Hi, we came in to rustons huddle house on Louisiana last week for my husband's birthday. We were there from 1030 until 12pm which was when they told us they hadn't started the order and was lost. It was not busy we were the waiters only table. We left at 12 after they told us it would be another 30min. The worst experience we've had at a restaurant even more so that we had chosen to go on his birthday. We left and went to waffle house who had the order in 10min.

On numerous occasions when calling to place my order, I am not even being told I'm on hold, but I have a server screaming at people in the background of my Blairsville rd Cleveland location which I frequent at least 5 days a week..it's unprofessional and has led to several of my orders being horribly wrong..please fix this

I was eating Breakfast on Saturday 5/7/2022, in Morehead Kentucky, as we do most weekends and everytime we go there the Manager is loud, rude and obnoxious to her employees. I don't think a customer should have to hear this kind of behavior when trying to enjoy there meal.

I came into the huddle house in oneonta Alabama and sat at the counter. I sat there for at least ten minutes. Several waitress come around and a couple looked right at me but no one bothered to address me, take a drink order, or even alert who ever was supposed to serve me. So I walked out. This was 4/15/22 at approx 09:29 AM

Went on 04/13/2022 at 1157am

There was seven to eight dirty tables,they still had empty dirty plates on them. It took the waitress about 10 minutes to come to the table. When the food arrived the bacon was badly burned, the pancake was not done in the middle. Customers cleared off tables and placed the dirty dishes on one table. The manager carries the store money in a ziplock bag in her pocket.

I left my little carry purse at huddle house 35570 and called them shortly after, they told me it was there! I went to get it, and it appeared everything was there, all my cards, but today when I went to change my password on my capitol one which is a walmart credit card, my walmart card was missing! I have not used it, the only place I could have took it out was at a walmart! And I have not used it, or been in the store or on the computer with that card! I had a blue gift card in my wallet that made me think that was my walmart credit card when I looked at the store that night it was [protected] at around 8:30 ish I really wasn’t worried to much about it, cause I knew thy have cameras! I was telling my friend at least they are good kids all my money is in it and my cards! I even gave the girl $ 5.00 for holding it for me! This was the first time I had been back to eat in about a year! I was a good customer! I really believe it came up gone at huddle house!

We went on 03/23/2022 to the San Angelo location. I understand about poor staffing, because nobody wants to work anymore. There weren’t very many people inside and we were seated immediately, drinks and orders taken. I requested my eggs over medium and got them over easy. Yuck! I also ordered grits with the platter. They were very metallic tasting and I sent them back. No replacement was offered. Our waitress spent more time goofing and chatting with the cooks instead of checking on her customers. We had to ask twice for our ticket and waited too long to get it. The man that sat in front of us ordered coffee to start. Then, apparently, everything that he wanted to eat they were out of so he got up and left. This happened within about 10 minutes of us sitting down. By the time we left 30 or so minutes later, they hadn’t cleared the coffee cup or menu off that table.

2/28/22. i want an ext egg no hash brown i will pay for the ext egg but david raise all kind of hell the place was full of people this is not the first time he has done this he all so goes outside and smokes and come inn dont wash his hand i have seen him vap in the store i have been going there for 15 years he the only ond that talk back to the customer on anythinghe beenfire an few time and quite number of times but they still bring him back

PLACED TWO ORDER THIS AM. Two orders was placed for delivery and I only needed one. I was texted by Huddle-house saying that both meals were being delivery by two separate drivers. I only received one. I would like for my credit card to be charged back for one meal. I ordered my meal at 8:51 I got it at 9:51am. I called the restaurant about 20 times no one answered the phone. Please get in touch with your 71301 Alexandria La diner and tell them to please credit my account back. Thank you

Yesterday, we had VERY POOR service at the Huddle House in Lebanon, IL
(I think it is store #728). Usually that is a good restaurant, but not this week.

1. The restaurant was significantly UNDERSTAFFED.

2. It took 55 minutes from when we ordered, for our food to be served. Similar slow service to other nearby patrons.

3. The eggs and turkey sausage were hot and fresh, the waffles were not - lukewarm, barely.

4. They were OUT of COFFEE (100%).

5. They were also OUT of HASHBROWNS.

There was an open grocery store on the same street, about a mile away.

I have always liked Huddle House regardless of some of their low health department ratings. I believe the purchase I made on or around November 22, 2021 in Monroeville, Alabama will be my last. I usually like their coupons and have used them. I see now they are becoming more strict in using them. I ordered my favorite Philly Cheesesteak omelet. I know the grits are always terrible with no salt cooked in them or butter, but this time the omelet was not so great. The green pepper were so large and I believe I had onions in it. I called back to complain and the manager said to bring it back in and she would do something. She also said that they are chopped up in a food processor. That food processor is not good one to use. I had eaten half of it by then and I live a few miles away. Also there was not as much Philly steak in the omelet.
