icm the cash machine account activation dept — took money from my bank and tried to take out another 139.00 i did not have the funds but my disability check is on my bank account now

i read a artical in the fort worth star telegram about a single mom making around 5000. a month i am a 51 year old woman on ssi (disability) raising a handicapped grandson and had a niece born addicted to drugs on 7-2-09 and was given custody of her upon release from the nicu i am about to lose my home since i get no help for the baby and things she needs, i was trying to find a way to keep my home and take care of these babies i never would have agreed to pay all that money unless i knew i would be bringing in extra incom to keep my home and pay my bills and get all of the things we need just to survive can you please help me
