurant and when got almost to other side a young woman whom I think was manager finally came up and asked what I needed. My Order totalled $45.57 after they deducted my meal off. Most of the adult food was not eaten due to bad taste and temperature. The service was deplorable. I am not happy and will make sure not to eat at another ihop. I will also let everyone I can know about this experience

IHOP customer service

Came in to eat at this location store #4454 and the wait was fine. We get to our table the server came over didn't state her name and had a terrible attitude! So I asked her "what's your name"? She then stated Sheba. So my boyfriend told her his drink order and she just walked off. So I walked to the front and asked Christina can I speak to a manager and she went and told Freja and Freja looked at me and never came over. I waited to see if she would come and she never did. I have been here a couple of times and never had an issue until today. They are very unprofessional and have no sense of urgency to tend to their customers. I have worked in the Service industry for almost 10 years and counting and that was down right unacceptable. But if it's worth anything Christina was great and I appreciated her for taking the initiative to help us out and accommodate us the remainder of our time there.

IHOP after the maine incident, will never go into ihop again

I read the article in the news about the African-Americans who were asked to prepay for their meal due to their being"high risk".
Please be assured I will never give my business to any IHop restaurant in future and will discourage friends and colleagues to do the same.

This is the 21st century and such racist attitudes belong in the history dustbin.
If this is your way of doing business, then I want nothing to do with IHop.

IHOP there are no vegan entree menu options

please provide vegan menu options for entrees, dinner salads, deserts on your menu. you have only a very small portion side salad and fruit bowl and your oatmeal is served with cows milk. Please provide plant based milk options. Develop vegan pancake and waffle recipes to offer vegan customers. You do not have to have egg and animal milk to make very tasty pancakes and waffles.

IHOP management at ihop store#: 3119

I'd like to know when and how ISIS became the management of Store 3119. It's disturbing to find out the mark on the manager's forehead is caused from praying to alah so long it looks like he bumped his head! I truly worry when the waitress is wearing a hijab. Will one of them come running out of the kitchen with an AK-47 to kill as many infidels as possible? Make no mistake, there is no such thing as a safe Muslim, unless he's dead at your feet! This is AMERICA and none of us need to be afraid of entering a restaurant filled and run by moslims! I'm not going back to Store 3119 where moslims are running rampant! I can only hope the IHOP on Veterans Blvd is run by and American citizen!

IHOP added on tip

We went to Tampa Ihop off of Spruce street, the place was packed but finally got a seat everything seem to go okay until we got our credit card statement, it appeared more was added to our check. We left a tip but they added more. It was only a few dollars but it is the principal that someone has the balls to do that. Contacted the store and the manage took down all my info and was going to call me the next day, of course he did not I had to call back and speak to his manage whom said they were going to note it in her file for the next time (what?) If there is a next time and was going to mail me the difference. Again I stated it is not the few dollars it is the fact someone took it upon themselves to do that to our bill. Well that has been well over a month ago never have heard or received anything from that manage makes you wonder if they don't have something going on in that store.

IHOP customer service

I was in limon colorado - and was treated horrible! He refused service after we told him we'd been waiting awhile politely which is normal at businesses when you're waiting with a crying infant and then you're told he isn't going to serve you! Then rufuses to give you the managers phone number. Uhm no. Like I said I have pictures call me [protected]!

IHOP service and food

I contacted my local IHOP in Columbia SC after visiting our Assembly Street location about a horrible experience my children (ages 6, 4, 3, and twin 2 yr old), sister in law, my brother and I got sick after eating at the restaurant. I have a picture of how the syrup dispenser was caked up with syrup. I spoke with the manager via cell phone and email and he told me someone would get back to me and I have yet to hear anything from anyone. The incident occurred in December and this is now March. This is my children's favorite restaurant but I refuse to ever eat there again and I will be telling my family and friends.

IHOP employee at ihop in columbia, md

Alison an employee at Ihop Columbia has a very bad temper and attitude problem. She is very rude to other employees especially while on expo every weekend providing a horrible work environment. When she's on expo all she do is yell, it is hard to come to her and ask for anything for our guest. Any modifications or mistakes she yells then tell us to tell the cooks ourself. She would let certain servers food sit for a long period of time and act like she has been calling that servers name instead of just asking for a runner which causes guest food to become cold. She gets into arguments with employees all the time no matter if they are 16 & 17 year olds or people her own age no one deserves that type of disrespect or negative work environment and management has been doing very little to handle the situation.

IHOP ridiculous service

Was told that the food but be ready in 5-10 minutes, waited a total of 45 before finally walking out because we'd heard the manager? Call someone saying that they currently hadn't no cooks but continuously insisted everyone else that their food would be ready. The elder lady working responding "don't you see all these people?" when asked how long our food would be. Absolutely terrible customer service when the greeter would pretend to be on the phone and look out the window ignoring everyone's request then staying in the kitchen.

IHOP the manager belinda webster

I wasn't employee at IHOP in Newport Kentucky I'm Pavilion Parkway for 3 or 4 days.. I was training to be a server third shift.. I worked very hard my days there I put my all into my work I was so excited about that job I could not wait to start serving I put everything I had into it I was so excited.. then she called me to the front and asked me why I was sticking my hand in my hair and said to go wash my hands.. I said I was fixing my part.. then the day before she had something to say about me about my shirt.. then the day before she had something to say about me about why didn't I watch more videos well because nobody help me that's why I didn't watch more videos then today she had something to say to me when I first when she first got there where is the girl that I'm training with she was always picking at me she would have called me from across the room just to pick at me.. she does not wear no panties to work whatsoever she wears her pants going all the way up her butt crack.. when we have the meetings she wear street clothes and the clothes that she wears is not very presentable at all! She talks about her customers and calls them names today she called a black girl ratchet because she was black. So because I spoke my mind whenever she called me to the back she had a problem with me.. so keep in mind that I worked so hard there. I did not deserve for the district manager Michael to come in the back room and tell me that I no longer had a job. Over that little thing they told me that I no longer had a job. I did not do nothing to deserve that. And they both will call their employees into the office and like they will drill them like and they are not professional they are both very rude people there they do not treat their employees right neither one of them do. I think it is very wrong the way that I lost my job for no reason just because I had a right to speak. So I am going to contact my lawyer and have something done with this because it's not fair at all the way that I just lost my job.

IHOP food

I had ordered a sandwich and I had hair on my sandwich. The cooks do not wear hairnets nor do the waiters or waitresses. The manager had a nasty attitude. My food was also cold. I am very upset about my time that I wasted here. Bad customer service as well. My guest food was nasty and cold as well. The manager has a nasty attitude because her workers does not wear hairnets

IHOP menu vs price charged

3/10/2018 visited IHOP Boynton Beach, fl around 10 am. Ordered build a breakfast. Pancakes, eggs, bacon and hash browns. Menu indicates any pancake and shows pancakes with fruit and whipped cream on top. I ordered whole grain pancakes husband ordered buttermilk pancakes. Was charged $1.29 for each order of pancakes. When questioned was told did not include fruit. Menu shows fruit and does not say extra for fruit. The was told charged extra for whole grain pancakes. Menu indicates choice of pancakes and show no extra charge. Yet not charged for whole grain only charged for fruit. In the past month visited IHOP in Lake Worth on Lake Worth Road ordered same exact breakfast and never charged extra.

I feel cheated to be charged extra for anything if not on menu and she never told me there would be an extra charged. Other restaurant charged extra.

Either change your menu to indicate fruit shown on pancake is extra and there is an extra charge for whole grain.

Manager stated picture on menu with fruit cheese cake pancakes which is ridiculous.

I feel cheated and wonder how many other customers are being cheated. This problem needs to be corrected.

I expect you to do something about this problem I had today. I am not a tourist and live in Florida year round.

I expect a total refund.

IHOP cross contamination of food

I took my mother to IHop in crestwood il and she ordered sirlon tip and eggs and hashbrown upon food being placed on the table and my mother began eating she noticed unidentified meat fried upon picking it out i stacey brown her daughter tasted the meat and it was indeed bacon and i called the server and she said it was beef bacon i made her aware that i taste the meat in question and it is pork bacon and my mother is allergic and hasnt eaten bacon in close to 30 years, the waitress took the plate to the manager and then the waitress came back and sent the supervisor to tge table where zhe zaid zhe zpoke with the cook and be said it was shredded beef im in disbelief because the meat hasnt been tasted and i tasted it and now the supervisor sayin she will dis count my meal im not satisfied with that and they are just unconcerned i would like for to be properly satified i paid my bill and i am not satisfied with the food or service. IHOP I am complaining about my check

I was a worker there and I've been having a lot of problems getting the money ihop owed me, ihop in Avon Indiana. I've waited a whole month to get my check and now that I got paid they only paid me half of what I made. My honest opinion they should do better and also have better there. That ihop is very unprofessional, mangers cursing, employees being rude and not doing there jobs.

I went into Ihop here in Delray Beach Florida to apply for the overnight serving position after I was done filling it out the manager told me he couldn't hire me because one of his servers told him I walked out on a omelette check before which I didn't do and I wouldn't ever do . I feel like this is very unfair and discrimination to me to be pointed out like that Something must be done it's called being treated very unfairly to be accused of something I never did

IHOP complaining about your history of ihop.

I have been trying to get help for over 2 hours to get I hope the right departmemt. I would like to correct the history about ihop, back in 1957 yuma, arizona and the reason I say 1957 yuma, arizona is because my patients move to yuma in 1957 the first time and I rememberber I saw the house of pancake for the first time. I know you all say different, but in 1995 or 96 when ihop opened thw fi. Rst one in tucson, arizona my wife went to work for that ihop, and in your training book and it did say what I have just said about the first ihop. Your training person ron randall and I got into it over that, I asked him if he was calling me a lier, I told him to look at your own traning book, but he said it did not say that. I will be nice I told him he's a dog gone lier. Later on I got to look at a nather training book a year later and guess what that information about ihop in 1957 and yuma was no longer in that training book. So happened, I don't. Know but I thought something strange. I will be willing to sign anything that i'm telling the truth about what I just said and I can show any one where the first international house if pancake was. I don't claim to be a know it all, but I do know what i'm saying is true.
