In December, I was contemplating on seeking dermal fillers. I am a full time student, so finances can be an issue for me. I found Ideal Image online and had a 'free consultation' with a woman named Nicole Hilpipre. She was not from my area, which was a red flag, however, I wanted to discuss potentially making an appointment and seeing if I would benefit from these injections. Nicole claimed to be a nurse, however, she acted like a salesman, saying that it's very normal for young women to want these procedures and I would look beautiful if I did so. I asked her if I could make an appointment to meet an anesthitician, and she said that I would have to sign a contract to open a loan with Ally Lending before I do so. I felt extremely pressured. I asked her continuously if I were being locked down into the service, and if I were to cancel, would I still be responsible for paying and would I be able to void the loan. She promsied me that I could cancel the appointment, and I would not be charged anything unless I received a service, as this was just a process to make sure I canceled with adequate time since 'the costs of cancellations can be expensive.' She reassured me that lif I cancelled ahead of time I wouldn't be charged. I made the appointment, but after much research, I decided against it and cancelled two days later.

Now it's January, and I've received several threatening phone calls from a man named Greig from corporate, stating that I have no right to file a claim towards them through Ally to relieve me of my loan responsibilities since I called to cancel (they still charged me). Ideal Image said they would file a claim but I didn't believe them so I did it myself, and it turned out I was right. I got a call yesterday from Greig, accusing me of singing my life away and agreeing to pay for the service even though I decided against it. I am so scared because I"m a young girl who does not have that kind of money to throw around. I don't want my entire life to be destroyed because I just wanted to make an appointment and consider the pros and cons. I need help. I never got any services, let alone, been to the actual location, and I don't want to pay 1,000$ for a service I did not receive.

I booked an appointment with Ideal Image for Ultherapy.

I went to my first appointment (the pain, swelling, and bruising were undersold. Also it felt like getting a tattoo, not just 'hot' as I was lead to believe.) This was on December 27th

I went to the second appointment and the machine broke. On December 28th.

I was booked another appointment and was told how important it was to keep the appointment because if I didn't complete it, I'd have to start the treatment over again. (Which meant pay for another treatment, when their machine broke.) This appointment was supposed to be on January 9th.

My appointment was cancelled by them because I couldn't contact them. I contacted them on Friday, 1/7 (1:15 PM) and my appointment was for Sunday, 1/9 at 11:30. I spoke with someone in their national scheduling office who said (without checking) sorry that appointment is gone. When I tried to contact the location previously, I had to leave a voice mail and no one got back to me. I had questions about their bad weather policy. (MA in January... so I wanted to know what they did)

I stated I wanted a full refund and they said because I signed a contract, I could not get a refund... although they did not fulfill their end of the contract.

I got in touch (or left messagess) with every contact I had and could find online. I have not heard back.

I have reported them to the BBB, Trust Pilot, and the MA Attorney General.

I am in the process of contacting a local TV station.

I have noticed several people have wanted to start a class action. Can anyone tell me if there is one, I'd love to participate.

Ideal Image company setup consultation with Natasha Meira on November 17th 2021. During consultation she was encouraging her pay money and I paid her money in advance but the same day I did not like her offer so I said no and asked for my money back then she said sure no problem. Since then I never heard her back and never picked my calls. I always talked with customer service reps and they were delivering my messages to her but no response nor my claim was processed. I sent her email twice but did not respond to me and I have all the evidence that I tried to reach her.

Starting January I realized that she is not interested in refunding me so I keep calling to all reps and asking to expedite my case and help me get my money back. All reps responded to me that she needs to process your claim and should reach out to me and deliver my message to her and she kept responding to them " yes I will do it' but never did.

Consultant name is Natasha Meira.

I am having that much hard time for no reason just for a small refund process. This type of behavior hurts anyone's feelings and not working with that company.

I am requesting for refund can someone help me on this issue.

Don't let them pressure you into anything. The staff at ideal image are great but corporate is terrible they don't care at all. They bait you into signing then you're trapped! They are rude and pushy! I called to request one service that wasn't resolve the issue i was haveing to give me the results I was asking for and got baited into an additional service. Had I been told up front that the service wouldn't fix the area of concern I wouldn't be dealing with this and they wouldn't have had the opportunity to reel me in. They will call you to say there isn't anything they can to or only handle part of the issue. They will call you, email you, respond to your review with no resolve.I hate to say this but they are scammers! To the people that have great experiences I honestly happy for you and I wish that was the case for me. Don't let the smiles and the zoom consultation (which i should have walked away then because how can you fully tell me what i need from a phone call that used with my phone) pull you into something you'll never be able to get out of. I'm stressed out and frustrated with this company and I will never have anything to do with them.

Don't sign a release agreement unless it's in full because they will use it against you regardless if they pressed you to do while they talk to you with frustration and pressure.

I purchased ultherapy in early 2021 in hopes to that my face will look better for my upcoming wedding. I completed one session decided to cancel the rest and wait, six months forward I am actually looking older around my neck. I have not completed all my sessions but this is a waste of money. This product simply does not work. I inquired about getting a refund for the unused portion but I was denied this, This is a ripoff. The product does not work and I should be able to get a refund for the unused portion.

I don't imagine I am the only one that has had a terrible experience from ideal image. I started laser hair removal treatment sometime in 2018 for my underarm and bikini area and from time to time Ild need to reschedule my appointment due to work schedule conflict. Each treatment is already about a few months apart but when rescheduling it will add at least one additional month. Somehow it's 2020 and I am still in treatment, I had my first appointment of the year after which COVID happened and their offices were closed. I received only one mass email about this, mind you they never pick up their calls. I called over and over, nobody will answer especially when things opened back up. Eventually, I was able to make an appointment, this was already 2021. I had my treatment and left, scheduled the next one. On the day of my appointment, I get a voicemail or an email saying my technician got COVID so my appointment was canceled, I'm thinking well thank you for the heads up and let's reschedule. After weeks of calling to reschedule and no response, I finally get an appointment. Please tell me why on the day of my appointment I see that they cancelled it. I called and as usual nobody picked. Eventually someone called me back explaining that my appointment was canceled before my treatment has expired. Expired how, I still have about 3-5 treatments left in each area plus its lifetime guarantee if hair grows back. I explain to this lady my entire epistle and she's telling me there's nothing she can do for me. I paid in full for this service what do you mean? She then says she will escalate it and they will call me. It's almost 2 months and not one call or resolution. If you wouldn't complete my treatment then refund me for treatments that weren't done. I don't know how this business continues to do this to people. It's unbelievable. If there is any class action suit been filed and you know about it, please add me to it. I will be more than happy to tell my story!

I wanted face, underarms, bikini, full legs. The consultant wrote up a contract and I paid in full. At my first appointment I was told the bikini was not included in my package. Told me they would have consultant Rach out and it would be fixed. No one ever contacted me. Two months later, I'm being told I have to choose between my face and the bikini. This is unacceptable.

I spoke with a heather cox about coolsculpting. She stated she could get me approved for a loan. She stated I need to sign a contract which states my loan would be for 6 sessions of coolsculpting. I decided not to get the procedure. A month later, I received texts and emails stating I owe 3k for the coolsculpting. Keep in mind, I never went through with it. People get approved for loans all the time, before actually getting the service. When you get preapproved for a car, do you pay for the loan without having the car in your possession? Simple answer is no. So I called ideal image to resolve this issue. A man named ben, no last name given... Stated I owe it because I signed a contract. I stated I do not plan on going through with the procedure. He stated I have to pay it. I disputed the charges on my credit report, complained to bbb and my plastic surgeon is writing a letter stating I am not a viable candidate for coolsculpting since I received lipo this month. This company is a joke. They literally scam and steal your money. I will never do business with them, and plan on continuing to complain about their services.

I have been doing business with Ideal Image since 2018.

I have bought and paid for a brazilian, mustache, chin and underarm treatments that have not been completed due to other personal reasons and covid.

I have one treatment that is not fully paid for and is owed a back due balance due to losing my job and cannot afford the monthly payments currently or can pay the back payment as I lost my job August of 2021. This specific treatment is for full leg (both).

My problem is, they will not continue or finish treatments of what has been paid in full for due to the one treatment I am unable to pay at the moment. I have talked to the Fox Point, Wisconsin location where I get my treatments and they stated when there is a past due balance, they cannot schedule. I talked to customer service and was told the same thing.

Now, there is some way I am sure to get around that and they're just not going to do it.

I feel that I have been ripped off as my paid treatments cannot be finished and I have spotty hair growth which is embarrassing when it grows out.

I feel I should be given a refund for the treatments that have been paid for. These treatments all have a lifetime touch up guarantee but I can't even get the actual treatments done to a past due balance of a treatment area that I am not asking to be treated. I just want what I paid for to be completed until I can pay for the treatment I am behind on.

I want a refund of treatments not finished for my brazilin, face and underarms and my contract cancelled for my legs.

I have make appointment for cool sculpting and was insisted that i needed to buy this cooling sculpting produce that cost about $200+, after i went in for my appointment, the beauticians stated that i have not enough fat to use the product that i have bought from there. I've been looking into returning the product, have agencies help calling customer service, front desk also help call managers for return approval, but its has been over three months, and i have no response from anyone, it would

i had paid for laser hair removal services in Feb 2019 and had 1 service and then due to covid everything closed I had an appointment with Ideal Image and they rescheduled twice and then cancelled and said they will call me when they are ready to open.
Due to the pandemic and all the chaos around us i waited till i was ready to go out and when i called for an appt i was told my contract expired, they said that It was left to the staff at each site to tell their clients, well they have not called / emailed me regarding that.
They call and call you till you pay for the services and then they do not get in touch for important information, when I asked why, they said I should have called to set up an appt and only then were they giving the extension offer so that means they want to cheat people of their money when you call the customer service they are rude and always point that we signed a contract and now that has expired and they will not do anything to help a customer

All i had asked them is to allow me to get my services when i have paid for it and used just 1 service and have at least 6-8 services left they now want me to come in use the service and pay a copay as i have signed up for some life time service that they conned me to pay for too.
