Ideal Image I need my money back

I signed up for services thru this company and after careful consideration changed my mind about receiving services. I called them to explain that I no longer wanted the services and filed a dispute, they told me that they could not refund my money after several attempts but they could reduce my package to get a partial refund. What? Then sent me a new document to sign which I didn't after not receiving any treatments or services at all but told me that I'd still owe them even if I had nothing done. Definitely want to be a part of a class action suit they should not be able to get away with stealing money from people. Ideal Image Complaint

I foolishly purchased services from Ideal Image over a zoom call with Ideal Image during Covid. Bernice was the person that I spoke with. She was pushy that I get Ultratherapy which was not something I had wanted. I was surprised at the high cost of their services and when I wanted to lower unbeknownst to me she removed treatments I wanted: botox, filler and light therapy to remove spots. I didn't have the time to fully discuss the services and she was not up front on exactly what I was getting. She charged me over $4, 000 at the time of the call and I was asked to sign long contracts I did not have the opportunity to study. When I called the next days to make an appointment I was told that it would be at least 6 months to get an appointment, yet they had my money. On my first appointment, for botox, I was told that I had not bought enough botox to make any difference in my appearance. I was told I needed to buy more units to get the first treatment. I paid for more units and was not at all happy with the results. After many calls and lots of rejection I spoke with someone who told me that I had lots of units on my account, but they would expire. Why did I need to buy more?

I feel like I have been lied to, strong armed and taken advantage of. They have cancelled my appointment because they say I did not confirm soon enough. I am now afraid to let them work on my face after reading reviews and pictures of prior clients. I am out over $4, 400.00 dollars. I will report this to the BBB and my Attorney General. I am a 75 year old woman living on a pension who wanted to do something nice for myself and they had turned it into a nightmare.

Ideal Image Hair removal laser

I spoke to a consultant through the zoom meeting, who made me sign a contract while in the meeting. She also contacted ally for a loan, which I was unaware of. I thought I was making payments out of my pocket as I had payment plans. She did not give me enough time to decide whether I wanna sign or not. She kept saying if I will sign it she will fix me up. THIS ENTIRE SITUATION I AM IN IS HORRIBLE. I emailed her this morning, and she said that I signed a contract that stated I am not eligible for the refund. I have not had their service yet. I literally just signed it on Nov, 18th 2021 around 6 PM. I was getting late to work, but she kept saying a little bit more and I am trying to rush this as much as I can. I came to know about the loan as I got their email stating that they funded this company as of today. I am so frustrated, please help.

Ideal Image Service would be aging spots removal

Spoke to a specialist on 9-6-2021. Paid amount due because Agent stated that they could not give me the discount unless I paid upfront. Agent stated that someone would contact me within a week and schedule an appointment within the next week. I paid 1067.97. Did not here from anyone contacted them the following week the agent said they would mot be able to get me in till December I told them that was not acceptable they said they will have someone call me back. Called back in October spoke to someone about a refund the agent said that I would have to wait 60 days and if they were not able to get me in then they would refund me the money. It is now 11-15-2021 called again this agent stated my first case was closed and that someone would call me back and she hung up, at this point I have not been able to get anyone to contact me back and have not received a refund.

Ideal Image Cool sculpting

Do not waste your money. It's a complete scam! They will promise you these great results but not tell you your body is not going to work for the procedure. After spending $2900 I got 0 results and completely ignore any phone calls. They promised someone would call me in 42 hours, it's been weeks later and no phone call and no returned phone calls. They will take your money and lie to you!

Ideal Image Hair removal

This is a MESSAGE FOR EVERYONE that feels trapped in these contracts with Ideal Image. I will start moving a lawsuit against Ideal Image as soon as next week. I already have a lawyer who will start taking care of my matter (a very dear friend who NEVER lost one cause I moved). Since I am already going through this I would LOVE to help everyone else who wants to join this class action. I am also contacting people who wrote reviews on Google filled with frustration and injustice. As of right now, I have more than 10 people waiting for me to start it. I am done with all the low-quality service, the cancellations, the waiting for more than 4 months to get a paid session… I see you all have a variety of problems such as sales pitches, burns, regrowing hair, contract expiring before all the service YOU PAID FOR was delivered. Nothing will give me more pleasure than making them accountable for the mistreatment.
Also, ask me about police enforcement. I can explain how can you call the police at the unit when you pay for a service and don't receive it. Let's teach this people a lesson about respect with their costumers. Trying to steal our money? Police and courtroom for you guys.

Prerequisite: MAKE SURE, prior to contacting me, to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the General Attorney Office. IT IS PRIMORDIAL to do this, especially with the General Attorney Office because the number of complaints they receive will strengthen our lawsuit.

I tried to contact their costumer service or whoever with power to solve my situation several times. I NEVER got an answer. So I figured if I'll need to waste my time with these people anyway why not do it the right way, my lawyer understands and takes care of my rights better than I can do alone. You people at Ideal Image will LOVE to meet him.

Desired outcome: Get my money back for the services I AM NOT RECEIVING, being contact with a proper solution

Omg please add me, I'm so distraught and have been having a continuous panic attack for the last 24 hours! I'll try keeping this brief! I went through a horrible divorce intentionally drug out by my ex for the sole purpose of wearing me down emotionally enough to either settle for almost nothing, or commit suicide. Needless to say the last two years I feel aged me a lot and I'm depressed about it. After looking around online for information on Botox and fillers, I received a call from a sales rep who was very sweet and offered me an assessment and then the price for all the injections, a free ultherapy session on my peri area and this also included a membership fee. I explained that I was on a fixed income so this was most likely going to be a one time thing. I also told her I was moving eventually to another state and when a search was ran, there were no places at all near there. Basically I was told I could always opt out of that and it was worth the discount I was getting for the injections. Never told not refundable. I broke down crying to her and my depression and anxiety was pushing me to get these done immediately. To sum things up, my ultherapy kept getting canceled due to the machine being broke and coincidentally that offer is only good until the end of this month. Growing more concerned and depressed I figured I'd at least get the injectables and was scheduled this month on the 14th. I had spoken twice to girls at the office that I was actually having some skin issues and very depressed and maybe it wasn't a good rtime for me to do this right now. They were so nice and said I would be fine but to call if I needed to talk. My appointment was then changed to the 16th by them. I called the sales rep who helped me to tell her what was going on. She said no problem, this was in the 15th, that she would cancel the appointment for me and asked if I could get a doctors note stating I couldn't have the procedure. I told her I had an appointment that day later and could most likely get one then. Which I did. The stress and depression I'm under is taking it's toll on me and it's not confirmed yet but I may have psoriatic arthritis and that could be my skin issue. My doctor said in the note I was not psysically or mentally able to have any procedures right now. The sales rep got the copy and sent me a text saying everything was sent to the main office so no worries they would call me back and I would get a refund. She would help me with it all. A girl saying she handled refunds called me back and said my doctors note wasn't descriptive enough and they would need another telling them exactly what my conditions were. I told here that was a HIPPA violation and my specific medical records were none of their business. My refund was denied and I was hung up on. The sales rep will not take my calls. I called the office here and asked if I can just get rescheduled for the fillers. The girl who was so nice robotically told me she didn't feel comfortable adding me to the schedule and to call next month and maybe I can get in around April ! Somebody reading this PLEASE HELP ME I GAVE BEEM ROBBED OF $1900 and am more depressed 2 days before Christmas here and I can't believe the traeatment I'm getting!

Hey I am also frustrated. I am willing to file a lawsuit against them for making me sign a contract. She did not tell me that she is making me sign a loan. I thought i was paying for it every month as i had a payment plan set up. I am losing my mind. Someone, please help me. I have not even received one treatment. I signed a contract day before yesterday. I just hate myself for involving in this trap.

I had paid up front for this procedure and an hour before I was to have it done they left a message saying that my appointment was cancelled for not confirming. I contacted before my appointment time was and told them that I had confirmed the week before and they told me because of my anaphylactic with bee stings etc. And them not having a doctor onsite...

Ideal Image Laser Hair Removal

I have been trying to contact Ideal Image since my last session to cancel my contract.
I have been trying since March 2021 and am requesting a refund for 7/9ths of the treatments as I've had 2 sessions of every area except for the lower legs, for which I have had only one session.
I have no intention of completing the remaining treatments due to the terrible experience I had at my last treatment. During the treatment, I asked the technicians to stop, to aid with the pain - I asked for ice, ibuprofen, numbing cream, to slightly reduce the heat, or anything to cope with the pain. Two technicians worked on me through the appointment with the most ruthless indifference I have experienced. I tried to talk to them to distract myself, but they only spoke to each other in whispers or told me to change my appointments in the future or that they couldn't help me. I sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes after the appointment sobbing after they completely ignored my pleas for them to stop or to help me. It was the most dehumanizing experience I have ever been through, much less paid for. I cannot afford to pay for something I will not be using, especially at such exorbitant costs.
I will not be completing the remaining treatments. I'd like to cancel the contract and receive written confirmation of refund as soon as possible.
I have tried to call and cancel for many months and have not even been able to reach a receptionist after waiting for hours on the phone.

Ideal Image Laser hair removal

I paid more than $4500 for laser hair removal. The treatment are supposed to be 6 to 8 weeks apart. However they always booked out for much longer than that. With separating the treatment apart for too long the hair starts to grow back, and all we get is pain and money lost. So frustrating! I tried to contact the manager of the clinic but I haven't gotten in touch with her, it has been 9 days!

Ideal Image Refund

10/2/2021 I had a virtual consultation with Ideal Image Rep Staci about Cool Sculpting, which I thought would only be a consultation so I could learn more. During the call I was subjected to an aggressive sales pitch and pushed into signing a contract but given no time to read it. I was not told that attempting to cancel the contract would be impossible without a medical reason. 10/3/2021 immediately set up a loan with Ally for $4,500.00 and Fortiva for $3,500.00 prior to me receiving any services. I was told that I was approved for the loans not that they would pay Immediately. I received 2 bills with interest! I call Fortiva and Ally and asked them why did they pay before I even had an appointment. I wasn't given time to make a decision if I wanted the services. I was told by the loan Rep that they will not pay until an appointment was made. Statements show paid the next day 10/3/2021 after I applied for the loan. Immediately after, I received a call from Staci who did the consultation and she began to give me all of the appointment dates. I attempted to cancel all appointments a week before service. Noone called me back. I'm severely anemic, I have seizures and the area where I had a C-section sensation in this area has never came back completely. I really was not given time to totally process how the procedure would affect me health wise. I called again 10/27/2021 and was told she opened a claim for a refund. I got a call 10/29/2021 lady refused, saying there needed to be a medical reason. This seemed invasive and unnecessary. Why aren't these possible issues not covered during consultation? It's reckless and really not safe if during the consultation medical conditions are not reviewed and discussed. I opened a case with Fortiva and Ally to stop the loan. I was told to call ideal image. I feel that the whole process needs to be evaluated to protect the consumer. I don't want to be charged for services that could cause me further issues. I still haven't received an email about declining for medical reasons. Still waiting!

Ideal Image Coolsculpting

I had 6 sessions of Coolsculpting (2 on May 29, 2021, 2 on June 12, 2021 and 2 on September 11, 2021.). After each session (and i am still wearing it and eating a lot better) i wore my waist trainer and changed my eating habits for the better, but THERE IS NO CHANGE AT ALL! I spent over $3, 000 for NOTHING! I was considering Liposuction but chose Ideal image because of all the before and after photos from Ideal Image. I am so not pleased with the outcome at all! I'm more depressed than Ever and would like to get some type of assistance with free sessions of Coolsculpting or refund of 1/2 my money back.
The staff on the other hand was amazing and so pleasant.

Desired outcome: A few free sessions of Coolsculpting or refund of half my money back.

Ideal Image Money and Servicing

My complaint is reference to the auto pay suddenly beginning without my permission. I was making my payments every month on the 15th, which is how it was set up to pay. My card had to be replaced and I suddenly started receiving notices about my auto pay being declined, before the 15th of October. When I received my new card, I made my payment in the app as usual. I called and informed Ideal Image that I made my payment. The person I spoke with checked my account and said I was good, but my account was drafted anyway.

Desired outcome: I want a refund and auto pay canceled.

Ideal Image Scheduling

After spending thousands of dollars on paying for treatments in advance, I am unable to get an appointment for my treatments, my contract is time limited and will expire in 2022. After they cancelled my appointment in September, they assured me someone would reach out to schedule me, no one did. I called to reschedule and they told me that there was no appointment availability until 2022. I have been in contact with two different representatives that have stopped responding to me.

Desired outcome: I want to schedule all of my treatments now, in advance or get a refund.

Ideal Image Service & money returned

I'm complaining about the service and the money that's being withdrawn out of my account. I have called numerous times and I have not gotten this matter taken care of. I called and told the person who answered the phone not to take money out of my account before it was time to take it out but you still took it out. You start taking money out of my account way ahead of time when I was supposed to get service. I want a refund. I'm really dissatisfied with your service. Please refund my money.

Ideal Image Coolsculpting

I had a coolsculpting procedure done and was told that I would see results in 3-4 months but I ended up gaining more weight in the areas treated and when I went back wanting them to do it again they told me that "they typically recommend 2-3 treatments in one area to see results" which is NOT what I was told during the consult or any of my appointments. They would not comp an additional treatment and said I would need to purchase more. They are liars, and claim to be "very sorry you weren't happy with the service." This is the biggest scam I've seen in a while. Don't waste your money!

I even have an email stating "Following the procedure, a gradual reduction in the thickness of the fat layer will take place. You may start to see changes as early as three weeks after the CoolSculpting® procedure and you will experience the most dramatic results after one to three months. Your body will continue naturally to process the injured fat cells from your body for approximately four months after your procedure."

There were NO results. I got fatter. I wasted $2000 on nothing and still have a complex about my body image.

Ideal Image coolsculpting

I went in for a consultation in June 2021 in Jacksonville Florida. They stated it was FDA approved and very safe never had any issues. well I now have a bulge in my abdomen from pah and I am getting the run around! I am paying for 0 inches lost and being disfigured and in steady pain

Ideal Image Health and beauty

I signed a contract with Ideal image for cool sculpting in Rhode Island on 9/17/21. During my discussion with them I asked if there would be any issues with the cool sculpting if I have a serious skin condition. I was told, it would not be a problem. However, in their contract it indicates that the condition could worsen. I called the next day, on 9/18/21, to request a cancelation of the contract. I was informed that it was non refundable. During our conversation I was never verbally informed that once I signed the contract it would be non refundable. The person who I as dealing with was rushing me into signing and I was not able to read the contract. However, I feel that they should have been honest in regards to my skin condition or that the contract was non refundable. I would never had signed that contract. They are charging me over $6100, I do not feel comfortable risking my health to do this, and they should have informed me of the risks. I want a full refund to Ally, the company they use for financing.

Ideal Image Paid for unused services during covid. New location will not honor previous contract.

I started bikini treatments in Miami late 2019. I had 5 treatments before Covid shut down all locations for a couple months and I also moved out of state to NC due to job closing down. The closest location to me in NC was 2 hours away. I was still making payments without getting treatment. I called several times to both my old location, and the 2 hour away one to see how the rest of my services would be handled since time had passed and the hair has started growing back like normal, but I had been paying. They never got back to me. I have since moved back to Fl but in the Orlando area, after calling about 5 more times with this problem I was finally able to set up an appointment to resume treatment and evaluate if I would need to start from the beginning. Upon arriving today for the appointment I was told the appointment was cancelled because there was a problem with my account. I owe about $200 total balance. Even though I had continued to pay while locations were closed, they are saying it cannot be honored because this is a franchised location. Nobody informed me of that in the 2 months it took to set up this appointment. There has been no word of a refund of the almost $400 I paid for no treatments.
This is absolutely the shadiest company I have ever given business to.
