My boyfriend and I came into the huddle House tonight at 9:20p.m. The waitress wasn't very attentive she was more concerned with opening the blinds on the windows, two people across from us didn't have any drinks no one came to us to even offer us a drink while we waited. On the other side of the store she was more focused over there was a table full of dishes and they wasn't very busy at all. This is the first time that I have come into the huddle House and got frustrated to the point that we left. We felt as though we wasn't important enough to be waited on. The cook was doing an outstanding job she brought the people across from us their food and offered to refill their drinks.

Huddle House at I 95 and 341, Brunswick Georgia 31520. This is awful first the bar seats are falling in the floor taped off no no one sits here. Next and for many months now the soda machine does not work, they buy bottle
2 liters which go flat. Now the air conditioner does not work and has not in 3 weeks. I went Saturday it was so hot I left. I will not pay to eat in heat with the cook dripping sweat in my food. I just can't understand why this is allowed to continue. This was my last HOT meal at Huddle House. Disappointed!

Went to huddle house in cleburne tx there was no tables clean ao i set at the bar. Then i couldnt get service. The cook turned around and took my drink order. Didnt get a chance to order food cause the servers would just walk by and ignore me. It happened before the cook took our order because he got the tip for serveing us he the shift leader got pissy and he got in trouble. We dont get greeted we dont get thanked. Absolutley the worse its been.

Me, my daughter, and niece decided to stop at the Huddle house in Greenville ms . Since I've never been there before . We went in sat down and the waitress took our order. We say there 30 minutes . Still no food or drinks . I said I know it doesn't take that long to prepare the meals we ordered. The people who was seated after we did, got there food first. The waitress then proceeded to come over and said I need to take you'll order over again. I misplaced yall order. We got up and I said no thank you ma'am we are leaving. She said i hope your next experience will be better. Never again

Huddle House in Goldsboro NC supposed to be 24 7 but it is closed on third shift they only have one good waitress she works third crazy hair color but cool no cooks management does not cover if there is no cook I've witnessed the waitress Hailey cooking waiting tables all by herself cause there was no help maybe if they would keep the ones that want work and get rid of the slackers things would be better and it needs to start with management manager rude to employees and customers got the title and uses it the wrong way need to get people in there that want to and not just get a pay check I have been in that place on second shift and turned around and walked out cause it was so nasty and the workers huddle up talking not doing their job just sad get a manager and staff that cares and it would be a lot better yes I go there a lot but not anymore I check and make sure the one waitress is working before I go and that's Hailey thank you

There was hair in the meal I ordered on May 23, 2019 at 3:30 am, the ranch dip had hair as well.. The server apologized but never made an attempt to remove the dish containing hair from my table... It was sickening with very poor service... The server just kept walking around. And the cook didnt seemed concerned when told that my food had hair in it. The cook was more worried about walking out front to visit with friends instead of worrying about the customers food..

When the cook is handling bacon she never changes gloves and goes over and picks up biscuits and make toast without changing gloves. Non of the employees changes gloves when they put their hands on everything and then make toast and picks up the waffles with their hands instead of using utensils. It only takes a minute to change gloves. It's just not good health practices. My husband and I comes to this location at least 3 times a week.

Her name is lashudra . My friends and I come to huddle house frequently and every time we come and she is here she never comes and serves Us. We have gotten up and told her we would like to order and she always get a attitude with us . We sat here the other night and didn't get service until Taylor came in at 11. I am a frequent huddler and I'm very disappointed by my past couple experiences

Went to huddle house one of my favorite places to eat ... eat there 2 or 3 times a week last few times went in to get drink I've had mold in my cup drunk out of cup twice each time .. first time I threw it away tryna to look over it it second time it literally was full of mold an this pisses me off to a tee that I've drank mold how could I have not seen this serving this out as much mold was in this drink I just happen to see the dark spot through my lid an my lil girl drank out of it before I did if she gets sick I'm goin to go off this is ridiculous I mean once but twice this is nasty as hell an seriously I need to call don dare "clean it up " or a lawyer one mold can make a person really really sick this is discussting I'm seriously talking to someone over this idc twice I can kill people w mold I might save a life or who knows my own w drinking mold clean that nasty crap up I do have pics of it an it's clearly mold I gt pics of both times !yuck!

I am a customer that was trying to make a call in order and the Kingstree SC Huddle House would not answer the phone I called for about a hour and they would pick up and I call from other phones they still wouldn't pick up I am getting tired of that with them this is not the first time this has been happening over and over Y'all need to either get something corrected or close it down if they can't serve the public and if this doesn't get solve I am going higher thank you

I have called 21 times to the huddle house in Louisville georgia and the staff there refuses to answer the phone to take phone orders. I worked in a retail setting in my early years of my life and customers come first. We went to the Cape Girardeau Missouri Huddle House for breakfast when we got there we asked the waitress to clean off the table so we can sit down she did a very bad job when we finally got to order it took a very long time to get our food and it was cold and the butter that was poured on the toast was cold the waitress was Talkin at the register most of the time not waiting on people very good never never go back

I will not be eating huddle house anymore I have been in the huddle house either the food isn't cooked all the way i've got raw meat from there almost every time an I done reported it to the manager and nothin has been done so now when I order there now I ask the server roxxie to cook my food and she does with no problem the cook name is karen an the store # is 0451 thanks

Horrible and dangerous place to eat at whole place on drugs and I know for a fact that few of the cooks possible do and for sure one waitress does have hep C from shooting up and the fact that their manager knows this as well and allows them to continue working there is a dangerous situation. I mean it's putting the customers in a bad situation and in harm's way willingly. It's criminal infact. So I would suggest stay clear of Huddle House in Corinth, MS.

To whom it may concern

My wife and I went to the huddle house in centre alabama this past saturday night. We set at a table and set there for 45 mintues and never got waited on. This is the second time this has happened and second time we got up and walked out. All the want to do is stand at tables and talk to friends and never wait on us. This is very sad that this happens in a restaurant that you have to et up and walk out after seating for 45 min. Even the manager didn't even ask us if we wanted to order. That's kinda sad when she doesn't even ask. We had 3 waitress walk right passed us and didn't even wait on us.

Me, my daughter and my husband went to Huddle House last night 3-5-2019. It was the worst service I have ever had when we got there we sat at the table for 20 minutes before the waitress came over to get what we wanted to drink Even though she walked past the table several times she would look at use and keep going they were not busy at all so that wasn't the problem. She just acted like she was to sorry to wait on us and just lazy. Then once she fixed our drinks she said do you need time we said no thinking we have been here for 20 minutes looking. We placed our order we finally got our order 20-30 minutes later well my husband and daughter got theirs I had to wait an extra 10 minutes because she said it was cooking. When she finally brought my food she was walking away I said can I please have some more to drink she said yeah. She didn't ask us if we wanted ketchup, mustard, mayo nothing. When my husband went to pay she didn't say anything to him not have a good night hope y'all come back nothing. And yes usually we leave a very good tip but she got nothing. our bill was $36.53 and it was a waste me, my daughter and husband was sick with a stomach ache. I tried attaching my receipt not sure if it is there but I still have it and saved on my computer and m y phone.
