I have two (2) charges on my account made by ic *shopsmarter that I did not cause to occur! One is on october 02, 2017, for $1.97 and the second one is "pending" as of today, october 06, 2017, for $9.97. How did these charges get on my account? I want both the $1.97 and the $9.97 refunded to my account immediately and no more charges made from what is apparently a scam from ic *shopsmarter. I am reporting these charges to my bank immediately.

How did these charges get on my account? I want this $9.97 refunded to my account immediately and no more charges made from what is apparently a scam from ic *shopsmarter. I am reporting these charges to my bank and to the Federal Trade Commission immediately.
Mine appeared to be a sign up from walmart. Call the number your credit card company will have it and have it canceled. some websites when you shop online, once you place an order they will secretly sign up for something and they will charge your account i have no more info except amazon does the same with amazon prime becareful when you click continue on websites, it may be a set up
