idgenie.tk is a SCAMMER he RIPPED ME OFF
I sent over $250 to this site thinking I would actually receive my order. But instead I have waited over a month and I still have not received anything. After I paid them they stopped replying back to my emails.
idgenie is a complete scam. They were real fast to respond to my questions up until I paid them, then they do not reply at all to any emails you send. I want a refund from these scammers.
I worked hard for that money, I still have all the emails saved of their empty promises.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Hey guys, I ordered my ID from VIPeyeDEES@yahoo.com about a month ago. I was referred to them by someone from my school. After emailing them back and forth i finally decided to order from them. It took about three weeks to get my ID but I finally got it. I got their NJ ID, and so far it's worked at bars and clubs. So their IDs are definitely legit and haven't had any problems with it yet. They have a referral program were if you refer 5 people you get a free ID of your choice. So if you guys decide to order one from them, let them know JakeSDSU referred you to them. me and two of my friends just got our IDs from this guy Mike. I got jipped by idchief and idgenie as well so I found this guy thru another referral. Email him, his email is MHamiltonID99@yahoo.com. He only does certain states I think. Put in the subject box: Novelty ID or else he won't reply back. Hope this helps some of you.
Ordered from idgenie.tk in mid January. He said that my ID's would be shipped the Friday before Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Still have yet to receive the ID's after having confirmed my address and green dot code with him. IDGENIE.TK is a scam, I repeat a SCAM. Although he sent me video of the ID's he failed to actually send them to me. I would be so happy if I hadn't paid 400 to cover my friend's ID's and ended up not having a product to give to them. All I ask for is at least a response to the 10+ emails I have sent since the 7-10 shipping days expired!

ID Genie is definitely not a scam site. Maybe you ordered from one of the scam sites that have been pretending to be them, but I am a proven happy customer of this site. I received confirmation emails the entire way and, as promised, the picture, video proof and ID all without hesitation. These guys are definitely legit, and it is sad to see other people making fake accounts to make them look bad. I am proof that ID Genie dot TK is a legitimate business and works on all orders no matter how big or small with great care, as a business should.

His complaint is valid? All that's required to post here is an internet connection. ID Genie has a website, a facebook page, a phone number, and an actual reputation. There are plenty of questionable things for sale on the internet. But that's subjective, isn't it.
They should at least be given the right to defend themselves from fake posters and fake complaints, especially when they do provide a legitimate service.

I sent money to idgenie.tk and once I did they never sent my license. I demanded for a refund and they never answer me.
To be clear, idgenie.TK scammed me.
idgenie runs multiple websites, so when he scams people he just blames the other website. What a perfect scam.
And fake ID's are legal? You fell for an internet scam. I admit, your complaint is valid. But it isn't a legitimate company and you really should have known better. You're not going to see the money again. The email addresses will likely be dummy addresses that can't be traced to any particular individual, too.
