The old saying, “A happy customer tells a friend; an unhappy customer tells the world” applies here. The Internet has magnified the adage with a greater number of people hearing from the unhappy/dissatisfied customer (who can effectively complain on websites).

We contacted the owner of this business as a result of seeing a puppy on his website (apparently he has more than one website and operates under the DBA of "Little Puppies" and "Pups to go".) It is easy to research the background of this business by searching on "Nathan Bazler". We placed a deposit on the puppy, but after doing additional research we realized that he appears to be a puppy broker that obtains his puppies from other breeders. We changed our mind about this puppy because we could not inspect the breeder's kennel and verify the parentage of the pet.

Further research discloses that Ohio is a center of puppy mill activity, especially by the Amish. There have been news reports, and state and Humane Society investigations regarding pet auctions in Ohio and surrounding states. YOU ARE NOT BUYING A SOFA. Based on the reviews, The opinion of people that have actually done business with the owner is mixed. This is normal in a business where the retailer deals with a variety of suppliers. At a minimum, it is vital that the breeder is carefully and regularly inspected by the retailer, and the parentage and health of the pet be verified and available to the purchaser. This is a living, breathing being that with luck, will be part of your family for 10 to 15 years. Our last dog lived with us for over 17 years and we attribute her long life and health to having carefully inspected the breeder premises, parentage of the dog, and veterinary records.
